I have heard this is a common problem,I took my sim card tray out(gently)and it had snapped inside,Tried all sorts to get the broken part out to no avail.
Went to LG here in Bangkok,Thailand and they told me I had apparently bought a Taiwan model from a local Thai dealer (wasn't told this at time and they wouldn't do anything,even told me Warranty with Taiwan LG,go back there ha ah).
If they fix it,they are talking of changing the board as the sim tray is attached to the and they say it is most likely damaged.
Is there anyway I can report this,as phone 6 months old and have read many forums that people have had this happen to,overall terrible service from LG not to fix it within warranty.
In Poland LG fix this problem with warranty, I have no problem with this.

I got my S5 today on Vodafone (UK). I thought it'd be unlocked but that isn't true. They said they'd take 7 to 10 days to unlock which is far too long a wait for me. Anyone know of any sites (decent sites) that can do it for me a lot quicker?

Have a search on fleabay. I got an unlock code for my S4 on there and was perfect. The seller i used was FastunlockerUK

My touchscreen is broken, so I have to replace it.
I am looking for a genuine part to buy through ebay or similar. I have seen a lot of sellers claiming to sell a genuine part, but since I heard about many cases of the so-called "genuine" screen that turn out to be a good quality fake, I am looking for feedback from people who have bought a screen and received a good item.
My only limitation is that I need to buy from a seller who can ship internationally - I am from Israel.

Years and years I was trying to find a DUAL SIM in the top range.
I live 50/50 in Holland and Romania.
In Holland they never sold them because Telco's need their sim lock.
How happy I am now with my 32 GB Note from Romania.
I wanted 64, but they do not sell that model.
The only thing I have to learn not to touch the screen accidentaly The bezel is that thin....

The Mate 9 Pro isn´t sold in Germany (and most other middle-European Countries) due to the fact, they do have a exclusivity with Porsche Design.
Only the Mate 9 Porsche Design with 256 GB, a leather case and dual power supply is sold for exclusive 1,395 EUR
The very, very similar Mate 9 Pro with 128 GB is sold - for example - in Denmark for around 760 EUR. With some exporting sellers it is available for 799 EUR incl. transport to Germany.
But: This can´t be the only availability of the Mate 9 Pro - isn´t it?
Even if most Scandinavian merchants won´t ship to Germany (don´t know why, it is all EU), there always is a way using Borderlinx or similar forwarding services. But I wasn´t able to find a seller in Scandinavia in Internet.
Does anyone have an idea where to buy it in Denmark (or Norway or any other EU Country)?

Bought my LG G6 here in Thailand,was a Hong Kong Model but was told my 1 year warranty was with LG,This morning I popped my sim tray out to insert a new memory card,to find the bottom part of the sim tray had broke away and was still in phone,now it shows no sim card inserted.
Took my phone to local LG service centre,who have told me there will be a charge as the phone was not bought in Thailand (well it was just not a Thai model).
Is there a complaints service with LG?As feel aggrieved they have sold me a faulty handset,they now are washing there hands of fixing it,and going by some forums this is not a unique problem from LG.
