New Huawei P10+. Callers say they hear themselves echo when they call me. This only seems to happen when we use a VoIP application. Any suggestions?

Gizmo5/GV/Sipdroid calls were working fine yesterday over both wifi and 3g but today for some reason whenever I make an outbound call through my N1 it dials but I hear nothing and sipdroid hangs up after 22 seconds =(
Inbound calls are fine and when I initiate calls to phone #'s through Google Voice on my computer it comes through on my N1 where I can pick up fine and I can hear it. Complete opposite though when making outbound calls - no sound/hangup at 22 seconds.
Has anyone else experienced this as well? I searched through previous threads and on regular google searches but found nothing.
I have a problem with all ROMS on XDA till now, even official 2.3.3
During SIP/VOIP calling, the person on other end hears echo of his/her self during the call. It is like three people talking in a call or the person on opposite end talking to himself.
Note: I am using Internet calling/VOIP/SIP settings inbuilt in the ROM. Normal Voice calls work all right without echo. Echo is present even when using third party VOIP/SIP Softwares.
If any one can help please... thanks in advance.
Also thanks for a good ROM, great effort..
Hey guys,
The LG Nexus 4 does not have echo cancellation. What it translates to is that in VOIP calls, the recipient party can hear their voice repeated throughout a call. I noticed this especially with Fongo app. Does anyone know if there are any workarounds for this? In Fongo settings, there are:
Enable echo canceller
Enable alternate echo canceller.
I checked off both of them but the results were the same.
Suggestions?
When i do a call via WhatsApp or Messenger i can't hear anything and the person hear my voice with much noise, but in call via sim it's all normal. How to fix this?

Hey guys
When I tried to make an outgoing call today, people couldn't hear me. I can hear them but they can't hear me. The incoming calls work fine but not the outgoing calls. I also tried with free wifi calling software and it was not working too.
Finally, I found the fix for the problem. There is a software problem with "OK Google" which mute any outgoing calls you make.
The only way to fix it is to go to your Google setting and completely TURN OFF "OK Google" service.
I like to use Ok Google sometime so is there any way to make it work together?
I am sure a lot of people have this issue too but they never realize it until they make the call.
Has it been confirmed that it's OK Google command that's causing the call issue?
The call issue has been noted and documented on the zte forum, but I wasn't aware of anyone bringing up Google Now as the culprit.
