brand new Redmi Note 3pro battery STUCK at -2%

hey guys,
I've just got a new Redmi Note 3pro, open the box, charge with original cable and plug, and the battery always show minus -2% with the red led flashing
I've tried different cables/chargers/reseting the phone, nothing work. the battery do get charge and last the whole day. is it a software bug (im on 7.1.9) ?
I can't access download or recovery mode because the phone thinks the battery is empty.
I've try to update the phone but no update are available.

LG G2 Slow (Or won't) Charging, USB Trouble

Hello guys
2 1/2 years with my D802 and in october i change rom because i have bootloop problem (Zip "kernel" for CM12 on CM13...) And... Slow charging appears (Actualy: Latest CM 13 Nightly )
Problem:
Not charging when boot in android in 99% of times, and randomly 10-1500mA charging when i have luck
Charging slow phone Off and in TWRP but it's random, sometimes nice charging ( 200mA-1500mA )
No USB connection when Android is on ( No MTP, ADB, Charge, no Windows sound ) (i use ADB wifi) but USB is okey in TWRP ( No adb but MTP ok and charging ok sometimes )
What i tried:
Other AC Power
Other USB Cable
Other Rom ( Newest CM 13 Nightly with System/Dalvik/Cache Wipe )
Other Kernel ( Lambda Infinito Stable and Beta N9 with "Fast charge" like Dorimanx Stock Kernel )
New battery ( 20euro in my a*s lol )
Clean the gnat in the usb port
What i don't try:
Go back to Stock Firmware
Change USB plug
If you have same problem solved, tell me please !

I found a gnat in the usb port after cleaning it .-.
Phone charging... Nice solution

Dafuq. Funny experience. How the hell does a gnat fit into this tiny hole. I Germany the gnats are up to 10mm long. I would have to mummify or dry it to decrease size. But nice that your phone is back in business.

Lol, phone at 100%, i disconnect the usb cable, wait for 99% and... Not charging again... Now i'm at 37% and crying x)
The solution don't was the gnat x) Only big luck lol

Maybe solution:
In TWRP (phone at 0% and plugged) the battery don't appear in the top (normal) but i disabled the MTP and the battery show up and charging ! I retry when the phone is a 0% and confirm this fix !
(Sorry if i alone or something but a pass 1week to search for fix and there is no fix in google, only "hardware" problem but i don't thinks the hardware problem exist if the phone don't touch water or has fallen)
I hope this thread is gonna help somebody
Maybe change TWRP version can fix the problem ? I'm gonna try it after looking if disable the MTP is a fix
Edit: TWRP from 2.8.6.1 to 3.0.2-1 (Blastagator's TWRP) fixed half of the problem, now 1/2 charging phone off and always in recovery, left phone with android on and the problem is fix :3

Problem "fixed"
The only way for charging is to plug when the phone is booting ( on lg screen, before recovery or android ) In recovery the charging is safe, in android boot i need sometimes to plug/unplug after boot to start charging
The problem is now not really one for me, just a gesture to do ( Phone working, new battery = 2days phone on !! I'm happy like 2years ago)
For USB Data, no fix found, but Airdroid and ADB Wi-fi are in the party

z17 suddenly remains stuck. and it does not improve

I left the charge in the evening, my phone slowed down and stayed plugged in the morning. I thought it might be software and I tried to wipe it with twrp. I ended up doing the w-ipe process. I tried to discard the software I used later. I waited 4 hours and 5 hours. loading lasted for exactly 1 day.
What should I do ?

I hope ı understand rıght . I thınk you stuck in twrp ? you cant open the phone :S
if you re still in twrp . you can connect pc wıth usb .
put stock rom 4.16 and ınstall it.

The original software is suan. I have twrp access. but the phone is slow and stuck at every step. as if it were a "bad sector".

Yureka showing low battery, cannot install new rom, fastboot mode is working

Hello Community need serious help with my yu yureka
1. Phone shows its charging but actually remains at 0%
2. When i switch on the phone, it always shows low battery, Even though the battery is fully charged(checked already).
3. I can run into fastboot mode and can install rom with ygdp tool.
4. when i install new rom, it shows upgrading but switches off in between the process and shows low battery again( observed this multiple times)
5. I dont know what to do with my phone, i already spent like 1300 rupees on my phone, bought new battery, got new back panel and camera lens as well from aliexpress.
if someone can help, i'd be glad

My experience with my dead le pro 3 and need help

hi guys this is my first post about le pro 3 phone ( x720 )
Before more than one year i was install custom rom ( panaroid android rom ) and it is the best for me iam installed it via official TWRP and rooted it . but suddenly has loop and i cannot open anything just fastboot screen and when i charging it just i see red light , i tried to flash Qfile via flashone 2.0 tool ( i am installed all drivers needed ), flashed is successful but the problem loop is continue , after that iam going to local market ( in iraq ) they didn't have maintenance for leeco phone but i asked him to remove battery and return it , after doing so, he charged the phone, showed the charge rate and battery, became the battery percentage 55 % and I turned it on, but the problem continued , i flashed qfile again but nothing happened , I left the phone for months, then I gave it to a friend from China where we work together in the same company in Iraq, he took the phone to a maintenance center in China and they repaired it ( they find hardware problem and the replaced element or some thing like that ), My friend gave me the phone works with emui 5.8 and he buy spare battery and he told me that no need to replace battery as maintenance center say , after that just i install twrp and flash emui 6.0.0.30 and make root for it , the phone work fine for one month but also suddenly the system freeze and reboot loop , i tried to inter recovery but the screen black and white lines appeared as in previous problem .
what should i do dear friends
