Bitlocker recovery screen and loop in Lumia 950XL dual sim, please help - Microsoft Lumia 950/950 XL

Hello,
These are what I did:
Installed WDRT
Installed WP Internals v2.8
Attempted to switch to mass storage mode from Manual Mode
It asked to Unlock Bootloader
Took Unlock Bootloader option
Flashing failed when switching to mass storage mode
Phone rebooted to blue screen "Bitlocker key required"
Then I tried almost every steps here on various posts to reset/flash a new rom., it always ends with flash failed or...
I get this error from thor2 when trying to falsh ffu: Signature check of FFU file fails. Reason(s): The FFU file is not correctly signed or not signed for this device.
I am unable to use the emergency mode of thor2 (I have the files needed) as it times out at 'get connectionstring''
I dont know what else to do., Please any help is appreciated
PS: Couple of posts I ve been through

Do I broke my HD Mini?

Hello,
I have serious problem with my phone. I bought HTC with windows mobile and some time ago I have installed Android from this topic http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1455555 I chose nand-boot option so windows had been deleted from hard memory. Then 5days ago I decided to do an upgrade of Android. Downloaded new version of Android and tried to install it from old Android, system crashed and I can’t do anything in bootloader know. It's only this message:
nand id: 0x5500bcec maker=0xeo device=0xbc
press VOLUME UP for RECOVERY
press VOLUME DOWN for FASTBOOT
flash_read_image: failed (319 errors)
ERROR: Cannot read recovery_header
flash_read_image: failed (5056 errors)
ERROR: Cannot read kernel image verting to fastboot mode.
ENTERING FASTBOOT MODE
udc_start()

When I press Volume Up or Down nothing happens. So I decided back to windows but I have problem with install it. When I try to install original ROMs have this ERROR 294 -> Invalid vendor id. When try to install custom ROM with using SSPL I have other ERROR [262] -> Update error. I tried to installation from SD card but nothing happens in 3 colors bootloader.

I cannot reinstall the ROM because the damn INVALID VENDOR, I canno use SSPL_RUU.exe as suggested in this forum because it must be run from WM and not from the coloured strips screen..
is there a solution? please!
you should try your original WM ROM, or for android these aren't any problem.. it's because bad installation,
i broke my bootloader too. cant enter recovery or something else. someone an idea? :/
reinstall recovery from windows>usb>htcHDmini

[Q] Huawei C8815 not able to Boot "Image Signature Verify Fail"

I have Huawei C8815, I am facing the following situation
I installed the stock ROM with 3 keys method, than i unlocked the network with networkunlock.bat file.
Later I tried to install one ROM by CWM Recover and I toggled Signature Verification to OFF
When I restarted my phone, It Shows "Image Signature Verify Fail"
1. My phone is not going to Recovery Mode Menu by Vol+ and Power button.
2. My phone is not going to ADB mode by VOL- and Power button.
In both these situations my phone shows "Image Signature verify fail" Install the image with correct signatures.
3.When I try to install the stock ROM by pressing Vol+ and Vol- and Power button, after step 1 in step 2 it says Update failed.
As per my knowledge when network is unlocked the phone will not accept the stock ROM. For Relocking the network we have a tool OFFICIAL FIRMWARE.BAT but for running the bat file the phone must be loaded in ADB mode. My phone is not loading adb drivers in any situation.
It is showing only drivers Android Sooner adb interface.
In this driver environment i cannot do any adb function with my phone.
What to do? I am stuck
I dont know much about JTAG and all. If anything is possible to do with JTAG or any other method, Please guide me in this matter
This is for Motorola Defy and Defy+. You might be in the wrong section, my friend.
Have you worked it out? I flashed OEM partition carelessly with the img from g610c and get exact that you faced. btw, does your networkunlock.bat file work with the simlock ? please share if you don't mind, thanks

please help me through this...i want to install stock android on my phone
Try this guide https://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g4-plus/how-to/stock-rom-npjs25-93-14-4-march-1-t3608138
Your device's memory seems to be corrupted, so it doesn't recognize a recovery being present. As pointed out above, go back to Fastboot, and install the latest stock ROM.

soft bricked my G928F

It's a long story but I soft bricked my G928F.
I bought it off Gumtree in the U.K and it had an frp lock on it, the seller stated that she had wiped it off so would not take it back. I had a read around and it seemed that Wondershare Dr. Fone would take off the frp lock........it didn't, rather it messed up the stock recovery. When attempting to enter recovery I get the following message and am stuck in a bootloop:
No Support SINGLE - SKU
Supported API: 3
dm-verity error
failed code: 0x02
E: failed to mount /cache (invalid argument)
While Odin will recognise the phone Smart Switch will not so I am unable to use the emergency recovery procedure.
I have read similar posts where it implies Smart Switch is the last resort but in my case that doesn't seem to be an option
Can anyone suggest a way to recover the phone or do I throw it in the bin? Any help appreciated

Flash this using odin :
https://drive.google.com/uc?id=1tg9hJOCquyfuyROYtgpxyVKNbuidzdL8&export=download
Then, you will be able to flash latest version normaly, and also your will remove frp lock.
Thanks for that, I will flash it when I get home and report back.
Didn't work for me, the combination file gave an 'md5 error! Binary is invalid' message when loading into Odin, while renaming to .tar the flash failed.
firmware update start
Single download
sboot bin
param.bin
FAIL
Thanks for your suggestion though.
I tried installing firmware G928FXXS5CRH1 (VOD) but it failed at hidden system image, I removed that file and created a .tar which flashed successfully but the phone rebooted
to recovery initially but still showed a dm-verity error. I deleted the cache and then factory reset which appeared to also complete successfully but the phone would not boot up.
I then tried flashing the hidden sys image on its own but that failed and the phone went to the Smart Switch error recovery page, Smart Switch will not recognise the phone so will not allow access to the emergency recovery facility.
Still trying though if anyone has any idea's.
Hi there,
Im in the same boat. It had the verity error too.
BUT:
For me it worked to flash the 4-part firmware of the G928FXXS5CRH1 via Odin then.
The device boots again, without the verity error
It had Android 5.1 before, when I could flash the COMBINATION ROM and use it just fine.
(but it was a Android 7 combination ROM) :/
After flashing Android 7 debranded (G928FXXS5CRH1) in 4-parts (BL, AP, CC and CSC file) the FRP lock is still there of course,
but the phone is booting again without the verity error.
COMBINATION ROM will no longer let me flash it, though.

The download I did via the tool "samfirm" use chk32 and decrypt on downloading !

Thanks for the reply, I fixed it myself in the end. I spent 2 days over Xmas until I eventually tried the solution that you have suggested. I eventually found a 4 part software. AS to the FRP lock, be it good luck or persistence, I managed to get rid of that as well using Samsung FRP Tool.

Thanks!

S7 UFS sudden dead?

Hi there,
I got an old man's S7 Edge (SM-G935F) and I'd like to help him rescuing his photos (he doesn't have a periodic backup but he learned from this now).
The phone did stuck at the boot screen. He didn't try to modify anything.
FRP Lock on unfortunately. Should be the latest Android.
I can enter the download mode (not the recovery) but no chance for TWRP b/c of FRP. Same error for an engineering recovery I found online.
AP SUREV: B:8 K:B S:7
So I got me two OEM firmware packages with Frija and try to reflash but it always stuck at flashing "boot.img" endlessly.
Also it got me to the "An error has occurred while updating the device software, Use the Emergency recovery function in the Smart Switch PC software." screen now.
(I have no code for Smart Switch recovery but I still can get into download mode using FRP Hijacker.)
Is the NAND most likely roasted and the only hope may be chipoff? Tried on different PCs with different cables.
Thanks,
Nico
Edit: I don't need a working device, decrypted dump would be enough.
Edit 2: When I skip the AP package (containing the "boot.img.lz4"), it stucks at flashing "RADIO" after a few percent.
