my ROM update failed and I can`t connect with USB. I think the USB port is defect. Are there any other solutions of updating the ROM? Maybe via micro SD?
Is it possible to change the ROM complete?
The device shows only "Serial" should I buy a serial cable, will it work?

after and rom upgrade that's failed i also have my hw6915 stuck with the USB/Serial VG.39 message
I used the procedures described all over the threads i could read but it does not work
When I run Sable_RUU get this errors out saying Client_GetOSVer fail !! Error: 501 and hangs up.
My device is out of warranty and HP told me to buy a new one...
Anyone with a better idea ?

try to install your rom using win xp,after to install NETSCFSetup v2 and NETSCFSetup v3.5 in your pc, and active sync 4.5. Please don`t use windows vista or 7,because the work fail.If it doesn`t work, try in another computer, it have to run very good! you can send me a mail if you want, to [email protected]- i`m from Argentina. sorry for my english!

it's a very good move to check the SN from HTC.
at least try to make a Hard Reset to see if your phone can bootup!
while the phone is off keep Volume UP and DOWN together and push the Power button to goto Hard Reset screen.

Hi guys. I tried to flash the rom from gionee elife 5.1 on my kazam but after the start process spflash gave me an error and now my phone is dead. Now my pc see them just like alcatel single rndis interface not like before 65xx preloader. Can someone help me? Thanks in advance

why you tried flash the 4.3 ROM from Gionee elife S5.1??? any other rom is better than that version...
and buddy... i don't know anything about that to help you... maybe you hardbricked your phone =#

I've a trouble, my Galaxy Grand 2 is very strange phone...
I had a lot of problems with root it, but finally Kingo root made it, after that I tried to flash it to CWM or TWRP, but anything couldn't do it.
Worst fact was, that something was wrong with kernel, becouse system had a lot of bugs, it was slow and screen couldn't recognise touch sometimes...
Then I tried some flashers from play store.. anddd.... Nothing didn't happened after this.. but when I turned off device, it stopped reacting to anything.. ANYTHING! XD
It's HARD BRICKED and I don't know what to do..
Ahh.. and when I connected it to computer with MS Win 7, it recognised it as "QHSUSB_BULK", so i installed some drivers and I have now "Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 (COM6)"... So I can connect with this, but what kind of programs works with it...
Please for help everyone... :/
First of all go here: https://samsung-firmware.org/model/SM-G7105/ and search ur language and download it, next what u do is download odin 3.07v, then u need flash in on odin, here link for yt how do this : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HVLyjeqPtn0 . HARD BRICKED...
There is no recovery or download mode, the phone is absolutely dead...
In the phone I have installed stock, rooted android 4.3 G7105_XXUANF4, but I actually downloaded to computer a newer the software G7105_XXUANAA from this site:

I read, that there is a way to unbrick creating an SDC files from firmware using Advance Turbo flasher and uploading them to sd card, but ATF needs 5 MD5 files...
So I found it and I tried to do it, but now I have problems with using ATF... ehhh....
Little update!
When the phone is connected to computer, windows recognises it as "Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 (COM6)".
I noticed, that when I hold Vol-, Home and Power buttons for a few seconds, the computer losts contact with this device, then connects again and this cycle repeats about 4-5 times, after that computer losts contact for good and reconnects after removing and inserting battery into a phone...
Boot is dead, but I saw tutorials, where someone uses only a Win32diskImager, unbrick.img file and SDCARD to call download mode...
I created also JIG but it's also not working...

Właśnie widziałem wersję dla G7102, ale dla LTE chyba nie ma...
Może da się stworzyć w jakiś sposób plik do debrick'owania? W jakiś sposób musi się dać...
Może założę nowy thread typu:
Anyone know how to create debrick image for android devices??

Ah, and u can create thread on "Cyanmod . pl " (polish forum) , many ppl on this forum had g7105 and can help. On XDA 7105 is not very support cause LTE version only for Europe , still i will search for help u but its gonna be hard to find :/

Okay , i add u to friends on XDA accept if u can and message if something change with phone
OK! Then finally I found service, which operates with JTAG and even this could't help... A servicer said, that some special memory, which Samsung melts into a motherboard is damaged. It can't be changed and only way to repair the phone is changing the motherboard.
