Hi . Strangely, the phone Redmi 7A would shut down randomly!!
Any user noticed this strange issue?
Update : seems that issue appeared when I installed Microsoft launcher. I went back to default Mi launcher and it's fine now.

January 1st week updated to Oreo.
Last 4 days facing some issues after auto restarted by mobile.
1. I can't download or update apps from Google play store. Always showing "download pending"
2. If I open a app, I can only use exit key to come out. Menu button or previous opened apps button not working.
3. When restart mobile mobile data always on.
This issues only effected me much, maybe other issues also there I didn't noticed.
Please help me some one to rectify it

:victory: I never had any problem after an oreo update on MiA1.. it's doing fine as it is, maybe it's just my luck handset :cyclops:
No problems with my upgrade to android 8.
Everything is working fine.
Sometimes phone makes weird sounds like notification of something while there is no opened app.But i checked everything in setting and i couldnt find anything wrong.Anyone faced with a problem like this ?
you probably got a notification, but it was murdered by MIUI. It happens sometimes...
Same on my Mi9t, no custom rom installed.
How can we solve this ?
Any fix for this problem?
I make factory reset.

Hello guys, I have the mi 9T since one month and frequently, When I'm on an application for several minutes, it closes automatically and remains stuck for a few moments on my wallpaper. Has anyone ever had this problem? I'm on non-rooted official MIUI 10.3.11 and I have never touch the bootloader. Thanks a lot for answer.
I have a Redmi K20/Xiaomi Mi 9T chinese version updated MIUI 11.0.3.0 Stable
First of all
Storage - 128GB available 109GB (other files - 3.9GB)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Then when I activate mobile data it also happens sometimes with Wi Fi the following happens:
Storage - 128GB available 11GB (other files - 101.9GB)
- Sometimes it happens that if I open WhatsApp, Messenger freezes the screen and then restarts it and the lock screen appears.
- Sometimes a "find device closed unexpectedly" message appears.
I already made a factory reset but the problem continues.
Any idea???
This really looks weird. Post some screenshots

screenshots of that, sometimes I open whatsapp and it goes blank, the device is locked and then directly to the lock screen ... that happens sometimes sometimes it works normally without locking, it is very confusing
Talks are disconnecting.
Hello, I am having the exactly same issue as you on my mi 9t pro, did you manage to solve it?
Thanks
me also facing something like that plus data goes off like that and i have to turn off and turn it again...
The phone isn't rooted it just suddenly happened. I woke up and checked the phone the power button was malfunctioning and I got it stuck into a boot loop however after several tries to restart I finally got it to work normally. Fast forward a few hours later the volume buttons seem to not work. I don't really use any earphone so this really was confusing to me.
I tried restarting the phone it worked for a while then it randomly kept happening. The buttons work fine however it keeps going into a boot loop when I turn it off
Should I reformat the phone for it work? I'm using the most recent version of the software

Did your problem resolve, if yes, how? I'm facing the issue now.
