Hi Xda, I've got a lg g2, with stock rom, rooted.
Problem is that if I increase the brightness more than 40%, the display light goes off. I've tried factory reset but no success.

Hello Guys!
Since I Updated my S4 to 4.4.2, i'm getting Huge Battery Drain. Mostly, i have about 15-20% left, and then it just turns off and i have 0%. Can somebody help me please?
Thanks, Atakan
Hey,
I have a similar issue. I did the update and now my phone won't get passed the "very low battery'' symbol....did all of the factory default wipes and cache wipes still...if its plugged in its low battery/heats up. If its not plugged in it boots up and screen goes black.
Really hope we can find a solution...
I saw on my battery app consumption that my bluetooth is consuming the battery and I haven't used bluetooth on that day. The system says it's using battery even though it's turn off. I tried to turn it on and then off again but nothing has changed. I also accidentally factory reset my phone but still no effect. How do I fix it? By the way it's already in 4.4.2 KitKat.
Same here
LG G2 Monster
Hi all, I have a problem with the phone i gifted to my GF. Her LG G2 during the night (only the night!) drains a lot of battery, sometimes even 60 or 70%. This happens both with KitKat and Lollipop, with wifi on or off, with airplane mode on or off. I tried even to reset the phone and install just 2 or 3 popular apps. I sent it to LG support and they changed the battery and the radio but the problem is still here. So I tried to root the phone and I installed setcpu to limit the cpu when the screen is off, and with this method the battery consumption is only of 8-10% (not perfect, but at least better).
So, if I ask LG to change the chipset they will do this? Anybody had the same problem? How the hell is possible that this happens only during the night?
Thanks.

Use an Application like BetterBatteryStats.
Install the apk.
Open BBS and it will prompt you to install it as a System App. Do it.
Charge your phone to 100%.
Unplug your device, turn the screen off and go to bed. (Don't touch your device during the night).
When you wake up, unlock the device and open BBS.
Sift through all the dropdown menu options, and take note of any services or apps with a high percentage.
Post results.
I have a rooted g4 plus with stock nougat(and elementalx kernel).
I always turn adaptive brightness off. But after every boot it turns on. Does anyone else experience the same thing? If so, is it because of the stock rom or the kernel? Does anyone know how to fix this? I tried to find a fix but couldn't find any thread mentioning any issues about adaptive brightness.
Hello I'm facing unusual reboots when ever I have volume turned up to max, or when new notifications arrive with high volume it reboots. I Tried returning to stock, tried so many roms and kernels still no luck..
P.S. What is the best way to calibrate battery with an app?
Thanks!
