Hi everyone,
I was booting a new Custom ROM, and left my phone for about 3hours in fastboot mode.
When i got home, it seemed dead.
My PC recognized him, but for one last time.
For now, he really seems dead.
No light, no display, nothing. NOTHING!
THe only thing is the ring light on pop up camera, that sometimes turns on when i press power button for long time, ou vol down + power combination.
Can anyone please advice me or tell if Is there any way I can solve this problem?
Tks in advance

Try plugging it in. when flashing a ROM or any mods charge the phone up all the way.

No solution. I think he is in forced EDL mode.
Any chance of recovering him?
Hi,
Did you manage to do something, I have the same problem?

ooofff.. that sounds nasty.
You say the green LED is coming ON for a second when it's plugged into the pc.
Are all the ABD and/or flash drivers correctly installed?
I hope it's not a brick.

Yeah!! When i connect it in flash mode the LED stays for a second and then disappears. I did nothing that could possibly brick the phone!!! I just switched off my phone when i was about to start with my exam. After about 2 hours i switched it on and it didn't boot. And by the way when i press the power button a green LED blinks.
Try to take out the battery for a while and try to flash it again.
Another idea is to take out the battery, and while holding the back button on the phone and having the dialogue to put the phone in flash mode in flash tools, first put in the USB cable and then the battery.
Hey guys!!! My phone is back now. I just reflashed it. Thank u everyone for helping me out
Hallo,
I've got a N4 Stock and yesterday the screen just went black. The phone is not loading (no battery sign and no LED lighting).
I already tried to go to Recovery Mode via pressing Power+VolumeDown while plugging in. Unfortunately only thing I get is a solid red LED for ca. 10 seconds and then nothing.
I assumed that the battery died because of temperature shock since I had been jogging in the cold just before the phone died. But battery change unfortunately didn't help (still the same response. Am I supposed to perform some sort of reset after battery change?)
My question is following: any chances to rescue the phone or even more important to retrieve data from it?
Thanks in advance!
I would really appreciate any help

try holding power and volume up for 1 minute with the device unplugged (it simulates a battery pull) after 1 minute, release the power and vol up buttons and plug the device in. You should see a blinking red LED after doing this, and it should start charging. If it remains on a solid red LED after trying the above, im afraid it may be bricked.

Unfortunately it didn't help. Also I think the solution targets a battery problem. Maybe I haven't made it clear - the battery is already exchanged. Therefore I assume ScumDroid is right and the phone is bricked indeed.
Charge your phone using usb ...for some time ...let it charge and leave it
And try going to fawtboot mode
....if the prolem persists the battery oviously is. Dead. ..change it

More details please? What do you call dead? Do you have access to fastboot mode (Volume Up + Power) or recovery mode (Volume Down + Power) ?

You could try any solution available for bricked device. I have a thread for this which could help you:

Hi all,
First post (be nice).
My phone (Oneplus Two) was fine last night (~80% battery) then i noticed it had switched off. There seemed to be no sign of life so I left it overnight.
This morning I tried vol down + power, vol up + power, just power, nothing seems to make a difference.
My computer doesn't seem to recognise the phone on usb connect either. I am not sure what to do!
There are no LED's on the phone either (not sure if that is important)
Thanks in advance! :good:
Charning?

Hello does it charge? Like when you plug it to a charge, will the LED glow? If not I would try to send it back for repair it could be your MB is dead.
Or you can try full recovery... if you install the special drivers it can kick in even with screen turend off. Worth a try

Hey,
I think that might be the only option. Nothing happened when I tried the recovery steps. Think it may be hard bricked!
Thanks

If you have a valid waranty OnePlus has no problem to fix your phone.
Hye,
I was just updating the ROM which is Nitrogen OS. And then i'm flashing the Flash kernel but it stuck for a quite long time. So im pressing Power button + Volume down to reboot into recovery.
And then the phone is not turning on again.
I'd tried to charge the phone using OEM / after market charger / pc and no LED turning on. On the pc , there is no device detected on the Device Manager.
Is there any possible way to reboot into recovery ?
Thanks for helping.
have you tried adb commands?

Leave it on the original USB-C charger overnight or several hours until the front led light comes on. Then do the 2 minute power only button. If it doesn't power on within 2 minutes, it's not going to. The bad part really is that even if you put a new battery in it, it may not fix it. How was the phone behaving before? Any of these.... getting hot, bad SOT, turning off below a certain battery %, not charging fully to 100%? If your battery was acting up recently you could try a battery. If the battery was strong and it just happened out of the blue, likely the phone (MB) is toast. Is there a Huawei service center in KL? Semoga berjaya.

I recently flash the new Nitrogen ROM and after successful flashing , went back to recovery to unroot with SuperSU. During flashing, it was stuck and had to hard reset it and this was happen.
Nothing unexpected behavior at all, the battery kinda mess up since i'm a heavy user. SoT for 2-4 hours. I'm contacting the sc but right now we have Chinese New Year eve. Therefore , they'll closed it till Monday.
And for the bad luck, my warranty was expired on 27/1/2017. Kinda sad for me. Hopefully , they'll make an exception for this situation.
Btw thanks for that good luck. Appreciate that.
