So my girlfriend owns this Huawei Nova 3i device, whenever she puts her phone on charging, the phone starts to lag big time. She has tried optimizing the phone, clearing all the background apps but that just won't work. Is there anything that can be done? Also what might be causing this issue?

Not sure if anyone else is having this issue. had the phone for one week now and the only trouble I've had is with a blackscreen after some moderate usage. It happens mainly when hitting the home screen button and or switching between apps. Have to reset the phone and works properly after. Just finished setting up and would like to not factory reset if possible. Any one else have this issue and have fix?
Not experienced this (yet). Had a random reboot though
That looks more like an issue with the launcher than the device. At least that's what I would think
Yes could be the launcher. I'll clear cash and see if it continues
I've used two different device extensively and have not seen that.
Was it the launcher?
Stock blackberry launcher, could just be a bad device. Re started phone and still same issue. Sad to let go for note 5.
Do you have you BlackBerry in a case with magnetic lock? Can cause the black screen problem...
Hey guys. I bought my LG V20 for T-mobile about a month and a half ago. At first, I wasn't completely disappointing with the phone as it was really laggy and when I clicked home, the icons would disappear and reaper after a few seconds. Everything seemed to lag (Opening and closing apps, and random freezes that would last a few seconds). I found a thread with instructions and lowered several animation settings, but that didn't make much of a difference. I then changed the launcher to home & app drawer to make it similar to my old Note 4. That only made things worse.
I then finally tried downloading a few other launchers before settling on the Nova Launcher. After finding several a few widgets I liked, I pretty much have the phone just how I want it. Right now, the only issue (more of an annoyance) I have is that every time I unlock my phone, it goes back to the last used app, even when I locked my phone from the home screen. I can't find any setting for this in the phone settings or Nova settings. I also can't seem to find any other threads that mention this same issue. Has anyone else experienced this?
It appears that my phone restarts itself when fully charged. It only does it randomly. A few times, I noticed when I picked up the phone after disconnecting it from the charger, I had to enter my SIM PIN, which seem to indicate a restart. However it don't happen every time so I didn't think much of it.
However, today, it was charging next to my keyboard and suddenly, the startup images pop up, which caused me to notice it, confirming a restart. Wondering if anyone else have the same experience?
Its a A2017G, stock B09 firmware.
This used to happen to me but not after charging, it would happen at random mostly during the evening.
One of the apps that I had installed was causing it, after uninstalling it the restarts became less common.
Maybe this is happening in your case too?
Its seemed like the app was conflicting with the Os or maybe another default app.

I'm on oreo 8.1. Since a while, soft keys works immediate after phone reboots but stop then. After a few minutes they come alive again.
I thought it was the launcher. I use nova launcher and tried Microsoft launcher. Same thing.
Some ideas how to figure out what causes the issue?
I also uninstalled xposed edge for test.
I've had a pixel $ for about a year and abit, and all of a sudden my apps are crashing for no reason randomly, and my pone decides to randomly reboot. There is no pattern that i can figure out it just does so anytime even when not using the phone or when charging. I read somewhere that it could be a fauly battery, which would explain the restarts but i'm not sure that would also cause app crashes. I've attatched the system logs incase some kind soul decides to look at it and let me know whether its a software thing or a battery thing.
