Hello, after november security patch phone has started to boot into TWRP instead of Android. After i reboot several times the bootloader then it is OK.
It is possible to turn it off or repair it ?

Hello, I rooted my motog4 plus about 6 months ago, and today I made a mistake and when the screen to update the system showed up, I clicked on update.
The mobile turned off and then started in TWRP recovery mode, I was freaking out because when i tried to boot into the system again I couldnt, only recovery mode. Until I entered bootloader and then pressed start from there, thats the only way i have to enter the system and its very slow.
Does anyone have a solution for this problem? I have android nougat 7.0
So i pretty much screwed up my Nokia 6 TA-1033. Luckily i have another phone spear that i can use in the meantime.
So i was running Oreo 8.1 - May Patch, and silly me thought i'd try root it following instructions to install an OTA update before December.
Long story short it didn't work and i got stuck with my phone booting into recovery.
So this is where things get weird for me and that somehow i got 2 recoveries installed on my phone.
1st recovery: If i powered my phone completely off and then powered on until "NO COMMAND" appears and then entered recovery (Power + VOL UP) Android Recovery shows 8.0.0
2nd Recovery: If i insert USB from PC to Phone and then powered on until "NO COMMAND" appears. I then push and hold (Power + VOL UP) until phone powers off (still hold the buttons), the phone will power on and after about 5 seconds reboots again and powers on a second time and then the phone would boot into the second recovery. This time the recovery version displays Android Recovery 7.1.2.
I am really confused as to what has happened to my phone.
Now to make things even worse my son had a play around with it more while i was at work and has somehow put TWRP and replaced that second recovery that i just explained.
Is any of this normal?
I have a locked bootoader, 2 recoveries (Android 8.0.0 and TWRP) and no way to boot the phone it an OS?
HELP!
Seems you'd overwritten boot partition with recovery.img from Android 8. Wonder what version of sbl/aboot you've got after all that mess. Guess sbl/aboot is from Nougat if your son managed to install TWRP. You just need to rewrite boot partition with boot.img, you can extract it from any Oreo OTA zip.

So i followed these intructions. I am still not getting anywhere.
When i enter Android Recovery recovery and select "Apply update from SD card" it starts the update but then phone restarts and goes into TWRP Recovery and finishes the update there. It says failed to reboot so i reboot it and then it starts in Android Recovery 7.1.2.
I then select Apply update from SD card" and it does the same thing. Starts loading then reboots and heads into TWRP to finish the update. It restarts but im still stuck at the "NO COMMAND" screen

Hi guys, I have a nokia 6 ta1021 that does not turn on, it goes only in recovery and bootloader, I was trying this guide but at some point I stop, I would like to know how to do to properly install the firmware? I have already installed the recovery of nougat but then when I install the firmware via ost even if it goes to finefine returns to the boot screen and then in recovery .. I do not know how to do
What do you want to flash Oreo or Nougat?
Nokia 6 TA 1021 RECOVERY MODE LOOP
yes, but nothing changes, he returns to the same situation again
If you still can boot into recovery and have a SD card, try to flash Feb OTA. It carries full system image rather than incremental. It may help unless you buggered partition table on your phone.
Nokia ta1021 loop
so I should first install the December ota nougat and then the ota di February oreo right?
Correct. December OTA Nougat will downgrade your sbl/aboot/recovery.
Nokia ta1021 loop
I managed to install the mena firmware and recovery twrp via ost, but I have the same problem, when it comes to the nokia logo goes off and restarts in recovery, what can I do via twrp? is there a way to install a working firmware maybe via twrp? thank you so much
Hi there,
I am using the MI A1 for at least 1 year but never faced any issue. But after recent update its crashing all the time and now it is stucked on boot loop mode. I think my device is bricked. I am not sure whether it is because of recent update but its started 2 days after updating. I know I can unlock the boot loader via recovery and flash the OS again but at the same time I don't want to lose my data. Is there any way to recover data from fast boot mode or any other way.
Please note that I was on stable version running stock 8.1.0 version.
Requesting your quick and positive response.
From fastboot mode, boot twrp there you have a file manager in the advanced options and from there you can copy to sd card or directly to your pc
But I guess to install TWRP I have to unlock the bootloader first and doing so my data will be erased. And I don't want to do that. Is there any alternate way to to install the TWRP?
Hello everyone,
I have a Moto G5 Plus wih the 7.13 custom ROM "crDroid" Link flashed as well as TWRP 3.5.2 and the latest Magisk software installed.
I am now stuck on either the crDroid logo showing on booting to OS or the TWRP logo showing on booting to recovery mode. I can enter the bootloader menu just fine.
My question is: how can i enter recovery mode again? Because without entering recovery mode i cannot reset my device...
I tried to connect it via USB, but adb does not detect the device. Neither does fastboot. And I cannot enable USB Debugging, because I cannot get into the OS.
I can also not enter Factory Mode, as it justs boots the OS with only the logo showing.
Context: I restarted my device this morning and since then I needed to restart it several times, because the Android UI would get stuck. I did this 3 times and since then I am stuck on the logos as described above.
Any help is much appreciated!
