Sure, but only GSI for now. Currently these two are stable enough: havoc os, lineage. I personally recommend LineageOS and I think it's more stable but less features.

Lineage OS 17.1 is quite stable, you need to have the firmware of miui 10.2.5, the explanation is in the roms of this model in this same web

I really want this ported because I just don't like ColorOS. Changing the settings menu and putting overlays where they are not needed is infuriating. There was a build of Lineage OS for the F1f but it's not the same as it has a different chipset and probably GPU. ColorOS is trash and bloatware and uses far too much memory even on the initial release of Lollipop and it deserves to go.
My last phone was from ZTE, another Chinese company but I could do whatever I wanted with it, root, custom rom, etc and that has much worse specs than the F1s. This phone is capable but ColorOS really drags it down.

The only custom ROM avaiable right now are the GSIs and the Mokee ROM. GSI are 32 bits, Mokee I don't know.
