hello,
I have this problem that my IMEI is set to 0. I want to unlock my bootloader once again after somehow (not knowing) i locked my boooader. I have the IMEI that comes on the back of the device but i dont know if it will work with my digital IMEI set to 0. My IMEI SV is 00. I just want to know if unlocking my bootloader with digital imei will work. Thank you for your time!!!

Is there a way to check if wizard g3 is cid locked or not ?

I reset my 8125 and supposedly relocked the CID so i could send it back to cingular
is there any way to check if it is CID locked so i can retain my warranty?
You can check it using the CID actions button in Wizard Service Tools. From what I've read on here though, the manufacturer doesn't usually check whether or not it's still CID locked anyway.
I checked it, but it shows its still unlocked. I tried using the Lokiwiz backup to restore it and it didn't work. Any ideas on how to get my CID back?

Being a Optimus One user I have no acquired a Xperia X10 as a upgrade.
Reading up through everything I encountered this through unlocking the bootloader. So does this mean if I unlock the bootloader then I would be able to take the Rogers phone and put a Telus Sim into it?
Also I assume # 6 is if you use a unlock code that you buy online then don't bother unlocking.

**I was wondering since I bought an unlock code should I unlock the bootloader first then use the unlock code for the sim?**
My phone is bricked and I've lost my bootloader unlock code when my harddrive broke... So I can't get serial and product ID, only imei that's in sim card tray. Can I get my code only with imei? Without it I can't even attempt to fix my phone.

You need at least SN and IMEI for bootloader unlock code...
SN is on the case of phone and also on ADB when connect phone at PC appear at command 'devices'...
Hi everyone,
Well I bought a phone on ebay and now it has Rent a Center lock.
The first step to remove this is to have the bootloader unlocked but I cannot access the phone and activate options usb debugging and OEM unlock since the phone is blocked.
I've read some people have figured it out but I just dont know how to do it. So how can I unlock the bootloader if I cant access to the phone and activate those options? I know its possible I just need some help and detailed information please!!
