If there anyway to get this feature on Android 7 Touchwiz? I don't want to use a 3rd party launcher and I've tried installing S8 touchwiz Launcher with no luck. I'm not rooted and don't want to be on this device. Is there anyway to get swipe up for app drawer?
Many thanks peeps.
try this version here I had to use this one in order for it install https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/samsung-electronics-co-ltd/touchwiz-home/touchwiz-home-6-0-77-release/
If that one doesn't install then you're going to have to root and manually install it.

Hey I have root R2024
in the R2020 root in the ADW launcher settings there was a setting to set the actions when you swipe up or down on the home screen.
In the R2024 I couldnt find that setting, just wanted to know is it possible to update the launcher. Or should I just update to R2026

Now That I am finally rooted, I want to ask my fellow Note 3 users what are some awesome Root apps to install?
I already have and know the basics like greenify, titanium back up, es explorer and some others. But, I'm wondering if there is anything like S-Pen apps? I am probably going to install Xposed framework, since I loved using it on my GNEX.
I have yet to try any roms out yet, but Hyperdrive or beans looks like it is going to be one of the first I try. Those seem to have a nice mix of customs options in it, while also being bug free.

I'd check out beans first. I've tried every rom out there and its the only one so far that I havent had wifi issues with. Search S-pen in the store and search a bit. You'll find some cool ones.

Hey all I have been lurking this thread for awhile and today I saw that we have finally been granted root access. Now I am going to be totally honest, I am a total NOOB and have no idea what i can do with a rooted phone.
Can someone point me in the right direction as to how i can uninstall bloat? And install fancy modifications???? I would greatly appreciate any help! Thank you!
For the bloat I use titanium backup. As for the fancy modifications I would look into xposed

You can PM me if you want. I'll give you some tips/etc. For starters make sure you are rooted and have the latest SuperSu installed. (Check the root thread for a newer version, dont think play store has been updated yet). And then I would recommend installing Titanium Backup (as stated above) and even buying the Pro version for $5, its worth it in the long run if you ask me. I';ve used it on the last 7 android phones ive owned. So it's well paid for itself. once your set there PM me and i'll give you some things to check out.
We may get Safestrap recovery at some point but that will only allow us to flash roms based on the stock kernel. We shall see.

Do yourself a favor and freeze the apps you don't want first, instead of uninstalling. Atleast if you freeze an app with titanium backup and it screws your phone you can just unfreeze it and be good to go.

So recently I installed the Superman from on my phone and want to use the tap and pay feature for my bank app - Westpac - but it won't let me because I have a custom ROM. Is there a way to trick the app into thinking that it isn't a custom ROM?
PS I had a rooted stock ROM before this and it worked fine on that.
Any help or guidance is much appreciated
Sorry there's no possible way to trick the app, you'd have to go back to stock

I went back to stock and its saying "unable to connect to samsung pay. It is temporarily unavailable" when i try and open the samsung pay app. When i get it on the google play store it says it isnt compatable with my version of the device. How do i fix that?
Samsung Pay (and most other banking apps) won't work if you've tripped Knox. Which you have. So you will never be able to use them on your phone.
As title says I by mistake deleted the launcher. I can't seem to find a link to s7 edge laucher apk that would be great. Or if anyone has any suggestions on how to get it back let me know thanks.
There's a thread in the Apps section that has the Launcher for the S8?

I tried that however all it does it trys to restart. I have no launcher at all on phone atm so its a bit hard to navigate. I'm on eng bootloader and latest update so I can't just reflash firmware as It hasn't been released that I know of.

Well, damn.
I'd try to get a 3rd party installed. If that doesn't work I could only suggest going back to stock
