I have been using my S5360 for quite a long while, and as we all know, the main problem is with internal memory of 190.You can't even have ten market apps at once in your phone.I have tried quite a lot of things, like changing custom roms, using link2sd,busybox method, but after all, whenever we move app file, its dex files and data files are always to internal memory.I am quite tired of all this, and really looking for help.As this forum is well known for pro geeks,I hope someone might point me in the right direction.
Hyperion 9 is recommended. Please don't create these type of thread which puts a question on the hardwork of the Developer of the ROM.

Certainly not!As I mentioned,i was only concerned about more internal storage,i did not doubt any of the roms' quality,I am in no position to be judgemental.

I have been flashing my hd2 for over a year and having lots of fun along the way with a lot of help from the members on this site.
I am a bit confused with the partitioning of the sd card and what ext 1, 2 etc mean.
Could someone point me in the direction of an explaination of what this does and why I need it, I have searched but could not find anything, apologies if it has already been answered.

It's a storage system. Like Fat32, NTFS etc.
as for how, check here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=905841
There are a few threads to check depending on WHY you want the partition.
If it's for clockwork mod (CWM) or app2sd(+). Read the relevant threads.
Hope This Helps.

Hi i m a new hd2 owner, coming from an acer s200.Three days ago i installed cyanogenmod v7 on my hd2 and it works wonderfull. The only think i can t understand reading and searching many threads tutorial and discussion on google,is how app2sd+ work.I ve installed many programs and games on hd2 and now the internal memory is almost full, many apps can t start if i move those to the sd with the option under application manager. From what i understit and i need to create an ext partition into the sd card, and then move those apps to the sd from the application manager button. Is it right?

You have asked from MOD of this ROM except indie buddy.
If you can provide me two files i.e. build.prop and vold.fstab from /system & /system/etc respectively. then I can give a shot.
Don't abuse the mention feature, you don't need moderator help so there is no point mentioning every moderator you could find. Your post has been edited, don't do it again.

While that article does give some good info on things you can do, the top 3 on it's list definitely don't pertain to our device at the moment. Having root access hasn't given us the ability to run our own kernels, and we don't have Safe Strap yet to be able to run custom roms yet either. Just a FYI to the OP..
Here's the link to the original thread for the FolderMount app. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=39178981#post39178981
The mini instructions did the trick for me. And it works perfect. I've got Xcom and other 1+ GB games installed and it shows that I have 5 gigs free on my internal storage. It shows up weird in the app info and in ES File Manager's sdcard analyst. It shows up as taking up twice as much space as it really is and shows in multiple places some times. But if you look at the free space it's all good. That part threw me for a loop at first.
Hope it helps.
i don't understand much about android but is the swap of space not priorty NO1 for most of you users? i've got 30 gb's of OBB and DATA storage and Internal storage is not enough...can't just someone make a script please? I've bought the S5 just a few days ago and am suprised that there is not a mod for this storage issue....Thanks in advance bro's :good:
