[Q] Wireless Charging Insert

Hey guys,
I tried the S5 Samsung cover, I agree with many, it's too think to use (not to mention $30). I got one of the aftermarket inserts, works like a champ. Here's my question. My S5 is a work phone, I have a G3 as a personal one. I got a "patch" for the G3, that stuck to the back cover, and filled in the slots for the factory Qi charger. When I charge this on the Qi, it is silent.
The S5 has the commonly reported issue of making the wireless charging sound, discharging a little, recharging with the new sound and screen light up. I can't root or install any of the recommended apps to silence the device. Is the screen-on and wireless charging sound Samsung specific? My G3 makes a sound, once, when it is on the mat, but is silent thereafter (and the screen remains dark). Old Sammy, she makes a lot of noise and lights up a dark bedroom.
Thanks for the help

Sorry to say but you are stuck with the lights and sound without root. Even with root the light will be there but you can at least delete the charging sounds.

Thanks. So, it must be a Sammy thing? LG is quiet as a mouse, no root required...

Suddenly lower audio

I dont get this phone. It has suddenly begun to not play as loud as it used to 6 months after i got it. And from what i can tell this seems to be a problem others have had too. I've tried the suggested calibration here but it does help a little bit, but If i plug in a headset and plug it out again the sound is really low. If i go to the sound settings and turn down the volume (and it has to be from in there) and back up again it gets a little louder but not as loud as it has been.
What can i do ? I've rad about this "Smart amplifier calibration" but all that thing has done is create this problem it seems, as my Z3 Compact has no issues

Moto g4 Play click/popping sound from the speaker before all sounds

I have bought a Moto G4 Play and something that is really annoying me is every time the speaker is woken up to play a sound, it emits a fairly loud popping / clicking sound. It also makes a similar sound when the speaker shuts off, but at a much lesser volume (can only be heard holding it to my ear).
Please view this video to see what I am talking about.

Is this normal with all moto g4 play's and is there any way to fix it?
Am I the only one with this problem?

Sound problems with the microphone in calls

Hello friends:
I have an LG G6 that works perfectly, but I have a problem with calls.
When I make a call, I'm heard very low. I tested with two phones together, with a sound meter, one takes out 20dB more than the LG G&.
I already changed the microphone with its full flex, but the problem persists, I guess it will be something of the motherboard or software. I try to cancel noise options too.
I have seen on this phorum that modifying a file of an LG G5 could increase the minimum level of the microphone, thereby gaining sound intensity:

In the LG G6, what file would it be? Is it possible to do so?
Thanks for your help.

Battery replacement woes

Replaced the battery with a Cameron Sino in my Axon, after I plugged in the new battery the phone started vibrating in a set pattern.
2 vibrations separated by 2-3 seconds, then after 10-15 seconds, one more vibration. Each vibration always flashes the red charging light.
Plugging it into power does nothing. Unplugging the battery stops the vibration and shows the red power light when plugged in, but it won't turn on still.
Anyone able to help me diagnose the problem?
Using an unlocked bootloader with lineageos 15.1, but I don't believe it's the issue right now.
Have you tried plugging in the old battery? Is it still doing the same? I am planning to change my battery too after I get a new phone properly set up and running. I will be using my A7 afterwards as a media player only more or less as there is simply nothing that will tick all the boxes at the same time, especially 3.5 mm. audio jack, (extra amplifier) quality audio plus Dolby Atmos. I was thinking of getting the ROG 2 but it looks like it is plagued with a lot of software problems, no VoLTE/WiFi and it is crazy expensive just for a battery, already old chip and underutilised 120Hz display so I may go for the Samsung S20/Note 10+ series, One Plus from 2019 or the incoming Huawei's instead. I was also considering LG (3.5mm jack + quad dac) until I found their newer phone batteries are as bad as the Sony's and the Pixel's.
