The only custom ROM avaiable right now are the GSIs and the Mokee ROM. GSI are 32 bits, Mokee I don't know.

Go for recursion remix or lineage os. Even cyanogen is good but has some minor bugs.

We have a 64 bit processor, but Motorola decided to ship the device with a 32bit OS. Stock and all nougat ROMs are 32 bit. However, our amazing devs created 64 bit sources for us to use, and now all our Oreo ROMs are 64 bit, so use arm64 GApps.

Since redmi 7a is a 32bit device, do we have any chance of having any rom on android 10?
or will the devs will kind of put him aside?

Sure, but only GSI for now. Currently these two are stable enough: havoc os, lineage. I personally recommend LineageOS and I think it's more stable but less features.

Lineage OS 17.1 is quite stable, you need to have the firmware of miui 10.2.5, the explanation is in the roms of this model in this same web
