Hello there,
I have been a reader of XDA for many years but this is the first time I'm at a loss...
I have this radio: Seicane S088713 but with the T3 processor. Sorry I cannot post links (I'm a newbie!) but you can see it if you search for "9 inch 2004-2008 Chrysler Aspen 300C Android 6.0"
I managed to root it with Kingroot and all seemed fine for a while but I must have deleted something by mistake and now the unit is stack on the android screen.
Any idea how to enter recovery mode? The radio does not have any buttons or reset pin.
Also tried the Alt+PrtSCr+i but all I manage to get is the unit to reboot.
Any ideas? I have looked a fair bit of info on this particular radio but there's no much on it.
Have you find the way to get into recovery mode in the meanwhile?
I have a seicane with allwin T8, would also love to know how to enter recovery mode, if there even is one lol.
Recovery - worked for me
Did you repeatedly hit the "i" while holding the "alt + prnt scrn" buttons?
Even after the first boot screen starts?
It takes a little patience and practice if it will work at all.
If you have a poweroff button, just push it for quite some time and then push again and wait for the head unit to start, it should start right on the recovery menu after that.
I've only tried it once, and it did.
Hope you'll get there too.
Hello,
I upgrade my T3 P3 Quad Core Headunit to Android 7.1.1 using the rom given at:
4pda.ru
/forum/index.php?showtopic=837879
(With the help of Google translate)
I missed upgrading the recovery in the process because of which I cannot run the system upgrade now.
I would be grateful if someone who has upgraded their T3 P3 Quad Core headunit to Android 7.1.1 could post a copy of their Recovery.img file (can be obtained using the terminal of and application such as Rashr).
Thanks.

1. You are mistaken. Recovery does not perform the update function.
2. If you had Android 6 and you upgraded to Android 7, then now you need to use the method of emergency firmware update.
3. What firmware do you want to install?

Thank you for the response.
I installed version V8.3.2_20180105.162617_AKW1-mod and would now like to upgrade to V8.3.2_20180119.100305_TW2-ZHC-mod.
Both of these are Android 7.1.x. When I run "system update" the processing icon shows for 1-2 minutes and then android reboots. However, after boot up the rom version still shows the same 20180105.
If I boot into recovery the version shown is android 6.0.1. Was assuming that the system update isn't working because the recovery was not updated.
Would appreciate your guidance on how to upgrade the Android 7 version & if the recovery update will help or not.
Thanks.

You need to rename the firmware files, as you did the first time.
Use these methods of emergency firmware update.
1. Hold Home (mechanical button), press Reset, and keep holding Home until the update starts.
Instead of the Home button, you can connect the KEY1 (Steering wheel controls) wire to the ground. Or press the button on the steering wheel connected to KEY1.
2. Yet another procedure might be needed for some units: Using a USB stick prepared as above and inserted in the unit, turn ignition to ACC, press Reset, turn ignition off, then after 5 seconds turn it again to ACC.

Good luck.

Hello,
Sorry for using this topic but I'm a new user...
I have an Android 7.1 radio that doesn't work correctly after disconnecting the canbus box from it.
I did a video https://youtu.be/PcQrKQD8FKs
Can you help with is?
Hi Intrusion4,
I know it's an old post but I'm having the same problem on a Allwinner T3 P3.
At first the Bluetooth stopped working 6 months ago but that didn't bothered me too much, instead this morning i found the GPS icon blinking and everything not related to the Android OS stopped working (Radio, Music Player, Navigation, Car Info, etc). I can't raise the volume and brightness either just like you in your video.
Do you still remember if you solved it and how did you do it?
Thank you
Hi folks. My PX6 won't boot up after uninstalling the stock media player. I have to do a recovery but can't enter the menu. Tried several RST and button combinations but no luck. It's a 9 inch without physical buttons. Any ideas?
Hello Team ,
Just bought a new head unit '' Sadocom PX6 android 10 but when mounted I got a problem with a panel buttons so I reset the unit from the rest button then it entered to the recovery mode but I can't exit it after I finished the reset , I downloaded deferent firmware and MCU but without success, its stuck in recovery mode with all buttons leds blinking, and all physical buttons not dowing anything.
Any solution please.
Thanks in advance .
Try to see if the strip connecting the main board and physical key board is perfectly attached.
It might have been displaced.
Atleast touch or any physical button must work.
Or the physical button you are mentioning might have stuck or shorted, try to remove and replace it or- just try to detach the strip containing the physical key board( only the strip is for physical keys only).
Hello, I have the Pumpkin AA0505B PX6 4GB /64GB. Android 10, year 2020 06.15. version 06 car radio. The device no longer turns on.
When I turn it on while holding down the power button, the buttons light up for 2 seconds, then the device immediately turns off again.
Pressing reset and /or reset + Power on does the same thing. I would like to reinstall the MCU and firmware on an SD card to see if the boot curtain starts. Can someone tell me (Download Link) which MCU and firmware I need. It doesn't have to be the original one. The main thing is that I can get the device up and running again
