Can anyone please check in their G5 plus if the game Modern Combat versus is compatible with you guys?
I have a Moto Z Play and is not compatible with it(WTH!)

Not compatible with your G5 too??
Couldn't tell you why. It may be a 64bit game, could require 8.0, could need more RAM or something. Not sure exactly why, but no dice.

Won't install on the 32-bit, Nougat factory G5+.
Google Play gave me the option to install it on the 32-bit, Marshmallow Nexus 5.
The Nexus 5 is in every way a "lesser" spec phone than the G5+. Makes no sense.
You could try finding the APK and manually installing it (side-loading) or through a file manager. I've actually had that work before.

I see the China retail firmware for the Moto X (XT1085)was released. It is based off of Android 5.0.2. I assume it has a lot of the regular android features stripped out as it is much smaller then a normal build. If anyone wants to take a look or even try flashing it you can find it here:
http://www.filefactory.com/file/5b4...CN_XT1085_5.0.2_LXE22.92-18_cid11_CFC.xml.zip
Yeah, this is Chinese zip! There is no Google service but it is pretty good in battery !

No Google services is why it's good on battery
No play services only or no google services at all? I ask because most google apps or even 3rd party apps rely on play services for a lot of stuff. They will simply not work?
Google services be downloaded.

So is anyone using this firmware with everything working? And all of the Chinese removed?

Do you mean that the camera software on this FW is different from the other Moto X 2nd gen variants? And better too?
What version # is the camera in the Chinese version here?

That was the case for the CHINA variants of Droid3, Atrix, Atrix 2 and Razr. I haven't tried it myself, flash it and check while you guys own the device.

Try mfastboot.exe(google for me) instead of fastboot.exe. It is the Motorola specific version of fastboot that understands sparsechunks.

Is anyone else getting the message in the title of the post when they visit the app store to download fire emblem hero's? I'm on pure Nexus 7.1.1 from 12 16 2016
I'd really like to play and I see reviews from people with Nexus 6p's in the play store so I know it must work.

Well it says android 4.2 and up is supported in the description. And it looks like other people arent having this issue. If you feel like trying stock 7 or 7.1.1 that would be cool haha.

Hi all
I have a Jadoo4 stick that runs on Android, similar to Chromecast with HDMI. It has an app to watch live TV from East Asia.
I made an APK of that app, but whenever I try to install it on other devices (like my phone), it fails.
I think because it is because of I need to port it to my phone (oneplus 3t), but I'm not sure of that, nor I'm capable of porting it.
The specs of the device (Jadoo4) that runs the app are the following :
Quad Core Processor
1 GB RAM
8 GB Flash Memory
Android 4.4.2
HDMI Video Output Supports [email protected] Hardware Decoding Supports Micro SD Supports USB
On my phone I run Android 7.1.
This is the link to the apk:
https://mega.nz/#!E4UhWZDR!woA6mmng5O7iPYUBSUasqw0bMTsZSpxP7zpwAePi2zE
I would gladly appreciate it if someone could help me out.

Hey,
As a start point, it would help, if you tell us, how did you create the apk?

Hi first of all, sorry for the late reply.
As a said, the stick runs android so it has Google Play Store tire on it
I downloaded an app called apk extractor, and made the apk with it.
So, I can successfully install the app on my phone with LinOS7.1. But when I start the app I got the error message. "Device not supported"
The only way to remove this warning would be to disable the check in the compiled code in the apk.

Thanks for checking it out. I know that that's the error. But unfortunately i don't have the skills to disable the check.
Do you have the necessary skills to do so?
I would gladly appreciate it.

Has anyone else messed with project treble on the G6 Play?
You have to flash the ARM A-only imgs and wipe data in TWRP after flashing.
I flashed the ResurectionRemix A-only ARM version and everything appears to work as expected on my boost variant except for the cameras.
The phone calling works?
Yes both regular phone and speaker phone work.
Resurrection Remix ARM64 Aonly Devices or Resurrection Remix ARM A Only Devices?

I tried to but can't get a/b partion. This is what treble check says. Also I'm willing to test any ROMs for the xt1922-7.

I have a Boost Mobile Moto G6 Play Jeter XT1922-7. This is pretty much the worst thing I have done to any of my phones in last 4 years since I started using XDA developers.
This is an Android Go version of project treble Ressurection Remix OS. The version is completely unusable. Phone calling definitely does NOT work. Bluetooth and camera do not work. Android Play Store keeps on buzzing the phone every 2 seconds to register custom ROM and getting Android Service Framework ID is not straightforward. Basically, if you want an 80 USD (+tax) brick, please do it. It will NOT be pleasant.
DO NOT DO IT!!!

I've taken to flashing the vanilla versions for testing (I have a G6, not play, but same concept) as I had issues getting Gapps to shut the hell up lol...

I have had zero issues with voice calling, sms, mms. I had to manually add my APN to get data. And of course with treble roms you have register your uncertified device.
Bluetooth paired with my headphones, and car. No issues at all.
Your are right about the camera it's not working. Which I said in my first post.
Regarding it turning it into an $80 brick, c'mon you haven't been working with custom roms much on fresh devices if you've never had a half working device.
Hey bruh! Please check ur inbox and even that rooting G6 play thread. Thanks.
How do I test? I have a G6 Play here that does not work nor data, network signal or wi-fi.
Been on the Descendant ROM for a week and still using it.
