Hi guys,
I'm having a hard time screen recording this one game. When I screen record it, there's static noises. After I stop screen recording, the static noises continues. I always had to exit the game and restart it for the game sound to return normal. But when I screen record on other games, there's no static noises. I tried clearing the cache data and uninstalling it (I reinstalled it again), but when I screen record again, the static noises come back. I need help. I'm not sure what the problem is .....
*I'm using the Game launcher to screen record

searched the forums, never saw this mentioned.
i have a weird issue on my qtek. every time the sound playback starts, i get a freeze of a second or so. so the freeze actually occurs before the sound is played back.
initially i thought that the entire device is just slow, but then i installed a game where this became very obvious ( Dyna/Bomber ). every time the bomb was going to explode, the screen froze for a second or so, and then sound was played back and it moved on. so i turned off ingame sounds and everything was fast.
after that i went into settings/sounds¬ifications, turned off "enable sounds for .. Events ( warnings, system events ) and voila, my start menu opens in a snap, instead of two seconds it usually took. Actually all menus, as every menu click has a default "click" sound for it.
But the root issue remains, every sound playback causes a system freeze, any idea on what to check or where do i start debugging the problem ?
i have got a few programs installed, and i really would not like to do a hard reset.
got the k-jam myself, but have to say not a problem i have ever had,
what program are you using for music?
its not the issue with playing music specifically, its with _any_ sound, like system beeps, sounds in menus etc etc. every clip of voice that comes starts out of speaker freezes the system for a second. so i have most of notification sounds turned off
i had a problem at one time with sound, caused by a music player changing the asociations of some audio files, so an audio player was trying to play the ringing tone etc.
sorry cant remember what program it was?
I'm having an issue with my sound not recording while recording video. It just comes through as a quiet static.
The mic works fine as I can make calls, voice commands etc. But any time I use my camera to capture video (stock camera app, fb messenger, Snapchat etc) it will bug out to static noise.
Has anybody else had a similar issue?
I've also had and ignored the slowmo bug where the camera will crash to black screen and need a reboot to get it back. I wonder if they are related.
It seems there is a few with the issue but I haven't seen a resolution in my searches

After using the Axon 7 for some months I've noticed this constant issue where when recording videos or audio, the left channel has this faint (but still noticeable and annoying) crackling noise if recording in a room with little noise. When recording in an area with a lot of background noise (like in the city or at a party) the crackle isn't noticeable.
Phone has been updated to the latest version and I have tried to factory reset the phone but it still didn't work. Cleaning out the microphones didn't work either.
Anyone know of a way to fix this?
I sometimes get crackle during playback when Dolby is on. Try turning off Dolby?
Same problem, can't find a fix, so annoying.
Why when notification comes or even playing music games video etc I heard Sound like crackling?
Glad I'm the only one who noticed this too, I'm playing some rhythm games on this phone (in case you're wondering, it's Bang! Dream or Bandori) and sometimes there's a crackling sound coming from the speaker whenever I tap the notes (and it's making the tapping sound effect, aside from the music in the background). On top of that, sound effects from the tapping seemingly can't play while other sound effects (the song itself) play. This means that fast streams in songs pretty much always have note sounds missing and this really throws me off when I play, as I play with the sounds as an assistance in a way (which means getting full combo is a no go). The only way to temporarily fix it is by restarting the phone entirely and then the game works properly once - if you play it and then close the game and reopen it, the bug continues. Another way I recently found is just to keep playing longer, as in around 10 minutes and beyond and it gradually fix itself as in calibrating the sounds, however strange that sounds.
The problem is whether on hardware or software?

I have also faced similar issue except I played CGSS when encounter this issue
Hello, I noticed a issue when using my Nothing Phone.
When using my phone's speakers to play music or a media, and opening apps like banking, the bottom speaker of my phone turns off and music plays through the top speaker in a low quality (similar to how voice calls audio are managed). I have to manually pause and resume the music/media after leaving the app to make the bottom speaker work again.
Anyone has noticed a similar issue?
What could be a way to fix it?
The 2 things that could cause this in my mileage would be the biometric prompt or the flag-secure element of the app, but I don't see why it would affect audio.
