New ota update in Brazil!

Hoje saiu uma atualização no Brasil , alguem ja atualizou? EU acabei de fazer no meu dual sim com o bootload unloocked mas não rooteado, a versão é 14.91.9.en.BR tudo esta ok!
Today came an update in Brazil, someone already uploaded? I just did on my dual sim with bootload unloocked but not rooted, the version is 14.91.9.en.BR everything is ok!

I also have a Color Edition Moto G and I just updated my.
The info for the update claims to do:
- Improve stability of the system
- Improve GPS
- Fix problem when installing apk's outside the PlayStore
... and I guess that is it.

Nice nothing in UK yet.
Im more waiting on the Kitkat update as I dont seem to have issues installing apks.

What got me excited about this sudden update is the possibility of once we get the 4.4 update, Motorola will simply push another small OTA update with the improved camera software that the Nexus 5 received today!

Highly doubt it.
Its probably not the software just the sensor.
I think they'd have fixed it If it was a software issue, especially after the whole Moto X fiasco.
I could be wrong but just my opinion.
Anyway Kitkat was re-confirmed for January in the live hangout today.
Shame was hoping for it to come this month,.

I also own a Dual Sim colors edition but no updates available for my device yet.

Some days ago I rooted my h520G (Chile), after that (some days) I restore via LG tool with a KDZ (H520G Peru) and now I cant install root via KingRoot 4.5, I dont know why. Im waiting for a new script. Good luck

I have the same problem, i have to re-install the firmware and the only one i found is h520g10a_02 but with this installed i can´t root
Tengo h520g de entel y primero lo hice root sin problemas con kingroot. luego se quedó pegado al encender y tuve que flashear otro firmware que encontré, el h520g10a_02 pero con es firmware no me deja rootear.
Alguna solución?

I went through the exact same situation, and, good news, I just solved it last week:
When you flash the .kdz (like the peruvian Claro ROM, which I also tried), there's a catch: the ROM flash re-locks your phone to the local network. I re-flashed an up-to-date Entel ROM (this time Android 5.0.2 instead of Claro's 5.0.1), but KingRoot was still refusing to work.
I went to Argentina, bought a SIM to use while on vacation, and found out that the reflash had locked my phone.
Instead of paying 30 dollars to get the phone unlocked, I contacted LG support, told them that I needed to unlock my phone to use it with foreign networks; gave them my IMEI, they quickly mailed back the unlock code and the instructions to unlock the phone (saving me some money in the process).
Rebooted, re-tried KingRoot, and it worked! Then I ran the script to replace KingRoot with SuperSU, and voilà - LG Magna LTE rooted, unnecessary apps removed, now it works like a charm.
I hope this has been useful for anyone following this thread. When in doubt, some old-fashioned diplomacy can save you a few bucks

you can easily upgrade via lg up, clean upgrade not necessary, no bloatware of t-mobile, no t-mobile logo, everything stays "non branded".
Battery is nice, everything works perfect.
the only annoying is, you have to manualy add your APN for data/mms

is it wort it to flash? i have h815 eur v20d poland purschased, i flashed to v20f turkish kdz works great.

It was written that its an update about 4g. It says now you can get faster speeds by combining 4g and wifi together. It was about 60 mb.
After the update there is an icon of volte on the notification bar.
I couldnt figure it out how to use wifi and 4g together, I didnt saw an option in everywhere.
Explanation was in Turkish and it was funny.
IT was something like this :

İt is the same technology as for samsung when phone tries to aggregate LTE/LTE-advance and wifi, how I understood its a classical network binding aggregation, it works good if you have a fast WiFi, if your WiFi bandwidth is much lower than your LTE - then phone all time will use just LTE. For TürkTelekom it will work good, for Turkcell I am not sure 'cause they have really great coverage with low latency of LTE-A.

Don't get it, for all other regions there are new updates but for EU LG G4 H815 I'm stuck at January security update...
If I didn't root my phone can I upgrade via LG UP with this new firmware? Do I lose my warranty? Thanks !!

I successfully flashed TWRP to the LUA-L01 variant but flashing SuperSu.zip makes the phone stuck at boot animation. Tried all versions of SuperSu

Flash in sequence:
1) UPDATE-unSU.zip
2) superuser.zip
After your phone boots up install the superusephh's.apk
and you are good to go with root rights.

O seu bootloard está desbloqueado? Se sim execute 1 arquivo modo fastboot.bat ao entra no modo fastboot execute o 2 arquivo instalador.bat no final da instalação vai aparecer a opção de formata o aparelho escolha a opção 2 NÃO

It will work if Im on a custom rom based on Wayne? Im on CarbonRom Pie. What I have to do to install this one?

Yes, just don't touch and do not close until it finishes, it will take a while.
When it ask for an option 1 or 2, pres 2, and that will preserve your data, there will be no reset, like a real OTA update on your phone.

2 times try to flash. But it stuck at boot for 1 hour. I guess already bootloop.
3 times trying nothing happen. Also auto restart. Hurmm

Do you have unlocked critical as well ?
Did you wait for it to finish the first time, about 30min of flashing... ?!
It worked for me in first try.

Already unlock bootloader and i wait until it finish. Until choose 2 at the end of flashing.

Command is
fastboot flashing unlock_critical
Some users said that is the reason why for some flashing of PIE worked, and for some don't.
Try it, but I should worn you, that when you unlock critical, it will delete the phone all over again, just like when you unlocked OEM for the first time.
