I recently brought a windows 10 professional key from arcadefuture.com .But i dont know how to activate my windows 10 via that key.
Please help me as i dont know how to activate ?
If you have the key, open settings, and you can choose "Change Product Key" from either System -> About, or Update & Security -> Windows Activation. Upon entering the key there, it will reboot your PC after doing the Professional edition package upgrade and activate your key.

Hello!
Does anybody know how to hard reset T4242+?
My Vendor says:
"press the answer and call button after press the reset button on the back of the phone (open the back cover you will see one small red button)"
I can't find any way this to work.
Please help!
If your phone can still boot up try this:
Start -> Settings -> System -> Clear Storage
If you have standard Windows Mobile 6.1 installed it should be there.
The key combination you wrote will work with an original Iolite.

CE OS 5.2.21734 (Build 21734.5.0.20)

Thank you for the replay!
I need help .
When i start my 02 atom pure, it opens but it stops on the WINDOWS MOBILE page and it asks me to 'tap the screen to set up your mobile-based device". if i do this it goes to the 'align screen" then i follow the instructions. but it just goes on and on....
I also did the "press camera+reset" wherein it goes to the black with white text asking to choose 1 or 2
If i choose #1: Module rebugging mode. it will say reboot for next usage. then I would reboot. I reboot by doing the soft reset. Then it goes to Windows Mobile - but it would say again Tap the screen to set up your windows mobile-based device.
If i choose # 2 (Jump to DM). it goes to the Windows Mobile page again and asks me to do the.... tap the screen
Other things I did were:
1. I tried reinstalling again the XDA-Atom-Eng (i did this when i first had my 02 phone).
2. I also tried to download the Windows phone 6.5 from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=629499 I saved it in my storage card. But it seems it didn't apply when i opened my 02.
need HELP terribly. Thanks!
maybe that ROM you have been Install....not for o2 XDA-Atom Pure...that's your problem
I was reading and searching, when i saw this:
Some Windows Mobile smartphones have a safety lock that prevents the installation of "non-certified" (eg MIGSoft SmartTweaks) or editing the content of the record. But beware: this block has nothing to do with those that prevent the use of a device outside of a particular operator.
To perform the unlock, just change two registry keys using a registry editor (but read the specific topic on hacks and the care you must have):
1. Go to: hkey_local_machine \ security \ policies \ policies
2. Change the value of key "00001005" to "40" (without quotes);
3. Change the value of key "00001001" to "1" (without quotes);
In my first Motorola MotoQ CDMA Windows Mobile 5.0 could make this change without any major problems. However, after returning from service, which has changed the board and the ROM version of the device, this key Windows Mobile could not be changed. After some research, I found the procedure that allows the release of ROMs where the editing of this registry key can not be changed - by remembering that this is a hack I'm not responsible for any damage that might do to the system. Test at your own risk:
1. Download and install Device Security Manager Powertoy for Windows Mobile 5.0 from Microsoft. http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...8c-d587-47e0-908b-09fee6ea517a&displaylang=en
This application shows the type of security policy in the existing Windows Mobile device connected to the PC. Warning:
this software crashes on Vista, but you can use it according to the desired result;
2. Connect the Q to the PC, wait for sync and run the program. You will see "two tier" in the "security policy" if the device has the protection of editing the registry;
3. Download the file secpolicies.cab http://sems.org/content/download/secpolicies.cab amending the security policy. This file is from Telus States
United States;
4. Install the file, moving it into the device and using the file manager of Windows Mobile, click it (run it);
5. Run the application again Device Security Manager Powertoy for Windows Mobile that should now show the value "tier one".
It is done.

I have a dev unlocked + interop unlocked LG quantum (did it with apphub through dreamspark for free) and in the MFG menu there are tons of options, I stumbled across one that is strange, can anyone tell me what the values here do: Factory Menu > Engineer Menu > Other Setting > Edit Security Policy. I was just curious, perhaps it has something to do with how secure your phone is, but does anyone know for sure?
Locked but Unlocked?
I had done the MFG Unlock form your post earlier today and completed it fine.
I m having a LG quantum running on Mango, 7.10.7720
I am also having an issue of getting system Crashed regularly (the phone restarts automatically).
Now coming to the case, i unlocked the Phone using MFG tools, and changed the Input data as said.
My Pc is running on windows 7 Ultimate, i have installed
DotNet FX4.5,
Microsoft Blend addons SDK..,
Silverlight,C++ Redistribution,
Windows phone 7 Devoloper resources,
Microsoft Windows phone 7 addon for Visual Studio 2010,
Windows Phone Emulator,
Windows Phone 7.1 Assembler,
WPFtoolkit February 2010,and
Zune
..............
After the Unlock i installed XAPDeployX found on XDA,
and when i try to install a xap, (Filemanager)
i get this:
-----------------
Deployment started Unique File Maneger
Connecting to device...
Deployment FAILED with the following ERROR:
Application launch failed. Ensure that the device screen is unlocked and device is developer unlocked. For details on developer unlock, visit http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=195284.
-----------------
Also I had got another message saying
"The Phone is Devoloper locked!"
I rechecked the values in the Registry, which is as required per the post.
I also tried to email XAP files onto the phones, but its saying Unsupported file
Any chance you can help me out..
my aim is to install 3rd party softwares such as Filemanager, Games, etc from PC.

Hey guys, I found how to upgrade the HP 6945 in a brazilian website and I tried, IT WORKS! I'll explain how to do so now that I can post URLs
First of all, and which is a bit difficult nowadays, you need to use Windows XP, I saw cases that the people have done the upgrade in a virtual machine, but it didn't worked for me.
Let's go to the specifications of your mobile: your Flash Type MUST BE G4 and your BootLoader MUST BE G.39 , if you don't know you can see that in your mobile "Start/System/HP Asset Viewer"
Let's start,
1. Connect your mobile by ActiveSync (you'll need the 4.1 version as your mobile is WM5) using the cradle/dock/usb (was recommended to do a Hard Reset, but it's optional. To do so press On/Off , Send and Cancel Calls buttons, then use the PEN (Stylus) to press the Reset button under the mobile)
ActiveSync 4.1 - http://www.mediafire.com/?blql91lb1cqfq5z
2. Download and extract the file "SPL vG.39.7z" - http://www.mediafire.com/?o243pua8x7c0j0h
3. In the "SPL vG.39" folder, look for a shortcut named as "Command Prompt" and execute it
4. Now write this line in the command:
pdocwrite spl -n0 -b 0x20000 0 0x80000
5. You'll receive in your mobile a message about a dll (itsutils.dll) Press YES.
6. Now you have to put your mobile in BootLoader mode. Press the two buttons next to the directional + On/Off + Reset (using the Pen[Stylus])
7. Now open the ActiveSync and go to "connection configurations". Deselect the box "Allow USB Connections".
8. Download and extract the file "6915_ENG.7z" - http://www.mediafire.com/?kgwl83e22e2oody
9. Open the folder and execute "Sable_RUU.exe"
10. Press Upgrade and WAIT for a message "Update finished!"
11. Go back to ActiveSync (now you should use the 4.5 Version), go to "connection configurations" and select "Allow USB Connections"
12. Enjoy.
Everything is working, and you now have a new Office Package, including OneNote.
Your calls are better, don't freezing. The only problem is that SMS don't do any sounds when it arrives, but it's just the SMS.
The bluetooth you'll need to go to the Settings/Connections for the first time to work, but it's just once.
I have all the downloable content, if the link don't work, email me.
The original Rom of your iPAQ you can be found at HP's website named as GSM Radio Firmware, if you want, but I don't mind you'll need it.
The original website is in Brazilian-Portuguese, I've just translated for you.

That's everything. =)
