Settings ---> SIM card & mobile networks --- > Click on SIM card that you need to disable. - - -> Turn On/Off
Set your default SIM for calls & mobile data before turn off the sim.

That's unfortunate. I don't have this problem in my phone.
Who own this phone? I mean the device owned / controlled by your company?
Is that custom or miui official rom?

This doesn't look like MIUI Settings/SIM Cards and Mobile Network/SIM 1 or 2 options (see the screenshot, QFJEUXM 11.0.5), maybe some custom ROM with less options (Settings/About?)

I have been looking for an android 10 rom for a long time, where you can deactivate a sim card or switch the mobile data. Unfortunately I haven't found any custom rom yet

It works perfectly in the stock MIUI 11, Android 10

If it's hard dial *#"#4636#*#* then select your sim slot , toggle your mobile ratio power. Its disable one sim without restart.

How to remove "This SIM card is from an unknown source"

Im on Stock NC4 firmware and i get this message "This SIM card is from an unknown source".
How to get rid of this message because i use a different sim and im rooted.
Go to notifications in the pull down menu... press and hold the notification until you see "app info". Click that then click "force stop". This pops up every time you restart your phone so this is one way to get rid of it.
Sent from my SM-N900V using XDA Free mobile app
You can freeze the setup wizard app too then it won't pop up after restart any more. I use the titanium backup app

Another option is to use Xposed Framework and the NotifyClean module. I use it to hide the ongoing notification for my Gear watch.

Which Sim card did you get from straight talk? ATT, T-MO, or VZW?
I have the VZW Sim card. I tried the ATT Sim carf only had 4G no lte b/c n900v can not support att's bands. I tried T-MO Sim super fast lte speeds but I had horrible coverage. I now have the VZW Sim excellent coverage but lte speeds are capped at 5.5.

SIM (GSM) Not detected on CM Roms

Hi, i have tried all CM nightly 2015-09 builds in my device and sim card is never detected. If i choose Global in Mobile Networks it detects it and i can register with my network operator and can make calls but i just can't receive incoming calls. If you call my number you can hear its calling but the device does not show the incoming call so i can't answer. I also can receive/send ams and get 3g but still can't receive calls. My network mode is GSM/UMTS and i'm with Movistar in Mexico.
My software and baseband version is OD2. My device is sim unlocked and if i go back to stock or try any other TouchWiz roms like Wickd or Sac's rom i can receive calls and the sim is always detected. I have also tried with other CM based roms like blisspop, exodus, and none of them recognise my sim.
Any fix or recommendations ? Thank you.

Sounds like you answered your own question amigo... If you use a Touchwiz ROM it works, then why not use a Touchwiz ROM?

You must choose Global in Networks/settings, after this, dial *#*#4636#*#* and then choose on network WCDMA preferred. After that reboot. Done, it's going to be stable.

Seccond hand A300FU Dual Sim, does not have Sim Management Settings.

I've recently bought a Samsung Galaxy A3 Dual Sim off someone.
The physical phone has dual sim trays, and has DUOS engraved on the back of the phone.
The phone model is A300FU, android shows 1.5GB, android version 4.4.4
However, under the settings menu, the Sim Management settings is missing, and there doesn't seem to be anyway to see or control the second sim card.
Questions:-
Does anyone have any idea if flashing one of the A300FU 5.0.2 lollipop roms would fix this problem?
Does anyone have the same phone Dual Sim phone, does yours have a "Sim Management" settings? If yes, could you screenshot it and let me see what it looks like?
didvyou try putting both sims and trying to find sim manager

Tried that, even after putting in both sims, nothing showed up in settings screen on the Galaxy A3 duos.
I've tested both sims on my old Samsung Galaxy A7 Duos / Dual Sim.... both sims are in working order, and works on the phone.
On the Galaxy A7 Duos, the Settings Screen shows "Sim Management" option even if I don't have any sim card in it.
wow, this is very confusing
are you sure you have A300FU, cause the dual sim vairant is A300F, without the U on the end.

I'm pretty sure the phone hardware is a dual sim version. (see attached photos of the dual sim and the duos engraving)
I don't know whether the model A300FU is correct, that's what it says in the "About Phone" screen.
Under "Applications Manager" > "Running" screen, it shows a total of 883MB used + 508MB free = 1,391MB memory ... <= does this mean it's the 1.5GB Ram variant == A300FU?

SPH-L720 S4 on Boost Mobile

Hello,
I have a S4 L720 that's running the OH1 modem on CM12 by JDC Team, I put a Boost Mobile Sim Card in to see if I could get service.
After flashing the Boost Mobile fix (Link Below), I get LTE speeds and data works fine, but I can't make or receive calls or texts.
Is it that Boost Mobile Sim's aren't compatible with the S4?

You have to go back to a Touchwiz ROM to activate the SIM. Make a backup, flash a Touchwiz ROM, activate SIM, restore backup.

Once you're on a TW ROM I think all you need to do is Update your Profile and that should activate the SIM. Try making a call and you'll know.
If that doesn't work, dial ##72786# in the phone app and that will reset the network and start the self activation process.
I went back to stock but I don't see the option to update the profile, all I see is System Updates.

Yes it's under that option, you should also update PRL while you're at it.

What ROM did you flash? If it's a 5.1.1 Touchwiz ROM they are all ports from different devices and won't have that option, you need a stock Touchwiz ROM or one built from this devices stock ROM, like my ROM, Wicked X.
I flashed the OH1 rom via Odin, I'll flashing OD2 next.
Edit: It worked, I have the options back, but it says connection error (6).

Dial ##72786# in the phone app
Now it goes to hands free activation and doesn't go past that. (I can still use the phone.)

Do you have an active account with the SIM card that is on your phone? If not, then all of this was pointless.
Yes, I'm using it in another phone for now until I get it working on my S4.
