If I set the alarm under Start > Settings > System > Clock I get the notification with first a vibration, then a sound. How do I change this so that I will get no vibration but only sound?
I've been under Start > Settings > Sounds & Notifications Notifications but I cant seem to find the setting to change.
I hope you have some good help for me.
Thx
Tap on the little bell in the alarm menu,
there you will find the options to deactivate the vibrator.
Thx - that fixed my problem
Does anyone knows how to activate the vibtrate option permanently? Any registry tweak?
Thanks

I don't really understand the question: on your phone options display, you have several choices, among them the vibrate only. Or am I missing the point ?
Cheers
Ok, maybe I didn't express my self right. What I want is a away to have the vibrating active whitout having to mute de ringtone off. I mean, I'm looking for a way to have my qtek s100 both with vibrating and ringging mode active...

You're kidding, right?
Start -> Settings -> Phone -> Ring type (drop-down menu) -> Vibrate and ring -> (ok)
or Green Button -> Tools -> Options... -> Ring type (drop-down menu) -> Vibrate and ring -> (ok)
DUH!
So easy! My fault! I gotta say that I had this device just for a few days ago and I didn't explorer it yet... (anyway It took 2 days to receive a answer, it makes me wonder why it took so long to all those power users to make a reply...
Whenever I press the start button, and work with pulldown menus, there is loud annoying click which I am unable to switch off or lower its volume, because if I lower the volume, I will also lower the volume for the ringtone. I found the file which does the "click" but am unable to delete it. Any suggestions?
Goto Settings -> Sounds and Notifications -> Disable sounds for Events

This is obvious but not good. If I do this, there won't be any notifications for all of the events, like missed phone call, new text message etc.

Thank you, it worked. I installed mute files, and clicks disappeared!
You can enable vibration feedback on taps at :
Settings -> Sound&Notifications -> Advance Setings -> Vibrate on Tap .
I post this thread because a lot of people said that is same such a phone like this doesn't have basic futures ...
Hey guys. Really confused. I am trying to achieve a setting, where the phone would be silent BUT vibrate on all the notifications (phones, bluemail, etc). But whatever settings I choose - it is either all or nothing (e.g. if Silent/DnD not enabled - it rings and vibrates, and if Silent/DND available - it does not even vibrate. Though both in general and app settings I've enabled "vibrate on silent" option).
Any thoughts how to help that? Global 10.3.9
Silent should vibrate, don't enable dnd and make sure the vibrate quick tile is activated
@ETheHedgehog By silent you mean "Mute" mode? (Crossed bell icon)?
As for the tile - Sound & Vibration -> Vibrate -> Vibrate in Silent Mode?
If yes - it does not work. Notification appears on the lock screen (lighting the screen), but no vibration at all..

I know its frustrating, but the way way you have to enable "show on lockscreen" for every app you want notifications from you also have to enable "vibrate" in the same menu.

No, but seriously - I did set it up for each app individually. In particular my Blue mail. Vibrate is on in both general and individual app settings. I think it bugged. No vibration at all.
Have you had any luck with this issue? I'm having the same problem with MI9T (Global 11.0.4)
Hey guys!
I have an issue that drives me crazy.
Is there an app or something that I can enable less frequent notifications?
I would like for example to receive only one notification per app every 5 minutes.
I'm rooted with the latest developer xiaomi.eu rom.
Thank you in advance.
