I was trying to look around for a 5.1 vanir just a bit earlier!
I see a folder for liquidsmooth too. Hopefully that means he's going to try and build 5.1 liquidsmooth!

Booted and working on XT1031. Signal bar bug as usual.
Xposed 5.1 is working on it.

Setting>Interface>Gestures - Force Closes
Just the basic feature, Buttons, Statusbar etc...
But still smooth!

I'll probably use it for a few days to see what modules get updated for Xposed. Mainly using it just to fart around with that. There are Commotio 5.1 builds as well, but I can't recall if it had any more features.

Can somebody report whether it is working on xt1033 or not ??

Sorry for double post, but the same builder now has an Insanity 5.1 rom for falcon. Anyone heard of this rom before?

Insanity 5.1 works on dual sim
Insanity 5.1 works smoothly on xt1033, just now i installed it, there is no bug even ussd code works fine . on resurrection remix ussd code gives soft reboots but insanity works super smooth

hmm not bro but its working smooth on xt1033 dual sim variant
i think insanity rom is also type of vanir rom because the boot animation is vanir roms one

So my fav ROM is working with latest build .... experience is working too with latest nightly

Does this one official???, its way too big sizes for vanir???

Sometimes it depends On the code and apps used by the dev. But still you are right about this thing. But when downloaded its small in size.

Looks like there was an upload today for the Vanir! Can't wait to try it although would have loved to try the Insanity ROM too.

Hi folks,
It seems that a dev from the Oneplus forum, PMehra, managed to get OOS 3.1.0 working on our beloved OPO
He also made a OPX H2OS v2 port, though the official one is out.
Actually there are two OOS 3 ports that was made by two different dev (the other one is on Oneplus chinese forum) at the same time (almost) !
These are ports from the OPX 3.1.0 update dated of 08/18.
I've only tested the PMehra OOS 3 port.
What's working :
Almost everything is working, including NFC
Known bugs :
Mobile network take little bit more time (actually, it's insignificant), switch flight mode on & off after boot. Expected to improve in next update.
Longpress actions doesn't work on any button. Expected to be fixed in next update.
When the software buttons are turned on, the hardware buttons stay active and can also be used. So stay with HW buttons for now.
You can't change priority/no notifications due to there being no alert slider.
Download app fc
Storage->explore->doesnt do anything
Storage->other-> settings fcs

How to flash :
Reboot to recovery
Make a nandroid backup
Wipe cache/dalvik/data/system partitions
Flash the zip
Reboot and enjoy !
If you want to install another rom after this one, you have to flash a marshmallow modem from this thread before, or you'll be stuck at boot logo.
Gapps are included into the rom.
Downloads :
Mega folder with full rom and OTA.
Full rom on Google drive.
Don't worry if winrar say that the .zip is corrupt, it work anyway.
Root :
Flash these two .zip in this order :
Magisk V6
Magisk Super Su 2.76
Custom Kernels :
You can use a H2OS or OPX kernel on this rom, though no OPX kernel has been updated to OOS 3 yet because Oneplus didn't release any sources, as the original update isn't official, but just a community build.
Quick review :
Use it for few hours now, and everything work well, it's smooth like butter
The camera app is the stock OOSone, and it don't support 4K recording, but the manual mode work well, and the "HQ" mode delivers nice shots.
Battery is good : about 4-5 hours SOT on average.
There is no slow charging issue.

I havent flashed the ROM but it says 3.0.1 in both Mega and GDrive but Screenshots say 3.1.0. Can you confirm what version is it??

btw, after trying to flash any other ROM, or restore backup...after this one... i can't do it any more. i am stuck at opo logo. any solution or idea why is it like that?

Maybe it's the modem. Try flashing a mm modem from this thread before flashing your rom. Tell me if it works.

Well a lot of you might accuse me of living in a cave but will still go ahead and ask my question
Apart from the camera quality what are the other benefits of using this ROM over say a cm or other stock roms? I am currently on hydrogen ROM purely for the sake of trying a new look.

i Flashed the rom yesterday. so far everything seems to be fine. i will report about the battery. no significant drain in last 12 hours!

Hardware buttons buggy
There's a few bugs with the hardware buttons that I've come across. Firstly being that no long press/double tap gestures work, and secondly when the software buttons are turned on the hardware buttons stay active and can also be used. While they're only minor bugs, they can be a bit annoying to deal with

Hi, which firmware should I flash to install cyanogenmod 13 or 14? Thanks in advance

Have you tried a different camera app than the stock one to try record 4k? For example: Bacon Camera, ColorOS Camera.

no incoming/outgoing audio on calls in moto x play (CM13)

I recently updated my moto x play from stock rom to CyanogenMod 13 Nightly builds.
I found that i cant hear any sound on reliance Jio Volte sim calls niether they can hear me.
I am able to hear and talk from my Airtel sim in my 2nd slot.
No other tweaking has been done in the new rom.
flashed full gapps package with reducing some apps from the zip like docs, sheet n slides etc...
Please anyone help me in this...
Used the disable service app and tried to disable checkin google service but it didnt work.
Also uninstalled the android fx to see if its the sound mod error but nothing happened.

jio will not work on roms other than stock as only stock have volte support but you can use jio voice app from playstore

titan068, i am using jio voice app and i can call anybody but the problem is my earpiece n loudspeaker gives no audio when connected to a call nor my microphone works at the time.

Sorry bro but as titan068 also said that jio will only work on stock rom , you have to restore your phone to stock rom n everything will be fine.
I restored my stock rom backup and found that everything is working fine.
Do remember to take the backup of your custom rom so that if someone finds a solution you can revert back to it.

I tried this ... everything is fine I had 4g +LTE but no volte ?

Running it on my Potter. Zero issues! If you want magisk to work properly flash f2fs loopback module and safety net fix after flashing magisk and you're good to go!

Yes magisk is in the installer but to get modules working to you have to flash what I mentioned

I haven't rooted so no need for any files ?

Installed this yesterday, pretty happy with the premise and experience so far. I just want custom stock rom, slightly debloated and latest updates. Battery is already better than the previous Oreo build I tried. Only really lose gcam, differences in Oreo don't really seem that great.
Is this the best close to stock option out there? Was surprised no developer thread.
Only issue I've found is Netflix isn't showing up for me in the Play Store, any thoughts there?

You're probably failing safety net. Get a safety net checker and see what the result is. You'd probably have to use magisk and magisk hide to see it. Other option is to just download the apk from apkmirror and install manually.

Running a custom kernel working out good for anyone?

From my experience I couldn't dirty flash. The dev always wants everyone to clean flash unfortunately

Moto display doesnt work for me..

How difficult would it be to create a debloated version of NPNS25.137-93-10? That is the version on my phone (RETUS) and I love it overall, but can't stand the bloat. I have Froze those apps that I don't need or use but it would be nice to remove them. I don't care for most of the apps that supposedly remove system apps for you because they are usually full of ads and often screw things up for me. Is there a tutorial somewhere on how to debloat it?

It is currently being looked into by myself and others. Some GSIs do work perfect without any fix though. The official Havoc GSI being one of them.

Official Havoc OS GSi ambient always on display don't work.we are maybe missing some overlay but cant tell as we don't the sources.

Not sure, I don't use ambient or always on. So, no completely working but the incoming calls are working.

I am using the latest official GSI. You can find it in the treble XDA threads along with many others. But here is the one I'm speaking of. You want to download the Arm64-A only build. Then just follow all the installation instructions given by many of the awesome devs here!

Another thing I noticed on GSI's is the lack of ExFAT support.
