Hello,
I want to do a full wipe of my 1+3. What should I do to have my watch connected to the phone with a new Rom?
I don't want to wipe my watch.

Wow, I've never seen someone so desperate for an answer that they've actually bumped their thread after TWO minutes.
The simplest way would be to just go to CWM, wipe data then flash the ROM again I guess. I assume that's what you want (effectively a factory reset), but you're making things confusing by saying just apps, sms, contacts etc. Surely this is the whole OS?!

seriously you only waited 2 minutes before asking again
and yea there is go into cwm and choose wipe data factory reset
simple as that
What Settings > Privacy > Factory data reset is there for, I ponder.

Lol that's what I was going to suggest at first but I remember reading that that just reboots the ROM for some reason. Meh, try it out I guess
my guess is, his going to sell/ give the phone to somebody
just do a Factory data reset & it will be as fresh as day....

[Q] ForceRom

Noob question here as well... mind if i ask you before you flash the ForceRom, did you wipe data cache etc? but in what order.
Trying to figure this out before i continue
Thanks
Dalvik, system, data, cache. It doesn't matter the order.

would system swipe erase all my previous app data?
If you're looking for a dirty flash, just wipe cache and dalvik. That'll keep your previous apps and settings.

just wanted to know... i've done other flashes on galaxy s3 but this is for galaxy s4 now - wanted to make sure if its was a new ROM for this phone if system swipe is a must
Yeah, the only thing you have to look out for is the built-in default wipes some of the ROMs have. So don't forget to nandroid first.

Quickest way is probably to download goo manager from play store.
Open it. Hit your menu button. Install openrecoveryscript
TWRP is incredibly sensitive to the touch for our device right now and pretty unusable for most. Just a heads up

He's right. It's really sensitive. I wanted to throw my phone down the first time I used it. >_<

When you first go into the wipe section...you will see a factory reset ...that Clear s data, cache, and dalvik...that is what you want. Then flash the ROM after that.

Moto X pure disc image cant be found
Am I suppose to find the moto x pure disc image on the internet somewhere. I cant find it so that I can use the features that the phone came with. Before rooting the phone with Tesla project I was able to use the cool moto features like twisting for the camera and chopping for flashlight and the handsfree features. What should I do? Where can I find the Image and is TRWP better for Moto X pure than TESLA?
Help please Thanks.

Lock Screen Wallpaper No Longer Centered? Latest Oxygen OS

I've noticed that after going back to stock Oxygen with root my lock screen wallpaper is not centered. It seems to be shifting to the left of center. Is there a fix or reason why this is happening? Don't have this issue with any other ROM...

I'd give it a shot but when I installed this time around I actually followed the Unbrick method from here.. Unbrick Guide .. I can only assume this wiped everything and anything from the phone? I sometimes wonder if I'm getting a good wipe.

Well if you want to wipe everythink you need to do the factory + wipe data. I also suggest to wipe dalvik and partition cache. This will not only wipe your data but your current OS. So you need to flash it again.

SuperMan ROM distorted sound?

Does anyone else have the issue with no sound mond the sound distorts via AUX? It doesn't seem to work as well as the original stock rom. I've tried re-installing a sound mod. I haven't installed Viper4Android either.
Also can I just flash another rom without wiping all my photos and apps ect?

It sounds like you have done a dirty flash instead of a full wipe. This will be the cause of your issue. It is always recommended to do a full wipe before flashing a new rom, otherwise you will most liklely come across issues.

It's possibly a rom issue then. Download Titanium and backup all your apps and data. Then restore them in the new rom. Saves your internet speed then.
