So for those of you that did the trade in with your old devices, what did you send back? Besides the actual device that is. Did you send back the box and accessories too? Just curious.
To clarify I'm referring to Samsung USA trade-ins.

All I sent in was the phone itself. Made sure to factory reset it before hand. Got my confirmation email a while ago confirming trade in was successful and all is good.
same here factory reset, sent in only device, took 2-3 weeks for successful trade-in email to arrive.

how long did it take to get a confirmation?
It took about 2-3 weeks to get confirmation. But I ordered my phone from day 1. The process may be faster now that the phone has been out for a few months.
Sent in just the phones in their original boxes. An S8 active and a Pixel 3XL. Received confirmation and approval within a couple days. Maybe 3 or 4 days, maybe because i sent the original boxes, maybe i just got lucky...
2 to 3 weeks which went smoothly.
They received it on the 8th and this was why I'm asking. I also sent mine back in it's original box as well. Still waiting for them to confirm.

So I received my nexus 4 about a week ago, and have been loving it ever since. Just the other day (I believe it was Thursday) I wake up and check my phone, and notice a dead pixel! So later that day I call Google inquiring about a RMA, but since I bought the device off of Swappa and was not the original owner, I could not get the RMA. I contacted the seller of my phone and he called Google, the lady on the phone/email told him that a "specialist" was working on my case, and this was two days ago. So basically what I'm asking, has anyone gone through something similar? Any ETA on when this specialist's work will be done?

It happened to me with a nexus 10 I got it from Craigslist but all they ask me was for the Original email that unit was bought it took like a week to get the replacement but they will put a hold on your Google wallet when they receive the device they release the founds sorry but English is not my language I hope it helps

Be patient mine took like 3 weeks but it was my fault since I didn't call them for a week after they ignored me.they require some info about the original owner they asked for name email and order number the eBay seller I bought from was cool to give me the info. They contacted him I think to make sure if he OK with the transfer. Even if Google deny u RMA lg should cover you

You have to call Googles RMA number and they will redirect you to the RMA specialtists who will then contact you through email for the necessary info and then they'll send you a link to buy the RMA. The whole process to change ownership and buy the RMA took one day and the RMA shipped the next morning, overall it was a surprisingly smooth process.

The guy that sold me a nexus ignored all my communications. Google will not do anything to help you in this situation. They only transfer ownership of you have the original purchasers info.
I ended up sending it to LG for repair and had to go out and buy a GS3 as a temporary phone in the mean time. (~2 weeks to get your phone back from LG )

I've had my Sprint Note 4 for a little over an hour and I'm in love. This thing is awesome and the sprint service has been great everywhere I've gone! I'm typing this right now from it! So nice not to have any typos or ridiculous autocorrects. Screen is huge and love the multiple windows. I'm watching a YouTube video while typing this.
I'm surprised that there is no sprint logo on the front.

I'm having the opposite problem today. UPS usually rolls through my neighborhood about 1pm or so. Here it is 3:30 and no sign of them. haha

Try using the Hangouts dialer to make calls. Data should still be functioning.

This thing is awesome. I had a all nighter at work yesterday. Got home at 7 pm and thought... wonder if I will get my phone tomorrow. Checked tracking to find "Delivered at 1:30 PM. Left at side enterance." Holly oh my gosh.
This is my first Note. I also just got the Moto X as a work phone so this is like the best week ever!
Has anyone received a replacement device after the 14 days, if so was it a new phone. My phone started acting up the night of the 14 days. I went to the store that morning and was told the phone would be mailed as a like new device due to the warranty and since the phone is only 2 weeks, a new device will be sent out. I know this is not true but wanted to check with you guys.
I have to say it is way to early to start getting refurbished phones. Maybe 2-3momths in.

It will be delivered today and will post my finding.
So it was a refurbished phone, so I called the store and asked my did they wast my time and theirs bow making if 3 days past the 14 day return policy. They apologized and said they will exchange for a new phone in the store.
No idea what you are saying with all of those autocorrect errors. Yikes. You might want to consider changing to a different keyboard...
But if they are going to replace in store, that is good.

Netflix Codes will be emailed to verified Participants at the email addresses provided at the time of registration after verification of Offer Claim Form
That is in the VR goggle redemption page.
I did the form with the vr offer yesterday got the submission claim number and such. Have you gotten your codes yet?
