Hello everyone,
by mistake i deleted the OS on my LG G6, i tried to reinstall a new OS from TRWP, but i ended up getting a bunch of errors (the phone failed mounting /data and /storage). I tried to fix that by changing filesystem, but the phone got stuck in the middle of the process.
After a reboot, i find myself stuck at the recovery boot screen. Since the OS is no more, i can't even enable the USB Debug option to use adb commands.
Is there no hope for my phone? What should i do? Thank you in advance! (Sorry for my poor english!)

There is no problem just flash stock rom using LG UP
if u had a problem just ask
Or download a Stock ROM and flash it with TWRP.
Put in download mode and flash KDZ file with LGUP
or
Boot into fasboot mode and use CMD or terminal to flash twrp
or
same as above and use all-in-one tool to flash recovery etc.
Loads of ways to fix this issue

i have the g2 d802 variant, rooted and with cwm installed.
last night received the ota, clicked yes before reading it and now the phone is is stuck in cwm.
i can only boot to cwm. no download mode, no fastboot and no system.
lg mobile support tool isn't recognizing the phone either.
after reading a while i wanted to try the adb method. my win7 pc can't recognize the phone. it's listing it under usb devices, lg-d802 but with a triangle.
someone in the forum mentioned that he was able to get the adb to work after formatting every possible partition in the mount/storage. so i did the same but no luck.
i tried all sorts of drivers i found in the forum, i tried almost every possible way posted online but still no luck.
i also can't mount usb to push a new rom to flash or a new recovery.
so im stuck with a formatted phone that only goes to recovery and apparently no adb.
can anyone figure out how to fix this?
Hi Guys,
I brought my LG G2 D802 32GB last week and I believe it's possibly hard bricked if not soft bricked so let me start by saying that anyone who can help me get my brand new G2 working will be receiving some beer money!
I've owned over 15 android devices over the years and i'd say i'm a competent flasher but I've never had such a problem flashing any of those devices as I have on the G2!
So here's what I did:
1) Updated Phone to 4.4.2 and rotted using IOroot method (Root was successful)
2) Install LG USB Drivers
3) Flashed CWM 6.0.4.4 (Flashed successful and CWM was working fine with Root access on ROM)
I then decided to put TWRP as the recovery because after much research it seemed to be the most popular choice.
4) Downloaded D802_AutoRec.apk (I believe this was the correct recovery for my device)??
here's what happened:
After using AutoRec to flash TWRP recovery I rebooted and the phone displayed:
450 Fastboot mode started
500 udc_started()
Plugging in the USB cable then adds the following lines:
660 -reset-
670 -portchange-
740 fastboot; processing commands
Note that Download mode WAS available at this point.
I then tried flashing CWM recovery again through fastboot which showed as successful but still stuck in fastboot after rebooting. The same happened for TWRP.
I then went to the LG website, put in my IMEI number and downloaded the stock ROM (D80220C_00). I used the G2 extractor to extract the kdz to a DZ file then extracted the aboot/boot & laf.img. Since I did this I have lost download mode!
It's interesting to note that fastboot shows attached device as:
? fastboot
and ADB shows no attached devices.
I'm not sure this is relevant as I still seem to be able to push commands to the phone through fastboot?
I then tried to flash the stock ROM (D80220C_00) using LG Flash Tool however it gets to 27% and says "cannot connect to the phone
So as it stands at the moment all I have is the option to flash using fastboot, I have no download mode, no recovery or no working ROM. Have I completely bricked my phone or is there anything else I can try to get the stock ROM back on there?
Any help is massively appreciated!

Hi guys, I might need some help or a walk through here, I might have bricked my phone. I stump-rooted my phone ( 4.4.2) and installed TWRP Recovery 2.8.1 initially , Installing SuperSU which patched my sdcard and rebooted causing my phone to get stuck in a boot loop giving me no access to download mode, just recovery. From there I tried to install Cynogen mod 12 in TWRP recovery to fix the bootloop but any attempt at flashing gave me an error "error executing updater binary in zip." So I extracted the folders and flashed the 2.7.0 recovery.img which sayed it worked but now my phone is still stuck in boot loop, no download mode and when I try to enter recovery I get stuck in fastboot mode with port change errors. I took some screenshots so it would be easier to help me out. Every time I plug in the USB I get the following errors, the screenshot is from continuous attempts
I have the mini sdk installed and Koush drivers. Device manager does not recognize my phone anymore but it does come up under Fastboot Interface
Any Help would be greatly Appreciated
Because I'm a new member I can't post screenshots so just add an h infront of the links.
Thanks in advance for all your help

Can you please explain how to do that WITHOUT entering download mode?
Maybe LG Flash recognizes your phone and will do the job.
LG Flash does not recognize my phone at all. http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g2/general/lg-g2-unbrickable-fix-real-hard-brick-t2904404 Do you think this method will work?
Hey everyone!
While trying to update LineageOS on my G6 I somewhat messed up and now am out of ideas. I tried to install an OTA update, which sent me into a TWRP-bootloop. I tried to fix this by using the dd-commands described here before seeing the next post, which advised against it and recommended a different one. Unfortunately too late. I did back up both partitions on my external SD card, though.
Since then the phone is in a boot loop continuously displaying this screen (the author of this thread seemed to have a similar problem - but it wasn't resolved there). I can get into fastboot and download mode with the volume buttons. Getting into the reset-menu and trying to open TWRP from there doesn't work, it just goes back to boot-looping.
Do you have any ideas how to recover from this situation? Ideally without a factory reset... although I have most of my data backed up the storage is encrypted and It would be awesome to recover into the old system. I still have a little hope left that I haven't messed up quite that bad. :/
Thank you!
your data is lost because you can not do anything anymore
make full wipe with fastboot because LGUP currently update supports
fastboot format userdata
fastboot format cache
fastboot format system
go into download mode and flash stock with uppercut and LGUP do you get errors check drivers or take another stock rom. !!! you can not flash a US Stock rom to a EU Model (this was an example !) !!! watching exact your model [H870/H872/US997] and rom
For me it has worked successfully H870 with 20c open EU
Hi Everyone,
I have an issue with my Oneplus8 pro and below are the details
1. The device was working perfectly. I was interested to root the device and install a custom ROM.
2. The method used was to try and flash a patched boot image for the device but I think i landed up using a wrong boot image file.
3. The OS was on 10.5.10 if I remember correctly. I used a patched image file I suppose of an older firmware. Now restarts and goes to "QUALCOMM Crashdump mode". The only options are
a. reboot to fastboot mode
b. flash the TWRP for Oneplus 8 pro but that doesnt mount by storage so cant really transfer anything to flash again.
Requesting some help to fix the issue and apologies if i have not explained correctly.
