Hello,
Recently I installed version 15.1 on my oneplus 3 and I've noticed that the system partition takes up 34gb out of my 50ish gb of storage space.
Does that makes sense?
Thanks.

I don't have this device but, your best bet is to post this question within one of the following Official LineageOS threads for your device.

I can't help you, sorry, but you should look into sugar sync. Lets you store up to 5 Gb of whatever you want for free cloud-style. Meaning that if you lose you HDD, you will be able to have important files already backed up and ready to be downloaded back to your new drive.
check my sig for the link.

Sorry, can't help with that as only have bct for IO tab but am fairly sure that there is no major difference, if any...could upload it for you to try if you want...if you're bricked anyway you haven't got much to lose
EDIT/ seems that I cannot find it at the moment following mass computer changovers (and I thought I was organised)

part2.zip is the file to look for in the thread
As for your other post that lufc so rightly closed (space is space y'know )
Do you mean "bootloader.bin" ? If so, download nvflash.zip from here http://droidbasement.com/galaxy/nvflash/ (thanks to pershoot)
bootloader.bin is in the zip file along with partition info etc.
I have been using my S5360 for quite a long while, and as we all know, the main problem is with internal memory of 190.You can't even have ten market apps at once in your phone.I have tried quite a lot of things, like changing custom roms, using link2sd,busybox method, but after all, whenever we move app file, its dex files and data files are always to internal memory.I am quite tired of all this, and really looking for help.As this forum is well known for pro geeks,I hope someone might point me in the right direction.
Hyperion 9 is recommended. Please don't create these type of thread which puts a question on the hardwork of the Developer of the ROM.

Certainly not!As I mentioned,i was only concerned about more internal storage,i did not doubt any of the roms' quality,I am in no position to be judgemental.

Hi,
The title say it all, I managed to make my System partition size 5.5gb (i know aloot but future proof) but my data partition is now 47gb ( Still more than enough for me ) , however i wanted to know how many people are interested before i make this guide since it require alllllllloooot of time and much details must be provided (if bricked and so on) so before doing this guide i want to know if its worth it ,otherwise thanks for your time
Feel free to make the guide, it can only do good. However, I'm sure that not many people are willing to try it because many OPO owners will soon upgrade anyways.

See my quoted post @mdx1337
If you've time then make a guide and if you're too busy with other stuff then relax
Yes please!
I would be interested in seeing system partition as low as it can get with nano gapps and lineage os.
Post it in your free time, will be very appreciated!
Yes please!!

Guide could be interesting, but personally I see no reason to increase my system partition.

Would greatly appreciate such work.

It's a great idea. And it's not fake. I saw it a while back on the italian language OnePlus forums.
But using the Google translate it was risky as hell..
Someone said ppl are upgrading, might be, but it's a pretty capable device in my view.
I'm in!!
Edit:
The guide in Italian..
do it!

Would love to try it out since I'm rooting my beloved Oneplus One after waiting 1 year
Thanks in advance
Do it... please
I'm trying desperately to increase the partition of my Huawei Mediapad X2 (I know, it's not a OnePlus One). But everywhere I search, all I get is ambiguous and/or model specific instructions. Hopefully you can write a guide that is model independent, so that it could be applied to any Android phone.
Thanks, buddy!
Yes, please!

Can't clean all data every time... Need your views
I have the same problem. Clearing data every time is just too tiring. One solution is using Migrate but that also isn't hassle-free.
Indeed migrate is helpful, still it's almost 6 months etc, I guess some ROM should be a bit more stable to allow that.. haven't tested all that's why this thread.
Keep your responses coming guys
Don't create threads in the wrong section. This is purely for development of ROMs,kernels, etc of the device. There are other sections to ask such questions.
Thread will be closed

Can you please move this to the right place?
And or suggest where should I move it
There is a Question/Answer thread. You can move it there..
So any updates guys
