Install 360 Degree Bird View Cameras to Android HU - Android Head-Units

has anyone installed 360 degree bird view cameras to any of these android head unit? I am thinking to install one like this .
I have a px5 running Android 8 - I need some confidence from your experience.
Thx in advance.

Do you have one of those big SUV school bus type cars ?
I just dont see whats to be gained, that moving your head couldnt solve.

We all come here to learn. Even if he/she has a Smartcar does it really matter? Tell you the truth I wouldn't mind installing one. I think I remember reading somewhere on here that someone has it installed. You would need to have a video in on the HU. If the HU only has a video in for reverse then obviously it will only work when backing up.

Thank you so much Kouklo for your understanding and insights. Your point about extra video in makes sense. Hope others can share their installation experience with me.
Cheers

Thank you so much!
So let me give you a bit more info about my project and you may be able to help me more. I have installed an 8" Dasaita Android 8 unit on my 2016 Outlander GT. Now I am planing to install a 360 degree birdview system to this Dasaita system. Could you please help on the following 2 questions? (1) Can I simply plug the male RCA video out from the birdview system to the female RCA of existing rearview camera input of the Dasaita head unit? or an AV IN female RCA female of the Dasaita unit? (2) I found that there is not triggering wire to connect when installing the Dasaita unit, but the birdview system appears need a triggering wire to activate its rearview camera, so not sure hot to handle this issue if I would like to use the existing stock rearview camera with this birdview camera system. I updated to the latest MCU and Android OS, I remember the rearview camera app appears to support 360 degree camera systems now. Thanks so much in advance, I am just preparing myself for the installation. Here is the 360 degree birdview system I bought.
Much appreciated!

what about the manual you recived?
I once looked for this kinda system but later I didnt bought it. My understanding is all cameras are connected to the host and you just nned to connect host to your head unit. I think I saw AV IN rca on my unit, I would try on this port first. Also the host I belive you need to connect it 12V and I dont think you need to connect the "trigger " wire since you have ON/OFF switch on your remote controler.
You can try to connect it to the RCA of the rear camera. Nothing bad will happen.
you can also connect all trigger wires together, than when you hit to reverse it will turn on. I connected triger wire to the reverse rearlight (+).
its not so dificult as it might see

Thank you so much again for your detailed explanation.
1. I am sure it will work on the AV IN because I already have installed a side view and a front-view cameras controlled by a similar "host", I activate the system using a short-cut key on my steering wheel, then using a remote to switch between cameras. The drawbacks are (1) it is not automatic like the rearview camera and (2) you need to press a button or two to activate.
2. for this new project, I would like to (hope I can) integrate the new 360 system's front and 2 side cameras with the stock rearview camera. Offline test seems meet my expectation (I do not need it to be activated when turning left or right - I have yet to find the turning signal wire with constant power - pls do not laugh at me ..... did a lot of searching and asked in various forums).
I will keep you posted on my progress.
Cheers,
John

stock rearview camera is the original on your car?
you can use power cables from main connector of the head unit. there is 12V, ACC and ground. That one that goes in to the back side of the radio and maybe u use some T split conectors.

1. Yes, when I said stock rearview camera, I mean the one came with my car (from the manufacture) when I purchased it new;
2. good idea to use the power supply cables you suggested, do you have pictures handy showing the constant 12V, ACC and ground cables going into the Android head unit?
3. when you say T-split connectors, you mean for the RCA video, right?
Thx again!
John

They are the same color.
T-split connectors for getting power to the host unit of 360 controler.

on, actually
1. what is that orange BACK wire (the 4th from the top) for? is it for the backup camera?
2. Haha, I misread the 4 speakers as "4 cameras"......
Thx again
John

it is for connectin trigger wire, for reverse one, so when u put in reverse it will open camera on Head unit.

Any news from your mounting?
I buy the same kit as you.
I ask myself how to keep the image after removing the reverse gear.
Because the image does not remain when you remove the reverse.
I think the central box of this kit keep a signal for a few seconds? or when i put ON with transmitter?
i see this box have a input reverse and output reverse (to connect on the reverse signal on the radio)
But can you confirm that it extends the signal "reverse" by a few seconds to be able to display the view 360 in forward (just after the reverse)
Can you confirm me?
(Sorry i am a belgian man and my English is not verry good )

Thx for writing back and sorry for my delay but mainly because I have never been able to calibrate the birdview - have been communicating with the seller but not very helpful. Maybe you can help me on the calibration.
To answer your question, yes, I followed your earlier instructions for wiring. yes, I can have the birdview on after removing the reverse gear because I used a 2 (in) to 1 (out) RCA video adapter, one input is from the backup camera and the other input is from the birdview unit, so when you put on reverse gear backup camera shows, and when you switch to other gears you will see the birdview unit's image. Hope this answered your question.
Since I am unable to calibrate the birdview, so I am not really using the full feature. Now I am using bot the stock backup camera and the birthview system (I actually use the image from the front camera only) paralell - meaning I leave the stock backup camera as is, and connected the birdview unit to the AV IN and activate it by a quick button (the voice recognition button) on my steering wheel whenever I need to see it.
Hope this is helpful, and after you resolve this issue, hopefully you can help me on calibration.
Cheers,
John

Here's what I did on mine:
1-Connected the reverse signal from the canbox, and the left & right turn signals from the car mirrors to the 360 device.
2-Connected the 360 device trigger signal to the reverse signal input in the head unit.
3-Connected the 360 device RCA output to the head unit reverse camera input.
This way, whenever I turn left, right, or put the car on reverse, the 360 view together with left, right, or rear camera views, gets automatically displayed on the head unit. When I put the car out of reverse, the 360 device replaces the rear camera view with the front camera view and stays on for a few seconds before turning off.
I can also press the flasher to get the 360 camera on anytime.

It's very simple
I'have mounted wenichen 360 degree bird view on my rover 75
Connect reverse light + on the cable rear cam.
Connect right and left turn light on cable of camera
Connect video out on the rear cam input of PX5 and the white cable on the px5 reverse cable.
When you turn on left or right or put reverse, the px5 switch the screen to show 360 bird view

I abandoned the idea of putting the box "bird 360"
the new PX6 has the plugs to connect a camera to the front!
(The px5 has the same plug but is not wired)
I managed to get the new RCA plugs and now I have an input and a power supply to connect a camera to the front!
remains more than to change the option in the canbus to activate the camera at the front just after the reverse

Currently the BEST 2020 android head units?

Just got one of the Binize 7" 2x32 android 9 head units. Not really impressed with it so far.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07VHD4B23/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I also have one of the Podofo 7" 1x16 android 10 2020 versions. Screen looks the same but there are more connectors on the rear. It is much faster. Noticably to the touch. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08GKBQ1X5/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s03?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Are there some better units out there right now I should be looking at?
Really want a DUAL din and able to load offline maps to if for BackCountry Navigator, Google Maps, and a couple others. Maybe use one of my external USB Drives for music videos, music, and other movies.
I just modified the dash of a Discovery 1 to fit a dual din. Now I want a large screen to fit in there to utilize the space I made.

They are all botched/buggy in someway, but it's not easy to know who makes these units and what they are just from the reseller verbiage.
Like the previous poster says. Pretty much every android head unit has issues. Each one is a different set of issues. Nobody out there seems to be doing proper reviews on these that focus on what does and doesn't work.
I've been through four so far. Every one has issues.
So I tried to switch to a Pioneer and guess what, it has issues too. I'm disgusted with the whole car audio industry. All I want is what's on my phone to be on my dash, without having to whip my phone out of my pocket and wire it up every time I go for a drive.
Apparently that's asking too much of the industry.
Fwiw the features I need/want are:
1. Supports modern digital steering wheel controls (they all seem to only support analog SWC which nobody has)
2. Either have a proper bluetooth phone feature with voice commands and quality audio OR trigger when it detects incoming audio on the aux in from my cars built in bluetooth (currently the best option I've found is I have to tap aux in every time I receive a call)
3. Pair and STAY paired with bluetooth OBD dongle for dashboard data logging. So far not a single one has been able to do this reliably, they tend to disconnect randomly and require constant re-pairing. Best if it supports newer profiles of dongles like the OBDLink which has a faster refresh rate, but so far only one of the four I've tried does that, and it requires repairing every bootup.
4. Have a screen DPI thay doesn't freak out common apps. Some of my apps don't work because of screen DPI issues on some devices.
5. Don't randomly reboot, 2 of the 4 devices I've used have this issue.
6. "Dancing" Gps or GPS that can't get a lock. One device I used the GPS jumps around randomly, the other can't even get a signal half the time.
7. Static/noise/audio problems. One has a hiss, one had loud static when no audio was playing, and another the audio would randomly cut out.
Dunno what I'm gonna do next.

I'll tell ya.... I'm on my third android head unit (all Dasaita's) and I have not had one yet which produces good clean sound without a low grade white noise (the noise which you are describing). The Dasaita I have now in fact is top of the line... cost $700US and it has the same low grade white noise the rest of them do.
I love these android head units for what you describe.... large screen, good off line maps display, engine data display... yadda yadda. They make really great overall information centers, but they ALL seem to just suck for good clean sound.
At this point I'm really considering running two head units, a double din dasaita with a 10" screen for my information center, tv, videos... etc, and a smaller single din Pioneer or Kenwood for all the audio, and the bluetooth phone connection. This is the only answer that I can see if you want to run an android head unit.... and have clean sound at the same time.
I'd also Like a to have an actual readout of what ALL the connectors are for on the back. If I plug in ALL the connectors they sent. I still have 2 ports which are empty. I can imagine maybe one is for a Wired OBD2 port cable and maybe the others for Environmental controls or steering wheel interface? Wherever these are originating from, they are not including all the features with them. Might put an amplifier on these and see how they perform. The audio isn't the best..
Main issue I had was the Binize keyboard wouldn't show up. I had to factory reset the device to enable it. I am beta testing Android 11 on my Note 20 Ultra 5g. Had NO issues with it until I paired it with this radio. No keyboard would show on my phone either. then the screen froze on my phone. Next, my storage corrupted/ disappeared, then reappeared and the phone reindexed everything so all my media (photos, video, etc. ) is all out of order now since it re scanned.
I'm thinking a USB drive with all the content might be the way to go. But are these really limited to just 32gb external storage? Shouldn't these be able to read ANY external storage formatted properly?

The extra ports are a little different from machine to machine but Dasaita puts in extra ports for TV, TPMS, DAB, Dashcam, and auxiliary a/v input. You can take a wild guess at the what the inputs are judging by the software which comes on your machine. The dasaita line for example comes with a TV app, TPMS app, DAB apps, A/V in app, and a DashCam app.
Wired obd2 works through usb and will only work with apps (like torque pro) which support usb connections
For what it's worth... I already have (3) external amps connected. 850 watts to the front, 1000 watts to the rear, and 2250 watts to the subs. Still get that low grade white noise.

It's not ground loop noise so ground isolators wouldn't do much. This is a low grade white noise like what you would hear from an FM radio when not on a station. Both my PX5 and PX6 have it. It's not very loud... but it's there.

Android 9.1 Stereo issues.. Need advice or firmware update to resolve?

Hello to all you wonderful people
Firstly thank you for taking the time to read and potentially help me resolve this issues. Here are the issues I am experiencing.
Vehicle 2006 X5 BMW 4.4i E53 (No hating on please I already know)
Unit 9"inch Chinese made Android 9.1 firmware. Not connected to aftermarket amplifier and no RCA Audio connect)
Android YT9213A_00009_V001_20200312
Android os 9.1 XY Auto:3.2 (8227L)
Can Pro 3.0 (8227L)
Cpu A7 1.3Hz x 4
MCU 3.1 (8227L)
1. Unit only produces sound when using the Radio (Front speakers only and No fade ability, left right or EQ)
2. I have set the Canbus to BMW but Steering Wheel Button Mapping is non functioning or recognising.
3. Updated software via units button and Wi-fi and still no change
4. Vehicle has a DSP amplifier aka Splits 2 channel signal into 6 channels
5. Has Bluetooth connectivity but does not pick up sound when on a call from within the car nor produces any sound when playing music tracks or video.
6. Struggles to play movie files (Wondering if it is just a file type issue - I use "mkv" file types normally "VLC player" )
7. Google maps produces no street name data and only shows directional lines and no turn information vocally.
Please note that the company I bought this off no longer replies to emails and wont engage in any form of help..
I am hoping that a raw firmware update to Android 10 or similar will fix most /all of these issues...if so I would need a link to the firmware file please - Plus if advised that RCA connects are the answer to the Sound issues maybe the answer.
If anyone has any advice I would be greatly appreciated

If your BMW is anything like my jeep then number 4 is your problem. You have the factory premium sound (factory dsp amp)
Your factory amp only uses 2 channels from your android unit. You can not control fade because your android unit can not control the Can Bus fade system in your factory amp. You can't hear Bluetooth, or navigation info because the 2 channels from the android unit which are connected to the factory dsp are the REAR channels and meanwhile all bluetooth and nav information is fed through the FRONT channels on the android unit. You can correct this by switching the front channels with the rear channels on the android unit.
You will still not be able to correct fade though. What you can TRY though is going into the FACTORY SETTINGS on the android and make sure you have AMPLIFIER turned on. If your android machine is 'smart enough' then it will understand that your dsp fade needs to be controlled through CAN Bus.
If you ordered the factory specific android unit for your bmw, your steering wheel buttons SHOULD work, but you will not be able to remap them.
The cpu that you have in that machine is not really strong enough to handle mkv files. You should convert to a simpler format if you want to play video on that machine.

Hi new member. Welcome, suggest taking the time to learn the basics of Chinese Android head units, there are alot of informative posts and a wiki for MTCx units.
As your unit is not an MTCD, I have requested a mod moves it to the appropriate Android head units forum.
Try searching for 8227L

Hey
I also have X5, but lucky for me - w/o DSP and NAVI. So every generic head unit works for me fine
But according to your problem.. unfortunately what Bob_sanders says is true and problem is DSP.
To allow your head unit handle DPS you need to buy additional I-BUS interface (which you connect using USB and soldering few wires) and download application.
You can read more in this thread https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/discussion-unofficial-bmw-i-bus-app.4077697/
Not sure if buying license is necessary to enable DSP, so you may check it before you buy.
But for sure updating Android version won't help - you have to use this I-bus thingy.
edit. same thing applies to steering wheel control - command are sent using I-bus (instead of CAN) and i-bus interface is needed to handle them.
But AFAIK you won't be able to do a custom mapping. They will work only like BMW designed it.
Custom mapping is only available to resistive-based SWC controls, which are connected to KEY 1 & 2 wires in head unit harness.

Hi Wotii098
I have found an answer to the problem and it is a super simple one...
So apparently the power antenna wire is the answer... So the issue goes without the activation of that wire the unit thinks there is no antenna and will not go any further with sound and will only produce basic Radio audio... So what you need to do is attach the "BLUE" Ant wire (Pin No.12) to the Yellow power wire and this will instantly fix the issue.. Spread the word my brethren and thank you for your response.

Hi new member. Welcome, suggest taking the time to learn the basics of Chinese Android head units, there are alot of informative posts and a wiki for MTCx units.
As your unit is not an MTCD, I have requested a mod moves it to the appropriate Android head units forum.

HUH?
Sorry... I'm not sure what you did or the problem you were having but the blue antenna wire is just an antenna trigger wire which OUTPUTS a voltage. There is no "activation" of that wire and nothing on that wire to sense any connection. It simply outputs a voltage to trigger a power antenna. If you do not have a power antenna then DO NOT connect it to anything.
It is NOT advised that you connect that wire to the yellow 12 volt constant voltage wire. That is NOT what it is for, and you may damage your machine in the end.

Arrr But that's the thing.. it's a trigger wire that the unit uses to trigger the DSP Amp that everything is active and to open up the signal to the amp.
Well not the best and actual scientific/electrical way of putting it... but it worked and fixed most of my issues.. I've only got one issues left which is the steering wheel button mapping which doesn't work. Which could be the actual buttons/assembly as I did not test them when I bought the SUV, because the stereo's screen was dead.
Either way I hope this helps someone who is having the same issue as me for a 2005/6 model BMW X5 or any other car/suv/truck with the same issue.
Give it a try if you are having this problem Bob.. can't hurt.. Didn't hurt my unit..
Here is a Youtube link to the video I found that solved the issue:

No. It is a trigger wire for your Antenna. That's precisely why it shuts down when you turn the radio off. Your power antenna is no longer needed because you are not listening to the radio anymore, so it retracts back down into the vehicle.
What you are doing when you connect to the yellow is feeding a REVERSE voltage through a circuit which was designed to PRODUCE a voltage, not receive one. You risk damage to your machine by doing so.
If you are having problems keeping your dsp alive then you have wired something wrong. I don't know what head unit you have but all the ones I know of have a separate "AMP" wire which is used to trigger the amp/dsp. It stays on at any time the head unit is on.

Toyota C-HR hybrid is my car, if that's interesting.
no in my opinion the 32pin iso cable where the original rear camera cable passes is not well wired because I saw that there is no power to the rear camera. we have to find the problem and solve it. if you succeed let me know how you solved.

I haven't had any results yet. Maybe you should try pairing the canbus first. It installs an extra app with car setup options.
But I have tried in vain so far, there are too many choices. Although I found my car on one of the models, I didn't get the picture of the reversing camera.
The seller's response today is:
"Did you connect the Cam in port on our power cable to the Rear camera input port on RCA cable."
Of course there is no RCA, there is a canbus.

Maybe that's the solution?
I did it, but nothing happened ...
There are two CAM IN RCA connectors on the POWER harness. I tried both, although nothing from the factory radio is connected to one of its pin connectors.
Hi, is your hu with 360? If so, then k7 will use the 360 cam instead of your existing cam. The reverse cam will only work if 360 app is not running. Try restarting the hu while in reverse. Then as the hu boots the reverse cam will show at for a few seconds.
If hu did not come with 360, then check the reverse cam type.
The rca connector is in B harness not power. It is brown color. Then if you have canbus, it should be automatic. Make sure your reverse cam is terminated properly ie. Power and ground.
i have TEST YOUR SOLUTION, i don't have 360 camera , i have CANBUS WITH BROWN CABLE but i when insert rerar gear not appear. if i open app for vision cam the message is NOT SIGNAL.
i have test at connecting at aftermarket cam and i see image in app. where is the problem of my original cam??

No, there is no 360. But only part of the problem is that there is no reversing camera image!
Unfortunately, nothing works about CANBUS, only the left side of the steering control.
The seller also sent a picture of the camera connection. I repackaged the radio, checked it, everything is as pictured! It also sent about CANBUS type selection, but it is.
No door opening, no radar, no air conditioning, nothing ... Who doesn't have a reversing camera, do the other things work?
I have write to winlink ownice and the result is the camera original not work and seller send me a camera sony! When arrive i test
The problem for me is in the canbus decoder not support rear camera original. Because the original camera is 6v but radio send 12v

For me, Toyota C-HR hybrid is my car. Unfortunately, nothing works about the CAN BUS, not just the factory reversing camera. But I think the Toyota camera is 12V. Now I’m there for the seller to contact the engineer to see if the smooth and hybrid CHR require the same CAN BUS. (There is a different type of hybrid in the Factory menu.)
Today i have test some solution but not work. I have connect rca cable cam at other rca radio connector VIDEO OUT and the video of rear camera when I open apk AUX is work!!! But if I connect to rear camera rca and positive on pin 4 radio back the cam enter in rear vision but not see image. Repeat i connect rca cable cam to AUX VIDEO and red wire Cam ON positive and image work good but I connect rear cam rca at RCA CAM INPUT OF RADIO and red wire at pin. N4 of radio the display on the rear camera but not image!!!! Help for me

Has the promised camera arrived? Now they promised me one too. I hope this already works, although I would have preferred the original to work!
Funny mixture of topics here.
You need +12 V on the reverse cable of your head unit as soon as you in reverse gear. This is just to tell the hu that you're in reverse. You can grab the reverse signal from can bus box or from the wiring harness of your car. Use a multimeter to verify if you get the 12 V. Search for the pin description of the original OEM radio.

Auto-vox Wireless Camera on a Klyde HU

Hi,
I have a klyde car radio with Android 10 and an auto-vox camera with a small monitor as a rear view camera.
Do you see a possibility to bring the radio signal from the camera into the AV input of the radio?
So I could save myself the small display

At least you should give it a try.
You just need to figure out how to get the RVC activated in reverse. The unit itself has a connector for that in combination with the CAN.
@rigattoni
yes I've a CAN-Bus Adapter an get the signal over this. That should work so far.
Kind regards
Armin
nobody has an idea?
regards….
Armin, what are you waiting for?
You have 2 connectors. 1 Cinch cable for the camera and 1 power cable which switches the cam to on.
You just need to know about the voltage the cam is used. It might be 12V, but also can be 6.5V.
Measure the current voltage for the camera and then see if you need a 12V to 6.5V converter or not.
You won´t get a free blessing here. You need to do your homework.
I am absolutely with you that I also have to contribute something.
I've searched numerous times on the subject but haven't found anything. The camera is wireless and the video signal only transmits wirelessly. I can't connect anything to the radio. I really don't want to install a additional cable to the rear.
Sorry perhabs I didn't show that correctly
In this case you are not able to use this camera.
That's a pity. I was hoping that someone knows an adapter from the radio signal to chinch. But because of the encryption it won't work?!

Peugeot 407 SW with Android system - can't hear sound

Hello everyone
I have a 2006 Peugeot 407 SW and I installed a 2 din radio with Android. Connected every wire into its place, but I do have a few issues:
First, the private seller didn't told me anything about setting it up. But I managed to find the 6 digit-code accessible settings (what I found it was 000000 through a Google search) where I can setup the right type of canbus for it.
Ok, the canbus device I've been given is a Raise PSA-RZ-15, so thats the one I selected back in the options.
Steering wheel commands do work ok.
When I set the gear to reverse, it tries to obtain the back camera image (I don't have the back camera installed yet, but its ok).
And there are a few numbers in the trip statistics screen, so it gathered the travels I made recently.
But I can hear no sound, either from radio or from USB or Youtube through a wireless connection.
Any ideas? Do I need a different canbus device? Or I just need to select a different device in the advanced settings?
Thanks
If the unit is working then most likely you just connected the wrong wires.
I've got a Peugeot as well, so most likely you will have a similar connector to mine.
There should be a big male type connector for the one you removed from the back of your original radio. You have a female type connector which connects to this big one and the other side which is much smaller, and that connects to the headunit itself. Make sure it's connected together properly and the fastener is closed.
The canbus decoder is for the headunit to be able to communicate with the vehicle canbus. This makes the trip info appear on the screen, and the steering wheel controls to work. The one you have with your unit is usually enough for most people, but there is an upgraded version which can display A/C information and steering wheel angle too(for reversing).
If the steering wheel controls are not working, that's because you need to set the canbus decoder type in the settings. If your exact car type is not listed try something like 308, 408 or Berlingo, or RZC.
Well, I can't just have connected the wrong wires because I did not made any manual connections with the wires. I just plugged everything where they could fit; each connector only has 1 socket to fit. Its like having 1 USB, 1 VGA and 1 Serial ports and connect them all. Can't make it wrong.
As I have said, the steering wheel controls ARE WORKING.
The reverse gear activates the rear camera view.
I just can't hear anything.
In the advanced options panel, the canbus I have selected IS the canbus module I have, but that one refers as being to another vehicle. The one listed as being a 2006 407 Peugeot is actually a Hiworld.
What I want to know is:
Do I need to exchange this Raise and get the Hiworld module or just change this in the options? I tried several Raise ones but none makes the unit plays sound.

In fact is a CVD1810 / 8227 system. I have steering wheel controls and reverse camera. Just need to know what canbus to select in the options. The real one I have is Raise PSA RZ 15 and ofc I tried that one. No sound. Tried a bunch of others, no sound.
Do you have a link for the product?
Also, can you take a picture of your old head-unit and the wiring for the new unit?
Ok here ya go.
DSC_0060 is the cable from the car.
DSC_0061 is the cable connected to the canbus.
DSC_0077 is the back of the old unit
About that product link, as I bought it from some guy here in Portugal for a 2 day faster shipping, I don't have any link, but I can provide a link to a very similar unit (and to confirm my idea that the problem is the canbus module, as this following link, the supplied canbus is the one I want to try next). In fact, I have ordered it through Aliexpress and am waiting for it to be delivered and check it out (just the Hiworld module and the cable, not the whole unit).

Hello again!
I have an update here:
I ordered the canbus Hiworld W25, wich is apropriate for Peugeot 407, and in fact I can see now all vehicle informations on screen like A/C and such. But the sound is still not coming to the car speakers... I'm starting to believe its a faulty wiring or something from the unit itself...
Another update:
My car has JBL speakers, subwoofer and amplifier. So the regular canbus ordered is not enough. I need a Peugeot 407 with JBL speakers specific canbus. Maybe the Raise PSA RZ 67 will do this?
You need to make sure your audio cable is connected. You can search for installation videos on youtube, about the screen that appears when reversing, you can ask the seller where to set it up, this feature can be turned off.

All cables seem connected in their places. What happens, some guy in Peugeot forums sent me this link:

Its a canbus + cable for Peugeot 407, and this cable has a TON of connectors my current cable doesn't. I assume this cable will solve my issue, so maybe I don't need to mess up with the wires.

Well yes, this harness has a speaker on it (like my previous one). The difference is this one has more connectors to plug to the original radio and send the sound signal to the android.
When parking, I see the graphic on screen with red and orange bars depending if I'm close to some object, or very close. And it displays where the object is. Similar to this image:
