I have seen many people asking about how to solve error 7 problem while installing custom ROMs. (Including myself)
Now I have found a method to fix it with the help of @ThE_MarD
So let's begin
1. Do QFIL (it repartitions you phone correctly)
2. Flash 19s firmware (or higher)
3. Treblize your device using shiva's twrp . (Optional but highly recommended]
4. I flashed the latest official lineage os 16.(Optional]
For QFIL => https://forum.xda-developers.com/le-max-2/how-to/guide-hard-brick-fix-qualcomm-hs-usb-t3492949/amp/
For Firmware => https://sourceforge.net/projects/lineageos-for-x2/files/Firmware Updates/
TWRP (with trebleize option ) => https://drive.google.com/file/d/11E0kRK2wf0qIgyNcYLgqjwoZUbap-57O/view
*******************************************************
Please tell if it works for you. It worked for me.
If you have no bug to report the don't spam the thread and click the button.

Just got my LG G2 D806 from Personal Argentina, since this carrier loads their roms full of cr*p that i don't want, i would like to flash a new rom, so first i need to know:
1) Which recovery (preferably TWRPM) should i use
2) Which comunity ROM keeps most of the "useful" features the phone ships with (IR Remove / Knock to Wake etc etc )
Thanks!
To reply my own question, at least par of it, i was able to succesfully flash TWRP on the D806 by using the files for the D802, i used this tutorial:
http://theunlockr.com/2013/11/03/flash-custom-recovery-lg-g2-versions-video/
TWRP for this device can be downloaded from:
http://techerrata.com/browse/twrp2/g2d802.
Now i need some suggestions on what ROM to try.

Expect this to be closed shortly. ROM comparison threads don't last too long on here.
Regarding your question, I prefer TWRP, but both recoveries are useful and effective. For ROMs, best to browse the developer subforum for your particular variant and give a few a try. The answer to which ROM is best is highly subjective (and leads to flaming/trolling, hence the reason this'll be closed soon). What one finds to be the best could be different than your opinion. Try a bunch and see which one meets your needs/expectations.
Hi, this is my first post. I'm a self-experienced using Android. For year I had no problems with my devices. I had a Motorola G 1st generation who worked fine, but I waste it. Now, I bought ZTE Blade L3. Such as Moto G, Miracast feature is not enable (at least in my stock rom).
I want to know if this device is compatible with that technology (read that works in every phone since 4.2.x).
This phone has Android KK 4.4.4.
Tried to first connect trough WiFi Direct a Miracast Dongle (easycast), but the phone doesn't connect. Then, I tried whith screen cast option, and the same. Finally, I looked forums how to unlock modifying bootloader.ini, just as I had to do Moto G. I added the lines with BuildProp editor after rooting with Kingo Root:
persist.sys.wfd.virtual=0
persis.debug.wfd.enable=1
AAAAAND nothing happens
I need some help, first to know compatibility (wifi drect certification page is down, unfortunately), if there is a ROM that solve this problem (CM maybe?) and if there are other lines that I must add to buildprop.
Thank you very much for your asnwers, and sorry for the bad english (I'm from Chile).
If you need any further information, please ask!!! :laugh:
UPDATE: use #MirrorEnabeler and the message is "Your Rom is lacking the audio_submix file. You must contact your device mantainer and ask them NICELY no imlement it. Please refer to the red part of the original post on XDA-Developers" This going to take long time, so decided to install stock ROM from other country using SP Flash tool, to see if it has the same problem.
UPDATE 2: Stock ROM from other country, same problem. Rooted the phone to make changes using KingRoot. Followed instructions from this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/har...experimental-enable-mirroring-device-t2812193 The thread was closed, and will create another thread for dongles (no chromecast)
It says, or those STILL having issues,
Check /system/lib/hw directory for the file "audio.r_submix.default.so".
If it doesn't exist, ask your device maintainer to add audio.r_submix.default to
the product_packages in the device.mk file. (You may not know what it means, but they will.)
So, Asked my mobile company to do the changes, they said "the manufacter must". Contacted ZTE to do what is being said, and ther is still no answer.
Will ask in thread posted after, to see if they can help me. Please let me know if somebody can run Miracasr in his Blade (also did't found another ROM that's not a Stock one)
created another thread in hacking software http://forum.xda-developers.com/har...e/help-to-enable-miracast-feature-to-t3209364
Hi everyone i just bought a V6, i want to know if anyone knows about a custom rom for my new device?
I have searched literally everywhere for ROMs and root methods for the device, only to come up with nothing. Would be amazing if someone could start developing for the device.

All credits for their own... Cheers... You can check htcmania or the group in FB for more info... All forums are in spanish...
I flashed TWRP via FlashTool and it works great.
I then tried to flash the linked ROM via TWRP Recovery. It went through without any errors, saying "done" at the end. It then asks me to "reboot system" and from there it won't boot into system. It always boots back into TWRP. Seems like it tries to boot into the system, then goes off for a second, loads again and goes back to TWRP Recovery.
Anything I did wrong?
Cheers from Germany
That's weird... I flash it with no problems... Do you wipe dalvik after the flash???... Try to fix permissions...

Hello to all friends!
The title is amazing, I must admit, I have two distinct questions.
1. A friend has the original Mi9T in version 10.3.15. Is it possible to flash version 10.3.11 without any problem via Xiaomi Flash Tool (after use the Xiaomi Unlock Tool) ? I'm a bit afraid to brick his phone with antiroll back protection (https://www.xda-developers.com/xiaomi-anti-rollback-protection-brick-phone/)
2. I have version 10.3.11, I rooted via Magisk (boot.img then flash via ADB).
I'm on the MIUI Recovery, I don't want to flash TWRP.
Is there a way to launch TWRP via ADB without installing it and make a Nandroid Backup (and restore it later if necessary via the same manipulation)?
By doing under ADB : boot TWRP.img instead of a TWRP.img flash ?
In the ink above this is written : "Alternatively, you can “fastboot boot” the TWRP image, move the TWRP image to your device’s storage, then flash the TWRP image from within TWRP. I’m not providing detailed instructions on either method as I urge you to visit your device’s forum for device-specific instructions." So I can fastboot boot TWRP, make Nandroid backup and it's all ?
Thank you for your help!

Why the need to flash back an old rom version? Everything is working well on this phone model.
You can extract all the phone files via adb pull command.
You can try to boot TWRP from fastboot command, ' fastboot boot "twrp.img file"' and get your backup.
But TWRP are not stable on this phone an you may not be able to reinstall the backup in case of issue.
I would avoid "playing" too much and wait until Android 10 will be available and official TWRP tested in order to keep your friend as a friend!

Hi, thx for your answer.
2 reasons, the first one is that my friend have a bug on the version 15, the battery drain drasticly in few hours.
Then, on the websitet to download fastboot firemware, for root with magisk after, there is only the version .11 the 15 is not for the global version ant there is a version 11.something for the K20China ... we need fastboot global firmware, the last is the version 10.3.11 :/
For TWRP, I will wait but, it is possible to use the future version of TWRPon MIUI10? Thanks firend !

Better to turn back, now, to english in order to avoid complaints.

I'm looking for that too.
Me too
I also need this if anyone has any joy....
Bump. Is there any way to force install system app because the android 12 logkit keys are not matching with old version. Maybe apk editor ?
I also need LogKit for android 12 to enable VoLTE on my OnePlus 10 Pro.
Yo también tengo el mismo problema para poder habilitar volte ya no se puede en android 12 necesitan sacar una actualización de la apk
Exactly VOLTe is a must have and it was the only way to enable it on non supported ISPs
I'm pretty sure my Argentinean ISP is not supported and it doesn't work for me either.
Did anyone figure out a way?
No.
