Outgoing SMS not saved/not moved to "sent objects"

Hi: I'm using the newest firmware, but since the update my outgoing SMS are not moved to "sent objects" folder. Until i send them they remain in the "drafts" folder.
Anyone had a similiar experience? What to do? Downgrade?

sorry for my previous stupid question. i actually found an option which says "save a copy of outgoing sms", which was disabled. how it got disabled.... i don't know...

SMS/MMS info gone.

I figured this could happen to any custom flashed rom, but since the Omega rom thread is overrun I assumed, me having this problem alone will go unseen.
My problem is that the information normally showing at the lockscreen and the pulldown menu is gone. All it says is "Messaging New message", nothing about who the sender is or the text in the message.
Has anyone come across this problem before and might have an idea on how to solve it?

go to messages / setting / notification settinf / tick preview messages and done

Does anyone here know how tp stop auto conversion of sms to mms when using emoji? Is there any existing mod for this?

You can't without root ur device and use Xposed Framework. That emoji u are using convert the SMS to MMS but you have other option for avoid it: Go to Messaging - Create new message - Menú button - Insert smiley (pic attached). Done :highfive:

Hi thanks for the tip but my phone is already rooted. I've searched everywhere and others are talking about Secmms.apk but I don't really get how to do it.

Can't send SMS

Hi, I can't send SMS on my Nexus 7 2012 3g tablet.
I'm using stock ROM.
I've tried installing GO SMS Pro as everyone suggests, but it says "to activate all features, please set go sms pro as the default sms." and doesn't let me send SMS. I don't know where and how to "set it as default sms". The textarea used to type messages is simply disabled.
I've already installed nexus7_sms-mms.zip downloaded from this forum, but that didn't help.
EDIT: please remove this thread: the issue got solved by installing KTU84P_SMS_Tethering.zip

Help changing ringtone notifications

Hi,
I want to change notification ringtone for each app. For example my email ringtone is the same as text message or facebook or whatsup.
I want to have a diferent ringtone for each one and then ill knows if its a mail or text message.
I have i9301i stock rom 4.4.2 and i cant find this option on settings.

Install ES File Explorer. And after this when you click on ringtones options in settings a new window will pop up. And tou will have an explorer option through which you can use any destination folder in your mobile and can use any ringtone.
And for using different ringtones for different apps go into apps personal settings.
