MX10 Pro Mess! - Please help - Android Stick & Console RockChip based Computers

Hey,
I have an MX10 Pro TV box with the latest android 9. I wanted to turn it into an Interenet and office home computer so I connected it to a screen and Lenovo external keyboard and mouse, and downloaded proper app.
At first everything was fine - mouse and keyboard worked, and than I disscovered the famous 'enter' key problem. I've tryied to solve it based on google: Installed external keyboard helper - didn't work well. I have changed key 28 from DPAD_CENTER to ENTER in generic.kl file - and since that my keyboard is dead.
The TV BOX don't Identify external physical keyboard is connected. I've Reset the box, changed the file back and reset it again - but nothing - the keyboard is dead. I can't turn on caps lock light or num lock light, the keyboard is dead and doesn't identified.
I've tried every USB port. I connected it to another computer to see its alive (it is...), I've connected the mouse to every USB port - it works. I've tried every USB option under developer tab - nothing changed.
I'm completly lost! not only I didn't solve the Enter key problem, my home computer seems completly broken.
PLEASE HELP!

With the wired Xbox 360 controller attached the mouse does not show on screen, or aparently actually move the cursor, but clicks still work, I have not yet located a menu button or Back button (when typing, backspace simply backspaces, so good chance that is not it). I'll play with it some more later.

the white LED on the front of the AFTV2 lights up when you press the buttons, except the R/L triggers, d pad, and sticks, I'll install an EMU to test the buttons in the setup. Also, the big X in the middle acts like the home button, and double pressing it does get picked up by Firestarter. Depressing the sticks acts like the green button
I've noticed somethings, having the mouse and the joystick connected at the same time causes the mouse circle to not show. some apps will only select exterior options, not internal frames if they have like a permanent border that shows around the edges (like plex). I've also noticed the keyboard doesn't always type in the text boxes after I select them.. will play around a bit and see if it is my configuration.
I'm using apple's Magic Mouse 1 and a Galaxy Tab7 keyboard case on 5.0.3.1. Both connect via bluetooth w/o problems and are useable. I didn't look into keymapping so far, so not all chars are set right when you type. Both work also on the fire tv1.

xHci disabled on Windows10 Tablet, Usb Ports doesnt work

Hi,
I tryed to flash my old Nokia 5800's stock firmware with Windows10 tablet. But tablet always gets a blue screen on this process. I installed latest Windows10 updates. Right now its in Version 1703 15063.332. But tablet keeps getting blue screen. Sometimes with buzz sound. Windows10 totally clean it doesnt have any virus or something. I did even /sfc scannow. I never experienced like this thing before with this tablet and i didnt change any UEFI setting.
So i started to change Usb settings on the UEFI one by one and i revert it back every change to original setting. When time has comes to change xHci it damaged all Usb ports. Now i cant revert it back to original setting. I didnt change any other Usb settings. Just disabled xHci. Usb host enabled and other things. I didnt think xHci will damage all usb ports. Because on the xHci's info, Bios vendor says, it just turns Usb3.0 to Usb2.0 So my Nokia 5800 is too old phone. I thought maybe old phone doesnt work well with Usb 3.0 So i turned off xHci to Disabled.
Distributor says Tablet supports Usb 2.0 technology. After disabling xHci, Intel® USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller disappeared on Device manager.
I disabled the xHci on UEFI Bios and my Local named Windows10 Tablet's Usb ports doesnt work. I can access the UEFI first startup screen but i cant control it. Volume+ and Volume- buttons works only vertical movement and Power/Windows capacitive button doesnt work on that screen. Touch screen is not working too on UEFI's first startup screen. Keyboard, Mouse also doesnt work. Im stuck with touch screen. I checked Tablet's and Dock's every inch and there is no little reset button.
What happens if i spend all battery power waiting on the UEFI startup screen? Will the bios reset when the battery get empty?
Is there any way to reset UEFI using Windows10 ?
Is there any Power button, Volume+, Volume- button combination for reset UEFI?
What happens if hard reset Windows10? Will my device's Usb ports come alive?
Windows10 Tablet has a 5 pin on the lower side. This pins connecting to Keyboard(Dock) but Keyboard doesnt work. Maybe it has UEFI reset pins? I can see the HID Keyboard device on the Device manager. But removing the Keyboard physically doesnt effect HID keyboard's status.
Windows10 Tablet has 2 black coloured usb port and both doesnt work with any device. Ones Usb Type A Female other one is Usb micro b female.
Why Bios doesnt give a Warning!
Why there is a xHci setting?
Why xHci setting is changeable?
INSYDE corp. creating a Bios but they cant think "What happens when we damage all usb ports with one setting? How they can access/control to Bios/UEFI?" This is ridicilious. I checked almost all forum's allover the World and xHci info always same like my device's xHci info. I readed it and i accept the Usb3.0 to Usb2.0 changing. Not damaging all Usb ports!
If i send this tablet to distributor they will request a money for fixing simple xHci setting. Is this INSYDE corp.'s target? Who knows.

Hi,
I have the same issue did u find any solutioun somehow ?
By the way I just read another forum and it says that you can use OTG cable with usb keyboard/mouse.
I couldn't try because I don't have otg cable with me but I'll try when I get home (probably next week).
Hello,
same problem here on an Allview windows 10 tablet, during windows 10 reset i got a blue screen and my tablet got stuck into a boot loop restarting after windows logo appears. It didnt boot from windows usb stick that i made with rufus in multiple ways with different settings and when i was trying to get it boot from usb i accidentally disabled XHCI or EHCI from bios ,the attached keyboard does not respond, otg cable connected keyboad does not respond, touch not working.
Any solution will be appreciated,
Thank you.

Nook Glowlight Plus USB OTG Keyboard

I managed to get into developer mode on my new NGP, there's no more "build number" as I've seen in several blog posts with the latest update you click on the Nook icon on the About page it takes you to Developer mode. I've been able to install a few apps, but here's what I'd like to do.
I'd like to plug in a USB keyboard and use it to SSH into another machine through my WiFi hotspot to do some HTML/JS/CSS text editing while I'm outdoors (at the pool, the park, etc) as my other laptops/tablets aren't visible at all outdoors with glare. This would be a nice portable solution if I could get it to work, even editing locally on the device through some editor and sending via SFTP would be just fine.
However, I can get my USB OTG cable and USB keyboard to work on my Samsung J3 phone just fine, but not on my NGP it does nothing when plugged in, keyboard caps lock doesn't activate. Is there a way to get it to work, and does it require rooting the NGP? I haven't rooted the device yet.

As a workaround I put a VNC client on it so I can access my other devices and do the typing from there, that way I can use my RPI3 as the system with a keyboard on battery power and do some Python (Django)/NodeJS/ReactJS from the NGP using it as a monitor outdoors, but if I issue the following commands via adb to rotate into landscape mode I lose input on the NGP and have to reboot:
adb shell settings put system accelerometer_rotation 0
adb shell settings put system user_rotation 1
Any ideas?
I believe I looked at this once.
At least one of the problems is that the ID pin on the micro USB connector is not connected through to the processor.
B&N has never shown any interest in putting Bluetooth in a Nook.
We'll have to see if the latest "Nook Glowlight 3" will have either OTG or BT.

Recovering files while unresponsive screen and usb lock

Hello everyone, I have one of the most unlikely problem... Or set of problems. My g6's touch stopped working suddenly. So far so good. The bigest problem is that a few days before that I ( by some stupid idea of mine ) switched the usb to charge only. My question is:
Can I somehow force open the usb port given I can not use the screen? Some might recommend a screen replacement but the service said that the fault is within the motherboard touch controller and has nothing to do with the screen.
A way that I need to try ( seen on youtube ) is to get a usb C to usb A adapter and try pluging a mouse to bypass the touchscreen.
You can try to access the files via ADB, if you have your PC already "allowed" on the phone for ADB connections. Otherwise, a mouse should actually work, yes.

Enable USB Debugging on S7 Edge (SM-G935F)??

Hi,
My brothers phone screen is basically unusable.
When I connect the phone to the PC it recognises it in Windows but the phone contains no folders. At first I assumed it was because his screen was locked so I connected a OTG and keyboard and using commands managed to get his phone "unlocked" to the home screen.
However this didnt fix the issue.
Reading around it seems I may need USB Debugging enabled (if he hasn't already) but due to not being able to use the screen how would I do that?
Do I need a MICRO USB to HDMI & USB adapter to use a mouse and TV output?
Or is there a way I can fix this through windows using ADB?
At this point we are willing to try anything as all we are looking for is some family photos off of it then binning the phone and I don't want to put £100-200 into the screen replacement just to attempt this data recovery.
All help is greatly appreciated,
Cheers
ADB is the door to any Android device. As long as ADB has not been activated on the device - and the related RSA keys got created - you have no chance to pull out data from device, IMO.
Ok,
Well see the fact when I connect it to windows it shows the phone but not the folders inside, and I can only assume there will be a popup on the screen mentioning to ALLOW/DECLINE transfer etc..
If I use the OTG adapter I can plug my keyboard in and use the sequence SPACE, SPACE, BKSPACE, BKSPACE, then my PIN and ENTER and it unlocks to the home screen.
But because I would need the phone connected by both PC and KEYBOARD at the same time is it possible to get a splitter on the OTG adapter and this would hopefully let me press RIGHT and ENTER to accept the message?
If not then can the phone be connected via HDMI to see if any message is infact popping up??

OK, new to this. To get usb debugging on, click system. About phone, Software information, build number. Click that several times. (AT least 10). You will see a message that you are in developer mode. Go back to home screen. Click settings icon. Scroll to bottom you should now see { } Developers optiions. Click that. Find the section for ADB, enable ADB. Once ADB is up and running you should be able to pull the files. The screen for an android is the desktop, mouse, and keyboard. (PC analogy). You need something to see your icons, something to click, and a keyboard. If OTG acts as a mouse, and you can see the basic display, and have an external keyboard. I think you can do this. I am not sure what OTG is .

1. I cant follow that process as the screen is completely destroyed (no display/no touch), thats why I have been blindly using a keyboard to try and find the setting
2. OTG is ON THE GO , its a small adapter that lets you connect USB devices to your phone.
Sorry about that. I think you are stuck. without some visual clues I think you can not put the phone in developer mode. Did you try just a plugin (via usb) into windows and seeing if there is a pictures folder?
It find the phone in Windows, but wont display the folders.
The OTG splitter I purchased to be able to connect it to the PC and KEYBOARD at same time didnt work as it doesnt supply power (should have checked reviews).
Any other solutions? Or is this a new screen for £200 just to get data?
I purchased another OTG splitter that has a OTG/CHARGE switch so this should let me connect it to the PC and KEYBOARD.
Can anyone give me shortcut keys or step by step on how many times I need to press certain buttons to get down to the USB DEBUGGING section please?
