How to disable battery temperature sensor? - X Style (Pure) Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Does anybody know how to disable the temperature sensor? My phone's sensor is not working, temp is shown as -302ÂșC, so I can't charge the phone unless it is on recovery mode. I tried to clean the charging port, use another rom (resurrection remix), change the battery, nothing works for me.

Does anybody know how to disable the temperature sensor?

[HELP] Automatic Vibrate App based on light and G sensor

I should have asked this before starting work on my program but I should ask it before I work too long. Has someone made a program that monitors the light sensor and g sensor and based on that set vibrate?
I am working on a program for my Touch Pro that will do that following before setting vibrate but I could use some help. I am not too great of a programmer!
1) make sure it is dark
2) make sure the device hasn't been moved for x number of seconds
3) make sure device is plugged into AC power
I am making it in C# in Visual Studio
I have 1 and 2 nailed. I am having problems with number 3 though.
I can not get a reliable way to make sure the device is plugged in. Anyone know how to do it? I tried p/invoke GetSystemPowerStatusEx2 but that doesn't seem to work correctly, it still says AC when it is on battery and battery when it is on AC for quite some time after it is changed.
I am using a combination of that, whether the device is charging or not, and whether battery is at 100% (it seems the p/invoke switches to AC from battery when the battery reaches 100%) to determine if the program should poll the light and g sensors.
I would love a method which can tell me accurately if the device is plugged in or not and also has an event it can call so that I can enable/disable polling quickly and efficiently.
Another problem I am having is I need to make sure this program sets the device to unattended mode but only when it is in AC power. Is it possible for the device to come out of suspended and into unattended mode without the user turning the phone on first so that my program can run?
Thanks to anyone who can help.

[Q] how to force charge

I have a Galaxy s4. When I plug it in to the wall charger, it says, changing paused, temperature too low. I have an app to read my phone temperature and it says give or take -5 c. I've tried a master reset and tried looking online for solutions, I also tried putting my battery in another s4 and it works fine, the only way I can charge my phone is to use a heating app for about an hour Do you have any suggestions on how to fix this glitch? i tried calibrating my heat censor but i don't think it worked, the heat sensor in my phone doesn't seem to work. Any help you can give me is greatly appreciated. maybe if i could get an app to force charge my phone, or disable my heat sensor all together? i tried finding a diagram of the mother board so i know exactly were the heat sensor is and i also had no luck. PLEASE HELP!!!

Not charging, temperature too low

Hi, I was completely in love with the cellphone until this happened... I can't charge my phone anymore because the temperature reads -30,2 celsius. I tried rooting and installing custom roms to check if any could bypass the problem, but still only charges in factory mode. Is there any way to override the battery temperature? If not, any way to enable SIM use on factory mode?
Thanks.

Disable Screen On and Off during Charging

As stated on my subject, is it possible to set the screen to always off when changing? i'm using advance charging module on Magisk that controls my charging schedule and how it will charge my phone.
There is a certain setting that the module will cut off the charging process whenever my phone reaches a certain battery temp (60c). whenever the change cutoffs, the screen will wake up and then turn off again. Then when the charge resumes, the screen will wake up again and turn offs. Its a little bit annoying and it keeps my temps stay on 60 due to that behavior. Any tips on how to make it turn-off when the cable is plugged in?
I know gravity box for Xposed has this feature I have seen it in a few other places as well but cant remember But I know it is possible

Thanks for the reply. It's really annoying that my phone flickers on and off. i hope someone will suggest other method, 'cause i'm not sure if gravity box is supported on my ROM.
Up. anyone can confirm if gravity box will work for S8?

SM-T530NU "Overheating", calibration?

Have a Sm-T530NU that has misbehaved for a long while, originally the OEM battery was thought bad. Yet after it was changed to a new off-brand battery and working on and off for a year and some, the tablet has started misbehaving again, mostly not charging and turning off alone. And recently has started showing the temperature warning icon while charging while off.
So, I've opened it again and digged down, and discovered the battery connector on the PCB wasn't well soldered, the contacts danced in the pad, so I retouched the soldering with flux and a little new solder and it seems ok (I can recheck again later if needed be), so I tested the original battery with multimeter and seemed acceptable, so I installed the original battery back. Charged it for a while, and, again, warning icon for temperature while off, and it switches back and forth between charging and warning... I turned it on, and it works, but throws an error once in a while about being too hot and closes all apps... this, I think should be something related to cpu heat and not battery one... (also wasnt charging during this). So, I read online that some of these tablets with a modem have a service menu (*#0*#) but of course this one has no dialer, so I've tried several programs to try and get into the service menu, my idea is to see if it's possible to recalibrate temperature sensors, for battery and for cpu, but I've not been able to open the service menu by any means (the last mean I have is trying an intent initiated by am but the tablet is not rooted and there's permission issue for asking an intent of uid 2 from uid 0....).
My questions are:
1) Is it possible to get to the service menu of this model somehow? with or without rooting? Is it possible to recalibrate sensors from it?
2) Should I recheck the battery connector? would a battery "overheat" (caused by a bad connector connection to the sensor cable, or a miscalibration) cause app shutdown during run? or is it related to cpu/gpu overheat? I see some phoen models (S2) can cause this message from torubles with the usb connector/pcb, this doesn't sound too logical on my case, but, is it a possible source of problems for this tablet too?
3) If it IS a cpu overheat (though tablet feels cool to the touch) is there anything can be done to help with this issue? micro disipator maybe?
Thanks for any advice. I'm willing to try odd or hard stuff to fix this.
