Do you think that this smartphone works well? I have had Motorola Moto X Style, Huawei P10 Lite (on stock). Now I use LG G6 with better specs on custom ROM, but I still think the nominally Moto was the best, even this phone had 3 GB RAM.
Try G6 with PE Pie ROM and Kernel 3.18. G6 works fast on Android 7, for other Android versions LG didnt optimize phone software, so it runs slower

Hi All
Currently using a Galaxy s5 plus and I'm tempted to get a One plus 2 ...any opinions .BTW camera is important to me
Thanks
Well I hope you're familiar with flashing roms. If not, theres tons of guides on xda and yeah i'd recommend it. Use oxyslim or something similar + boeffla kernel and you WILL enjoy your oneplus two. Or you can wait for marshmallow
Huge improvement even on stock rom.
Camera is very good for a mobile phone

How does the camera compare with say LG G4 ,that's my other option
OP2 over a Samsung S5 Plus might not be an upgrade per se, might be a minor one. But LG G4 camera would be a real upgrade. But then again if you are not hard pressed for an upgrade, you'd be better off waiting for a while until the SD820/newer Exynos featuring phones hit the market. Which is very soon I presume.
i think you should wait for OP3 as the upgrade would be minimal as you have the S5 Plus (SD805). imo sd810 is just slightly better then sd801 in performance and sd805 has a higher clockspeed and better gpu then sd801 closer to sd810.
Pros and Cons of each other? Opinions?
Wow...

Whats the problem;got a LGg4 and use and test it; and if its not ok for you,get a Note 4(3) again ,so simple! Then you will know exactly
Lg G4 has a nice camera.
My friend has a G4, its kind of smoother than N3.
But if you draw and scribble and if you like AMOLED & S pen change your mind about G4.
Buy a V10, that thing looks premium.
You can watch reviews to know whats your needs
Lg g4 is a good phone and dont forget that it will have marshmallow update.... so I think you'll be happy with that phone
Yeah exactly. I would never change from a note series to an LG. That does not make any sense. However, you could watch some reviews on youtube to find out the differences. But personally, I would upgrade to Note 4. I can't wait to get my own.
Bootloader of most versions of LG G4 cannot be unlocked. So loss much interest of change to custom ROM as found in Note 3.
My d802 is 4 years old . It s still working fine and pretty usable but i m thinking about getting a new phone nowadays. I ve been always playing heavy games with the phone and i never got low fps but the 4 y.o battery runs out a little faster than before. I m not gonna buy a g3 nor a g4 and cant afford higher . i looked for a few secondhand devices like lg g flex 2, Mi 5/Mi5s/Mi5s plus and i m completely undecided now. As an lg g2 user, what do you say? Should i get a another phone? What are your phone suggestions? Will it worth? Or i should just buy a new battery?
Hi all,
I had a Mediapad m3 earlier this year but eventually returned it because it was a frustrating experience with emui 4. Hardware was great but it was limited by its software : terrible lock screen, no smart lock, no multiwindow, etc.
Did the experience got better with Nougat and emui 5? Is multiwindow fully functional? How about smart lock? Is the tablet still recognised as a phone by apps? There's no real review online with the tablet running Nougat.
I must say even though its specs sheet is inferior, the Samsung Tab S2 8 2016 still seem like a better choice in terms of experience : better software, probable Oero update and awesome custom roms support anyway. It's a different form factor of course but it's also lighter.
What's the day to day experience with the M3 today?
Thanks.
Hi, does a One UI 5 rom like the Noble rom for the S9 exist for my S8 (G950F exynos)? Thanks
I fear that unfortunately, no one ui port besides one ui 2 exists for the galaxy S8/note 8 series.
Galaxy S7 somehow maxed at one ui 2 via custom ROMs
and so did the S8
and somehow the S9 out of nowhere got one ui support up to one ui 5. Probably because of the note 10 lite (which runs the same chipset as the S9/note 9 series) existing, maybe that explains the sudden outcome. Note 10 lite was supposed to max at android 12 but it's support was extended to android 13, and after it completed update circle it got demoted to quarter updates.
I'm aware of S8 being so similar of the S9, but despite that it uses different chipset, so it would be impossible to use the noble ROM installer on a galaxy S8, it would unfortunately give an error instead if you do so.
TLDR: You won't be available to install any one ui port besides max one ui 2 at Samsung S8/note 8 series, except if you wish to use stock android ROMs such lineage os, pixel experience ect.
Pretty sad reality tbh. As someone who uses the S8 for backup I really wish there was better one ui custom rom support for the S8 too.
