[Q] plz help me!!!!!!!!

Im using froyo ddjp4...i am facing problem of restarting device at the time of downloading movies or any large file...im using ucweb 8.0 for downloading...d same thing happened with other browsers also...also back button is not working when i was open my contacts...plz give me d solution...map shows my location unavailable??????...plz help me.....

Is it a Stock Rom or Custom Rom?

try clearing all open applications before downloading anything. sometimes your phone restarts because there's very little RAM available (at least so i feel). does your back button light up when you press it at least? does the menu button work when in contacts?
and try enabling GPS and wifi (even if you're not using it). are you using 2g/3g or wifi? try using maps using a faster internet speed.

Its time you flash a custom rom!!
And to download movies use an app called byte tornado. Works good for me!!

I hv alredy flashed custom rom bt im nt satisfied wit dat.light wil appear wen i press contact back button...ther is large space always available in ram...i dont wat is d exactly problem...plz help me...now its hangs. ...

Flash a custom ROM. See if the problem persists.
If yes then problem is with the battery.

for lags problem see this

[Q] 'contact list' takes time to open

frnds I dont know its Rom's problem or kernel's ? sometimes when i press contact button it takes a lot of time to show me contacts and that is irritating whenever i'm in hurry,I have used many Roms since October 2010 currently on Kyrillos 9.2 ,problem is not persistent but occurs randomly.
1) in such situation i always find contacts application open in task manager,sometimes killing it thr helps but not always.
2)sometimes with this problem network goes and when network comes back, contact list is thr also.
Is it only with me or anyone else have same problem? plz let me know n help if u can

Use kyoramrom. There's the kyora app that locks apps into memmemory so they open faster

Thanks. Got same problem as the TopicStarter sometimes, will try Kyoramrom

yea u can lock the contact app in ram so that it can open faster btw.......if u ve tried so many roms and tired of the same problm u shud try alpha 7 .its faster than other froyo roms .....

I had the same issue but only on stock ROM... Then I installed
Rocket dialer... It speed up things a lot...
Now when I use Destiny ROM I dont need it any more...

No notifications until I've opened app myself

Please help!
The title explains my problem...
I'm on Phronesis v5 ROM and it runs smoothly with a few flaws..
The most annoying one is this one.
Somebody any idea on how to fix this?

You're either using App Optimisation or apps like Greenify. Right?

Here everithings works fine. Have you given permission to the Apps in smart manager- ram- auto run apps ? See also Settings- Applications- Application permission

No, not that I know of. Never been a fan of greenify. Don't know i Phronesis has an integrated app like that.

Tried that, doesn't work unfortunately. I've given permission to Every app and everything is on auto run.

Are you using the kernel rom stock? Anyway.... if all settings are ok i would try to dirty flash the rom again

I've had to dirty flash already for something else, so that won'r work.

few ROMs have Smart manager and there's App Optimisation module in it. If an app is automatically optimized (if you have set Optimisation ON), it wont show notifications.

I can't find any optimisattion module and the Phronesis ROM Control doesn't let you control anything about notifications or apps.
Might just switch ROMs, could anyone recommend their favorite?

You're right, but not when you say you have to accept something that has to work and it doesn't....In my phone everything work like a charme !I told ya,try a new clean flash! Good luck mate

do a clean rom flash (try stock 6.0.1) using rsd lite or thru fastboot

I did all of that, flashed stock rom, try doing factory reset. Lag continues, sad part is it lagging happens when recording video or using camera for few minutes. Sometimes screen will get freeze

Best way is to use Custom ROM (Bootleggers 9)
If You use Stock Rom then use performance scripts .

If I have to play games I use GlTools, if I surf in web(example Facebook Twitter) I use LSpeed, Dalvik Cache I keep between 40MB Up to 80MB. And always clear every app from recent tab! My Model is different from yours but I don't think it make big difference, GLtools and Lspeed you can find in Google play store, or in web!
