Hi. I have got a problem. I currently have a lg nexus 4 . i accidently installed twrp in boot. so every time i open my phone twrp comes. and half of my touch screen does not work. so i can't fully swipe to install roms and cant type certain lettrs in keyboard in terminal and the bootloader is locked. so how do i get out of this . any help will be greatly appreciated . Thank you

How is your bootloader locked while having TWRP installed? Boot to bootloader and unlock it again. Then proceed with flashing the stock image.

Can you boot in to fastboot mode?
You can flash full OTA image even if the bootloader is locked. Flashing instructions here.

use fastboot, first unlock the bootloader with code fastboot oem unlock, then move the kernel of your android version to the fastboot folder and flash it on the boot partition, with the code fastboot flash boot boot.img, that's all.

I have not tried it. I think that you have to reboot to stock recovery and flashing stock firmware from the Asus website. If you haven't stock recovery it's not no problem.

If you want to flash stock firmware from twrp recovery you must to modify update-skript.

If you want to fix your stock recovery you can do it from the fastboot mode.

twrp mm

So I downgraded from revolution rom on marshmallow l21 b160. I'm trying to install CM 13. Because bootloader locked itself when i flashed stock marshmello i had to unlock it again. The way I unlocked it is by ''fastboot oem unlock xxxxxxxxxxxxx'' and I used the same code as the first time unlocking it. It gave me the message if I really want to unlock my bootloader and I said yes. Then I flashed Meticulus TWRP and it says it flashed but when I try to boot in recovery (V U+ P B) it gives me huawei recovery screen. I tried flashing several times with diffrent twrps.
EDIT: On bootloader screen it says PHONE UNLOCK, FTR LOCK
I have same problem with TWRP...
I think that in fastboot mode you can use the command "fastboot reboot recovery" to enter recovery

Help! Nexus 6p is boot looped !

I`ve decided to return to stock and I wish I didn`t!
After flashing the files for the latest stock image , I was unable to pass the boot animation.
That was six hours ago.
I tried to reinstall another full image from google website.
I did and then my computer doesn`t recognize my device on adb mode.
Tried to update the drivers via Android Studio and through the usb drivers folder , it gives an error of not being able to download the update because of disabling the automatic windows update even though I did.
Help, people what can I do?
Should I just get a new phone?
It`s a very tough option for me right now due to some financial issues.

Hi... Explain how exactly you flashed your phone. Fastboot? Adb sideload?
What was your android version prior to your problem.
What version did you try to flash? Did you use the flash all.bat/sh? Or flashed each image manually?
Are you stuck in bootloader? Can you still access recovery? Or does it bootloop when trying to reboot into recovery?

No, unlocking the bootloader may make the difference in being able to recover your phone. Did you also enable USB debugging in Developer Options when you unlocked your bootloader? Was ADB working before and now has stopped working? I would first focus on getting ADB/fastboot binaries (and USB drivers) set up and working properly on your PC.

I flashed the latest version of Android 7.1.1 with March update
I flashed each image manaually
Not stuck on boot loader but stuck on the animation of booting without accessing anything on the phone so it`s a bootloop.
I flashed stock all and unlocked the bootloader afterwards....... Trying to unlock it now with no hope of how to unlock it and flash anything and save myself from this problem!

No you just need fastboot working to unlock (this is assuming you already had it unlocked before)... but again this depends on you having your PC set up correctly.
fastboot flashing unlock - try that and see if it finishes successfully or not.
Edit: That and try to answer @5.1 's questions

I unlocked it before but now did a full recovery to Stock and locked the bootloader.
I need to access the usb debugging option before I can type in that command in the CMD
My PC is set up correctly .
My only problem is that I don`t have access to my phone in order to enable that option and don`t know how to unlock the bootloader with any other way.
That is all

Fastboot
What was your android version prior to your problem.
7.1.1
What version did you try to flash? Did you use the flash all.bat/sh? Or flashed each image manually?
The same version again after flashing a pure nexus rom , flashed each image manually
Are you stuck in bootloader? Can you still access recovery? Or does it bootloop when trying to reboot into recovery?
not stuck on bootloader , still have access to the recovery mode (stock one not TWRP) it bootloops only when I try to turn on the phone.

Try sideloading the beta 7.1.2 ota. You can find it on the N6P general section I think.
I'm not saying it will solve your problem. If factory reset didn't fix your bootloop, I don't know what else to do... Good luck!

Locked Bootloader, No OS installed No Recovery Installed.

I got my 6P bootloader locked (ofcourse by accident) and now it has become a paperweight. is there any solution for this issue? I can boot into bootloader, but cannot flash anything. No recovery is installed and No OS is installed too...

If the device can be seen by a computer, reflash the factory image. If not, no idea.
Dear friend if you have no OS installed and the Bootloader blocked the only thing you can try is using an OTG cable and a flash memory to download the latest version of the factory image but OTA and copy it to the flash memory and try to flash it from the stock recovery

Can you boot to bootloader? (With the device powered off, hold Volume Down + Power)
Then run
Code:
fastboot devices
If you see your mobile then you should be able to flash the factory ROM.

If you can boot using twrp then you can get adb shell with root, right?

I'm getting

[sys.oem_unlock_allowed]: [1]

I'm wondering if you set those props to 1 maybe you'll be able to flash images again.

...
Spending way more time than I should lol...

Well the first rule when unlocking a device is to never lock the device unless it's full stock like you just flashed it. You should be able to hold the 3 buttons together (called a 3 finger salute) and get into fastboot to unlock it again. If it was a hard brick, there would be no life to it at all. As long as it is recognized in fastboot then it's not a brick. Good thing there are binaries lol
