My phone ringer keeps going from being on to being silent for no reason. Am I the only person going through this or are other people? I thought it was the vlingo app causing this. Is there a solution to what I'm going through? Thanks.

Take the phone back to the seller .
Hardware fault .

Yeah, I think it's a hardware defect. Is the phone in warranty? If so, just send it into a service, otherwise give it back to the seller, and ask the money you payed for.

Im not complaining, but my annoying start up sound when I switch the phone on no longer works. I get the animation sequence, but no sound!
I haven't done anything to the phone and am on stock KE7 XEU.
I am really glad, but would like to know what I did?

any code for testing the earpiece? when I am on calls, the sound seems to be cackling as if the sound is exceeding the speaker capacity
Service technician says it is OK. and I wanted the earpiece speaker replaced
