Hello, I'm sorry but I write with a translator. I note that the phone is not stolen, or found on the street.
I bought a P9lite version of the PRA-LX1 for my wife, the phone was used 2 months and was registered on her Google account. She used to remember the password, after the phone was put into service after the display was damaged, it was cleared and the wife changed its password on google, we can not log in to her account on the phone, all the time we get information to log in to the account assigned to this phone , although we enter the address that was assigned to the phone, the same message pops up. The phone came back cleaned, so I tried to make a hard reset, but nothing was done. Is it possible to upload a new firmware so that the phone will be saved to assign a new Google account?

Has it a data-connection?
If not, try to set APNs (if avaible by pressing menu)
Or try this:

I heard someone else had this problem. When you change your password online, it doesn't update to the handset cos it is disconnected for security reasons, and so it is still looking for your old password.
Hard reset it, when you log back in, your contacts and calendar etc will re-sync automatically, and all the apps you installed should be in the my downloads sections of the market.
The moral of the story is:
If someone can break it, they will, so turn all the security features OFF before letting friends play with your phone!!
hey, my ususal phone (xperia play) is in for repair and i have a loan phone, which is a defy, i have insaerted my sim card and turned it on and it says i am to sign in to motoblur.. the problem is that it only has a log in button and a forgot password button, there is no create a new account, how do i go about creating a new account in motoblur, because the forums in motoroler say it has to be done on the phone

It means the previous owner had created the account. The prompt you see is the login, a security measure in case of sim change.
I think a factory reset from recovery will clear it.(am not sure, never tried it)
Doesn't matter from where I send it, what matters is written above
Hello folks, I know a friend whose family relative is sick in hospital and he is unconscious, he has a Galaxy note 4, but its locked eith a PIN password and unfortunately, no one knows the password except of him. His wife wants to get some important contact numbers from his phone, but she doesn't know the password neither the pasword of his email account that's the phone is registered to.
They don't know if the contacts are saved on google account / sim card / phone. Is there anyway to get the contact number from the phone without reseting It to factory settings ?
Updates:
They might know the password of the email, but they don't remember the email, is there anyway to get the email with the phone locked ?
My mother sent me a S7 Edge from T-Mobile (SM-G935T) to give my aunt. I received it, removed my mother's e-mail from it, reseted to factory settings and after log-on, FRP popped in. It asked for a email previously configured, so i got my own again and worked just fine. Send it to my aunt that didn't knew how to configure a new email for her and i think she sent for some friends to try it. Everybody apparently got a e-mail there and tried to format, i have no further info about that. The problem is... She sent me the smartphone again and now i can't get passed FRP.
TL;DL: Can't get passed FRP.
FRP lock = To prevent stolen phones to be used. Log in to the Google account you used before wiping.
@Eric1084, the think is that my account is no longer able to log in cause the device was sent to multiple persons that tried and got their account there.

You should contact the people you've given access to the phone, and ask whether they forgot to remove their account from the device prior to wiping it. You can ask them to temporarily change their Google account password, so you can log in and remove their account. Any other solution will be attempting to circumvent Samsung's safety measure to prevent stolen phones from being activated/used.
I just unlocked my Sprint S8 v9.0 running into "sign in using owners account" message
I just unlocked my sprint S8 running android 9.0, my brother set up this phone as a gift with a dummy account cause I was in the hospital at the time, didn't save any of the information, and now I'm trying to get back into my Sprint S8 running Android 9.0. I get to the Verify your account, enter the account ive been using on this phone since I've had it and it says "enter an account of the owner of the device" or something like that.
Can I get past this without that dummy account? I can follow instructions if someone can send me the right information
Thanks in advance
So you probably used a phone number or something to verify that account, right?
That's good in case you do not remember the actual email address.
Use another phone, get to https://accounts.google.com/signin/recovery and do a password re set, using the phone number you used.
It's really easy.

which phone number? I don't have access to the Sprint master account, the phone was set up with a dummy account (we can't remember the random numbers he used at the end) and then while I was using the phone I was using my personal google account. The only one info I have access to easily is my account is the personal, and the dummy account might be borderline lost forever
