The call not solve.
I think could be whatsapp the problem.
When i listen an audio message After the media come from call speaker and i have ti reboot
have you try wiping cache in the stock recovery?
if that still don't resolve the issue,,
best resort is to use msm tool to revert to the way it was, that will solve
everything but before doing that make sure back up important data or file in your phone cause it will wipe your internal storage

hi
i've serious problems with my galaxy s4 i9505. I rooted my phone and after that i've installed clockwork recovery. i've installed some roms and every thing worked fine. but 3 days ago, the phone started to boot randomly. after that the camera app doesn't work anymore (it hangs on black screen). And the sound doesn't work anymore too (on earphones too). if i open an app with sound then the app hangs/freezes. if i push the volume buttons i've the same problems. so i tried to flash different roms (of course i did wipe cache, dalvik, data factory reset) - but always the same problem. i did a backup before flashing any rom - so i've also tried to restore the backup, but the problems remain.
can anyone help me?
looks like we have same problem...
Sounds on my Galaxy S4 aren't working either and so do cam app... I've also tried to switch between MusicFX and BeatsAdudio (after the problem with soud begun) but with no help at all.
You guys might try to flash back to a stock rom with (Mobile) Odin to see if that solves the issue (probably will). Use Triangle Away first to reset the binary flash counter. And data factory reset after the flash. Or first try reflashing the custom rom you`re on with a full wipe without the sound mod.
hi
nothing did help. So I guess it's a hardware issue. finally I reset flash/binary counter with triangle away, then flash stock rom (of course did full wipe) then unroot. Now I try to send the phone back and claim guarantee.
Same problem
Got the same problem here.
At first at reboot the sound would occasionally come back but would be gone after a screenlock.
Also when starting up the phone would hang during startup.
Went back to unrooted and stock firmware of july 2013.
Now no sound whatsoever.
Need to send it for repair... gonna be without a phone for three weeks.
Actually the phone seems to behaves like there is a headset connected while there is not (no headset logo either).

I sent it to samsung. they replied that they don't what the problem is - so the didn't repair anything.
So i really don't no what to do - a mobile with no mic, front & back speaker and no workin earphones is worthless ;(((
does any one have some ideas what to do?
could it be a software issue, because in my opinion it's strange, that mic, front & back speaker and earphones doen't work - i mean these are separate hardware components... the only connection thing on hw side is the motherboard. so i could imagine it's a sw problem. but i tried different roms, set back root and went back to stock rom.... but no change.
PS: sorry for bad english...
hi all, sorry for bumping up this thread. has anyone found a solution for this? I have the same problem with my S4.

Updated to the new rom recently? Try flashing MH8 BTU over it through kies then go into "STOCK" recovery and wipe. This happend to me when i flashed MH8 then flashed another rom. Its to do with the bootloader and knox security crap.

Hello
This phone was working fine for two months since I bought it new with the stock ROM, until it could no longer connect to my cellphone provider this week-end.
After I got home, an Internet search recommended rebooting the phone in system mode, and hitting "Wipe cache partition". I did, and the phone could connect again to my cellphone provider.
But now, I notice that it can no longer connect in wifi mode: The wifi slider is greyed out in Settings > wifi.
Is there a cause-and-effect relation between wiping the cache partition, and wifi being unaccessible? What could I try to re-enable wifi?
Thanks for any help.
In case someone else has the same problem: Wiping the cache partition a second time solved the problem. After rebooting, wifi was enabled.
Hopefully, CyanogenMod or some other alternative ROM will be available in the coming months so I can move away from the stock Android + EMUI provided by Huawei.
I've exactly the same problem but the Wiping the cache partition a second time tips did not solve this issue...
Anyone else is seeing this?
Regards
I have the same problem too, no idea why.
Reflashing marshmallow firmware fixed my wifi, took me only 4 months to realize that i should try it XDD Or maybe I had tried it earlier and it didn't work then.

My phone is honor 4x so it's same than p8lite, but u can't flash honor 4x firmware to p8lite or other way around.
I also wiped dalvik-cache , cache, data, system and internal storage in twrp recovery and then did force update (and I didn't flash stock recovery). Don't know if those things had any random effect that made it work.
ok thanks I'll try that

Please I need your help guys.
My OnePlus2 recently started behaving weird. The Bluetooth, WiFi and External speaker just stopped working for no apparent reason. Every other thing is working. 3G works just fine. I am able to make calls through the normal speaker (i.e. by putting the phone to the ear), but if I decide to switch the calls to the loudspeaker, I can't hear anything. Also, if I play music to the external speaker I can't hear anything unless I connect a wired earphone through the jack. When I try to turn ON the Bluetooth and Wifi, they just turn themselves back OFF, so they have become useless.
Please has anyone experienced anything like these before; if yes, please how did you solve it.

Not too sure about the External Speaker issue, but generally whenever I get Bluetooth and WiFi issues exactly like yours in the past - a reset solved the problem.
But I only ever had issues like that if I'm using a Custom ROM.....
Is your 1+2 using OxygenOS by any chance?

What I mean by the External Speaker is the speaker at the bottom of the phone next to the charging port that enable you listen to the audio, either call or music, without putting the phone to your ear.
Yes, I am on the stock Oxygen 2.1.0. I have also restarted and wipe data and cache more than five times but nothing different has happened so far.
Ahh so the loudspeaker is faulty? The loudspeaker and the wireless module are quite separate hardware, so we've got to hope that it's a software fault - rather than both multiple prices of hardware being faulty.
At this stage do a nandroid backup, then Clean Install OxygenOS 2.2.0. If that doesn't solve the issue, just let us know. (If you need specific instructions on how to do the nandroid backup & clean install, just let us know as well).

Thanks for your support.
I did a nandroid backup as advised and I downloaded and clean install the Oxygen 2.2.0.
The situation didn't change. Its as if the modules are just not present.
For example, when I try to activate the WiFi or Bluetooth, they are animate as if to turn ON; but after a couple of minutes it simply turn back OFF and grey-out.
I even installed the unofficial CM 13 hoping this might solve the problem, but it remains the same.
Do you think this may in any way be connected with the kernel?

Hmm no it shouldn't since you clean installed OOS (that should have flashed the stock kernel too).
Give it a try anyway, try flashing @Lord Boeffla kernel for OOS http://www.boeffla-kernel.de/
Just make sure you download the .md5 as well (ensure the download isn't corrupted).
If that fails, try the stock kernel as well http://boeffla.df-kunde.de/oneplus2/stock-kernel/.
If the above doesn't happen, can you do this check for me?
Shake the phone, tap the phone on a desk (aim around the sim card area), be gentle though, all we need is to ascertain if the signal flex cable is loose.....
Once you shaked and tapped the phone, check if the wifi/bluetooth is working? (if not, give it a reset and try again).....

For your speakerphone issue, I can bet it is related to the modem/ radio.
Please update to the latest modem/ radio (via fastboot) for your device.
Then test calling again and report back.
Note that this issue and solution is not specific to Oneplus. It is applicable to CM 13 on all devices across manufacturers.

Hi Isadeiza, try this modem first (its the 'modem' for MM which might solve the issue finally). https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24415232478675280.
Also try dirty flashing it first, if that doesn't work... Take nandroid then Clean flashing it.
What OxygenOS are you in now btw? As of right now we're up to 2.2.1....

Hi guys, thank you all for your support.
After a long time, my experience are as below.
After upgrading to OxygenOS 3.0, the behavior of the phone did not change. No sound from loudspeaker, no Bluetooth and no WiFi.
Well I stopped using it until my other phone started heating up so I came back to the OnePlus Two again. One day, I was surprised when the phone started ringing loudly as someone called my line. It worked for about 3 - 4 hours and stopped again. After about 5 days, it came up again for some 4 hours and stopped working again. It does this for over 6 cycles and about 3 days ago it kept working without stopping since.
So I am still observing it for the past three days and it seems to have repented, holding my hopes up high that it will continue to work without hitches again; though I cannot say now what happened, why it stopped working and why it started working now.
The problem of the Bluetooth and WiFi still persist and I still can't use the BT and WiFi. It just behave as if the modules are not present. My fingers crossed expecting them to "miraculously" come back to functional state just as the loudspeaker did on its own.
Thank you all guys for your support.

Hey, maybe someone else will come with a better solution. But, if you want to downgrade, you need to unlock your bootloader (it will wipe your data completely, so backup what's important to you). You can find infos on how to unlock your bootloader here: https://forum.xda-developers.com/nexus-6p/general/guides-how-to-guides-beginners-t3206928
And flash a factory image from Google. Images and infos regarding flashing can be found here: https://developers.google.com/android/images
Just do a factory reset if you encounter issue. 7.1.2 could conflict with 6.0.1...
Again, wait a little bit before making such radical change. Maybe someone will come with a fix. Sometimes, the solution is right here, but we just don't see it...
Good luck...
Thx mate
If you like to stay stock and use factory image anyway, I would reflash 7.1.2, no need to downgrade, sound works on 7.1.2. if it fails again, then downgrade would be an option .
Maybe it's enough if you reflash the system.img via fastboot.
Haven't noticed any sound issues on 7.1.2. Maybe you have an app installed that doesn't play nice with 7.1.2 and is interfering with the sound drivers, but I don't know how you would find what that could be. You did the obvious and went into settings sound and made sure that all the sound levels were good and that nothing was being muted? You could check the Google support threads and see if anyone is reporting a similar issue or if anyone has any ideas there. I suppose you could also flash a 7.1.1 factory image and see if the issue persists. I'm pretty sure there is a way to boot the 6P up into safe mode, even on pure stock. You could try that and see if the sound problem persists. If not its likely an issue with an app.
thx for answers volks.
Skype video works today, but no sound, viber video call ne work.

I already wrote you what you need to do to downgrade previously...

Hey,
Reading other users reply, 7.1.2 doesn't seem to be the culprit.
Before flashing a 6.x image, unlock the bootloader and try reflashing the 7.1.2 factory image. You can still downgrade afterward... :good:
Good luck...
Hi!
Recently i bought a new phone, and i wanted to factory reset my old mi note 2 and flash new Rom on it. I downloaded last pixel experience and installed it via TWRP, but i had to do sth wrong, because since then it randomly shuts down or restarts. Whats interesting is that it happens only when phone is locked and nobody uses it. I tried to flash miui ( TWRP and miflash) but it didnt help. I suppose that i May have done sth wrong because my sensors were also not responding and i had to install persist.img to make them work. Does anyone know what can i do with that problem?

Hi I had a similar problem with my Mi Note 2 and the only solution that worked for me was to flash the original Global ROM.

I ve Tried oficial global and it still occurs, i think it have something to do with deep sleep, because it restarts like a minute after i lock the screen, it doesnt happen when phone is connected to pc or charger, and it occurs also in safe mode.
EDIT
Random restarts seem to stop on china rom, but i would like to have polish language, is there any option for that?
