Asking Password after running Odin process - Galaxy Grand Prime Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi
I was trying to root my Galaxy Grand prime SM 523F phone using the tutorial in the link
https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-j2/development/root-sm-g532f-g532g-galaxy-j2-grand-t3614607
Now the phone is rebooted and asking password. I did not set any screen unlock password previously. This is something sort of OEM unlock password.
I am stuck now. Kindly support how to get past this or reset back to stock.

Can't escape encryption even after flashing stock with Odin

Hi,
I have a galaxy note 3 from Ireland, and I wanted to root it so I followed the instructions I found online. However, when it booted back in after ODIN it still askd me for the encryption pin. If I entered it the phone screen just went black.
So I downloaded the firmware and flashed that with ODIN, and even though it seems to flash successfully it still prompts me for the encrpytion pin. I know the pin, but it just goes to a blank screen.
Can anyone help me with this? I don't care if I lose my files, I just want to get the phone working again!
Thanks.

Issue after trying to recover deleted files

I was trying to recover some deleted files off my daughter's Samsung Core Prime Galaxy phone the other day using Dr. Fone (trial version). I followed the instructions (to enable debugging, etc.) and things seemed to be going fine until "analyzing phone" reached 90%. Then I got an error message saying phone needs to be rooted. When I disconnected the phone, the screen lock had changed from a pattern lock to an alphanumeric password. We don't seem to have that password and trying to translate the pattern to alphanumeric does not seem to work. Does the Dr. Fone app implement a password we don't know about?
I have emailed their tech support trying to get help but have received no reply.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Samsung Galaxy J3 Luna Pro bypass pattern lock

Hello,
My brother passed away almost 2 years ago under strange circumstances and I own his galaxy J3.
However the device boots to a pattern lock. I think it's running android 6 and is a tracfone J3 Luna Pro. I really would like to read the data from the device to have some closure. Given the device is now a few years old and hasn't been updated in almost 2 years, has there been any methods revealed which will allow me to bypass the pattern lock?
I tried to install TWRP but got SECURE CHECK FAIL : recovery and also FRP LOCK: On. from the device screen. Then I assume it's got the custom firmware disable bit set or whatever. Then does anyone know a work around that I can install a custom recovery?

@2gg1 you seem to be pretty active here. Any ideas on how I can install a custom recovery in this case?

Is there a way to root the device from recovery, etc?
First off all my condoleance.. The phone should have OEM unlock turned on which is by default set off. And only can be reached in developer settings. Check with this code on the dial app *#*#7378423#*#*. Not sure if it will work but give it a try

samsung galaxy tab a (t580) asking for password after odin flash?

I recently got this Samsung t580, however it had been factory reset and the owner did not remember their login to disable frp. I found a few other threads here saying that if you downgrade it to android 6 (PL4 rom) it would work. after downgrading with Odin and it seeming to work, it now just says "To start up your device, enter your password". What is going on? how can i bypass this, as I don't know any password it might be asking for? Any help would be appreciated.
Edit: I factory reset it again, it is fine now

google account locked

Is it poss to get passed Google Verify lock as I've got a g950f from my late mothers but don't know any of deets for log ins. Can't access setting to allow ADB either
factory reset .... but you'll lose all data .....
Factory reset doesn't remove the frp lock
Okay, we removed a frp-lock once by using Odin. The best you can do is search for the right stock Rom and flash this with Odin, but you need to access download-mode on your phone which must be possible also with a phone with frp-lock, because it is there where the frp-lock is shown. For as far as I know, also recovery-mode should normally still be available.
