Hi all,
I've got my mother in law nokia 6.1 plus global phone and the phone has been randomly rebooting, i've not rooted the phone and running stock android 9.
I've done a few fixes listed on other sites (disable 4g.....) but nothing has worked.
Anyone experience issues like this? Any fixes anyone can recommend?
Many thanks
Paul
Just an update, the issue was caused by setting up adguards vpn ad blocker
Once I removed this, the phone stopped randomly rebooting

Ever since I installed the Wifi based TW ROM I have had issues with the wifi stopping. The issue continues with the official rom (with root and deoxed). It is set to be on in software but says disconnected. If I reboot device it works fine again.
Anyone else have this issue? I am very close to going back to stock even though I like the new way of doing notifications.
Same problem here. Simple way to solve it to enable and disable Airplane Mode... But yeah.. its really annoying. So any fix would be very helpful.
I've had the same problem recently. Did either of you install the free wifi server app that the Amazon store offered a day or two ago? That's when it seemed to start so I just removed it so see if that fixes my issue... here's hoping!
Same problem here, but it just started the day before yesterday. I've had Touchwiz since a day or two after I bought the device (almost two weeks). Hadn't thought to toggle airplane mode, thanks for that tip. Beats power cycling every morning.

I had similar issue with the stock Galaxy rom. Since the TouchWhiz update however, it has been running extremely well.
So after uninstalling the WiFi File Explorer Pro my WiFi has worked fine without any connection issues. Just like before and after TW. I also had a weird issue that wouldn't recognize finger presses on the lockscreen after waking up once every 10 to 20 times.
If you installed this app or something similar it might be worth a shot to remove it.
Hey guys,
So I am currently running Android 5.0.1 and I am having some severe issues on my phone.
These issues are currently:
1. Phone crashes at random times
2. The 'Ok Google' assistant starts by itelself at random times
3. My Play Music turns on automatically by itself
I am currently running two antiviruses on my phone (avast and lookout and they both said that I am not infected).
Restarting my phone does not help with this.
My phone is not rooted. I have had it since about 6 months after the N4 came out.
Any suggestion guys? Please help as these issues are causing me some bad moments when I am stuck at meetings.

The OTA for 5.1 just began so I hope that fixes the issues you are having.
I hope it fixes all my issues too. So far my keyboard doesnt work when texting so I have to close it.
I cant talk to people during a phone call.
Music randomly skips.
Its really annoying.
As an option you can go to recovery and wipe dalvik cache. Am not sure if it solves the problem, but you can give it a try.
Hi guys
I recently bought an OnePlus 2. With the original firmware, I experienced a very strange and very annoying issue: My screen randomly turned off (e.g. during a chat in WhatsApp). The screen turns off and I have to turn it on again by pressing the power button. Then I enter my PIN to access my phone again and it locks AGAIN. This happens like 10 times in a row, then I have to reboot the phone and it was OK again. I seriously don't know what triggered this issue.
However, recently I got pissed of because I tried to call one of my customers and as soon as I entered my PIN and tried to open the phone app, the screen locked again and I almost threw away my phone. Damned troll.
So I decided to try another ROM as I thought it was an OS-related issue. Now I'm running Exodus Android 6.0.1. I did a clean install and guess what: The issue came back on this ROM...
In my opinion there's only something both installations (my previous 5.1.1 stock ROM and my current 6.0.1 ROM) have in common: I've been using XPosed with Amplify, Greenify and XPrivacy. Other than that, I have no idea what it might be.
Have you encountered the same or a similar issue? If so, were you able to solve it? How did you solve it?
I just uninstalled Amplify, as I think it stops somehow the Gyroscope service, that's why it locks randomly. I'll check if the issue appears again...
I think I have good news for you guys: I guess I was able to locate the issue.
I noticed it always happened when I was holding the phone in the hand I had a ring on my finger. Then I found out the phone has magnetic sensors (for flip covers).
I downloaded the Xposed module "Magnet Sensor Control", the bug hasn't appeared so far!
I hope I was able to help you guys with my findings. This thread may be closed now.
Hi everyone,
Since today I have the issue that randomly my internet browser opens automatically and randomly some website, it happened 2-3 times in the past hour and everytime it is a different one. I need also to mention that the last time my phone was locked and after I unlocked it the browse was allready open...
I die not install any new apps in the past days but it seems like I have some kind of malware on my phone. I tried already to scan my phone with Avast antivirus but it found nothing. Does anyone has similar experience and how I can try to track and fix this issue without having to factory reset my phone?
I've had this happen to me as well. Not to the extent that you're experiencing, and mine seemingly fixed itself. Try a reboot and check app permissions on all your apps to see if any of them seem fishy.

Dear reader,
I'm writing this thread because the WLAN/WIFI on my Meizu PRO 5 isn't working anymore. I recently visited another country and used and open WIFI while I was there. After using this for a couple of days my WLAN/WIFI suddenly stopped working and kept on searching for networks but not finding any. In the drop down menu on the home screen the WLAN button has developed a tendency to activate on itself while in the WLAN settings the WLAN is disabled and the button doesn't allow me to enable it. A factory reset did nothing to help with this issue and I've powered it off and back on after waiting for a couple of times now. Is there any way to perform a WLAN/WIFI reset or fix this problem?
I was hoping to fix the WLAN/WIFI by resetting it to factory data, when that didn't work I upgrade the firmware to the latest version and updated FlymeOS to the latest version. But unfortunately this all this didn't work. I've included a screenshot of the settings-about phone (These have probably changed recently since I updated the firmware.) Other roms like ResurrectionRemix haven't fixed my problem either.
I've included 2 video's of the behavior my phone is currently showing, they might give you some clue as too what is happening.

In the video above it almost seems that I'm able to enable the WIFI but yet nothing is happening and it's being disabled a few seconds later.
I hope you can help me with the problem, thanks a lot!
Hi, I tried to see the video but it wasn't available anymore. Did you solve your problem?

No unfortunately never managed to fix it. Bought a new phone because a phone without WIFI is quite the hindrance with updates etc.
