As you know huawei removed the unlock website so you cannot get the code unless you pay dc unlocker or get the code via Huawei's email.

Evening,
I have tried EE and various sim unlocking websites trying to get a sim unlock code for my P9 lite which is locked to EE in the UK but no one so far has been able to produce a code for me.
Has anyone on here sim unlocked a P9 lite locked to EE or can anyone recommend a tool to do the job?
Thanks in advance!

Hi there. I'm in the same boat. The EE site won't accept my IMEI code. I did manage to get my bootloader unlock code for around £5 using a site mentioned in the unlock/root guide thread. A weird thing was that the Huawei site wouldn't accept my IMEI/serial number, and the guy who runs the site I ended up using for the unlock also said at one point via email that I'd given him an incorrect IMEI number. I insisted I hadn't and he eventually sent me my unlock code - not sure what to make of that.
Hi,
That's a weird one! I haven't been having that issue. My issue so far is none of these unlock code companies have been able to provide a code...
I went into town today and went in a few mobile phone unlock/repair places. Most were able to get a code which would have been pointless but one guy said that he could hook it up to his computer and unlock it that way. It was a case of "no unlock, no fee" so I went for it.
I paid £15 ad he unlocked it successfully ?
From my experience, getting someone to hook it up to their computer to unlock is the way forward!
I left the phone with the guy (after noting down the imei beforehand) and went back 30 mins later where it was unlocked waiting for me.
Popped in my partners ID Sim in and it picked up the network straight away!
Happy customer!
Go find someone who can hook it up to a pc for you! There are remote options but I don't entirely trust them.
Good luck!!!

+one for this.
Followed this - https://www.dc-unlocker.com/huawei-android-hisilicon-unlock-guide
But instead of letting the program unlock the sim I paid for just 4 credits (4 euros) to read the unlock codes, then when you put the wrong sim in the phone asks for the NCK code.

How did u managed to get the code ? They keep refunding my payment .
I've read comments on some other sites that suggested that unlocking the bootloader would invalidate the warranty. The disclaimer that Huawei provides on the bootloader warns that it might cause problems, but doesn't say that it kills the warranty. Does anybody know for sure what the policy is?
So, to answer my own question, I was trying to use the Huawei website to get a bootloader unlock code and I couldn't get it to work. I sent an email to Hauwei support to ask them to send me the bootloader unlock code. I got a message back from them right away that said that Hauwei US doesn't provide unlock codes. They also threatened to invalidate my warranty if I unlocked the bootloader.
So, now I'm confused. Obviously, Hauwei does provide unlock codes, because they have a utility on their website to get one. Is it possible that unlock codes are only supposed to be provided for non-US tablets? Also, if you get an unlock code on their website, do they track that and use that to immediately invalidate the warranty? They sent me a link to a site where you can check your warranty status. http://consumer.huawei.com/us/support/warranty-query/
Is there anybody with a US-purchased tablet that's unlocked who could check their warranty status on this site?

but the huawei site doesnt support unlocking

There is a way to ask Huawei support via email for the code.
what way?
Hi all unfortunately i recently came to know about Huawei sacking the request for unlocking codes in June 2018. I tried an email request to get an unlock code but they denied(their reply in attachment) saying about costumer support and other support related stuff(like they provide any in Pakistan ).
So basically my question is how would i root my Mate 10 Lite and have a custom rom on it. I tried unlocking through dc unlocker by buying some credits but the payment method isnt supported in here(Pakistan). So how can i do one of the following?
1. Unlock a bootloader that is free or supported in Pakistan(paid)
2. Root or flash a custom rom without unlocking bootloader.

Pakistan, eh? Me too. Go to the nearest service center and and demand your unlock code. Of Nothing then use your credit card to buy credit for DC Phoenix. Also, Don't expect a bunch of ROMs.

if you are still feeling unlucky just like i did a few hours ago. I came across this guy (a paid service) to get my bootloader unlock after so many attempts and desperate searches.
his website is ministryofsolutions.com he is a pakistani guy and totally legit. He charges Rs. 560 via jazzcash and gave me my bootloader unlock via teamviewer i just unlocked it and rooted and custom romed it.
FINALLY !!!
