last weekend, I try to upgrade my H440Y to v10D, it's done.
BUT can't be ROOT, i need link2SD.
Could someone have v10C firmware??

H440v10C can be root by kingroot 4.5.0 (latest)
but H440v10D fail.

Custom ROMs for LG Spirit H422F?
Hi guys, I'm quite new to the Android world (comming from Windows Phone) and I have this LG Spirit H422F which I have already rooted. So, I'm looking for custom ROMs that can be installed on this phone, I've done some Google research but there's not much relevant information out there and I wouldn't like to install just any ROM that can make my phone unusable... I would really appreciate any advice.

CWM and TWRP are built, but problem is locked bootloader. Can't risk anymore bricking phone, so for now stock ROM and w/o recovery is state of mind for this phone.

Yes, you can flash Spanish v10g firmware and everything should work fine. As my knowledge v10g is unbranded and have some minor bugfixes maded to v10f (any region)

LG H440N with V10d
Hello guys, so i was checking the ROM list and found something curious! I have the h440n version and the software version is v10d... I noticed that in the ROM 's h440n there was not any version v10d . I wonder if was no way to give you my rom to share and if I could install the v10f hungarian . So there is some problem replacing the version v10d for v10f ? Thank you

You maybe have some version which says v10d but it is maybe v10e... And yes, you can install v10f from Hungary and there shouldn't be problem with replacing ROMs. Flash it normal way if you want to keep files, otherwise do CSE (also known as clean flash via LG Flash Tool) flash.

Thank you ... Do you know if there is any better version?? My lg is very buggy, even after root it's a little slow. Is possible to Backup my software version for me and to share with you

Without working recovery and unlocked bootloader it isn't possible to make full system image... What kind of flashing did you did: Normal or CSE (Clean) ? For me v10f (after replacing motherboard in service center) work fine last almost 2 weeks. I have a lot of communication apps which take memory and still I find lag only when go to home screen (G4 ported home and use G4 ported Weather app) but that is pretty rare (1-2 times a day, mostly at late night)

Hey!
I have the same model. I had locked bootloader and stock rom till this morning. I finally converted my phone to xt1097 and now am running android 6.0 without any problems. i had to use a lot of different guides. So i am compiling all the steps that i did for simplicity. I will post it here within the next 6 hrs.

I just bought the LG K8 with the 2017 security update I am looking to root I cant find fastboot mode when I type into adb it restarts the phone I have read the post about flashing firmware but don't understand nor do i know where to find older firmware if i could get into fast boot i would be good rooting these new phones so complicated lol someone please help

i got the same LG, and it sucks!

My m200n has - for unknown reason - OEM unlocked after the Oreo update. Checked it via fastboot, confirmed. FUnny thing is: I'm the hell not able to keep this device in fastboot mode. ANyone knows how to do that? There is download mode - not getting recognized from fastboot. I tried so many button combos until fastbootk recognized it and was able to perform the OEM unlock and device-info command. Unlocke command returns: FAILED (because already OEM unlocked).
I thought, ok let's test it this is really unlocked. I pulled the boot.img from the kdz firmware and patched it via Magisk. Now I tried to flash it via fastboot - but I'm not able to get it recognized via fastboot command again... odd.
Also this device is so f*****, it doesn't even allow to format the sdcard as adoptable! I forced it voa adb, and it "works". Storage space shows now ~30GB instead 8GB. But it doesn't help at all as the phone somehow still thinks it has only 8GB of space. When I try to migrate data on the SD after changing to adoptable storage, the settings app crashes. It works though when I leave some space as ext sd partition. But then later it will act like crazy when internal is out of space. Apps just disappear into nothing....
Well, I found sources, but seems only to be the recent rom source (and this is partly closed source). Couldn't find kernel sources too. This thing is damn useless! At least it can be debloated via adb... but without root... idk. Anyone skilled here who could help me a little to check if we could flash this boot.img? or does the phone only show OEM unlocked by fun? xD

I've already bought LG K8 2017 (M200E) and I think there isn't yet a root method, or custom rom.
Please, Developers help us!!!

Nand Backup
I have an LG K8 (X240F) and create a rom from AOSP of Android 6.0.1 using the lg code the problem is that I have not been able to make a backup of my cell phone through Falshtool since it does not enter in downloader mode or preloader and that's why I could not do the flashing.
Someone has a method to make the backup and then to flash my cell phone.

Hi Marcos.... yes you can flash 20h via uppercut ,,,, I flash this kdz and enjoy Oreo in my 870AR....
You can follow HERE the new updates for H870AR ,,,, for now,,, only have Oreo for Personal and Claro operators,,,,, waiting for OPEN.

You can but all data will be deleted serach on google you will find fastboot rom and method to do that

Get 340 rom file from asus site, unlock bootloader , install twrp nd jst flash 340 rom
