check this 5.1 vanir ROM

I was trying to look around for a 5.1 vanir just a bit earlier!
I see a folder for liquidsmooth too. Hopefully that means he's going to try and build 5.1 liquidsmooth!

Booted and working on XT1031. Signal bar bug as usual.
Xposed 5.1 is working on it.

Setting>Interface>Gestures - Force Closes
Just the basic feature, Buttons, Statusbar etc...
But still smooth!

I'll probably use it for a few days to see what modules get updated for Xposed. Mainly using it just to fart around with that. There are Commotio 5.1 builds as well, but I can't recall if it had any more features.

Can somebody report whether it is working on xt1033 or not ??

Sorry for double post, but the same builder now has an Insanity 5.1 rom for falcon. Anyone heard of this rom before?

Insanity 5.1 works on dual sim
Insanity 5.1 works smoothly on xt1033, just now i installed it, there is no bug even ussd code works fine . on resurrection remix ussd code gives soft reboots but insanity works super smooth

hmm not bro but its working smooth on xt1033 dual sim variant
i think insanity rom is also type of vanir rom because the boot animation is vanir roms one

So my fav ROM is working with latest build .... experience is working too with latest nightly

Does this one official???, its way too big sizes for vanir???

Sometimes it depends On the code and apps used by the dev. But still you are right about this thing. But when downloaded its small in size.

Anyway..whose madevthis awesome stuff did he already posted somewhere??

Looks like there was an upload today for the Vanir! Can't wait to try it although would have loved to try the Insanity ROM too.

Reliance Jio - No signal problem on OPX

Got my Reliance Jio sim on 29th August. Yesterday got a SMS to verify my documents calling 1977. But when I inserted the sim in the device, no signal came and it's showing 'Emergency calls only'. Although my sim is getting detected. Please help :crying:

Jio sim works on OnePlus X and using it since January.

No it doesn't.
But it will be supported after update from OnePlus.

jio sim is working in oneplus x
only problem is oneplus x does not have volte
so we have to use jio join app to make calls (also to call 1977)

I am already using VOLTE ... flash cardinal rom by rohitporoli.. It has VOLTE support and i can confirm it ..

Viper4Android (ARISE) breaks call audio?

Hey guys, I'm running a CM 13 ROM and installed viper4Android/Viper4arise.
Everything works great except call audio. Call audio seems to be completely broken. Does anyone know a fix to get call audio back?

I installed viper4 ver 2.4.0.1 and dollby plus, all works perfectly, I also am using CM13

If you use the usb-c to jack adapter, which DAC does the phone use? The one included in the Snapdragon 821?

By old version, do you mean the 2.3.4.0 version?

Odd, Arise 2.5 was the only Viper installation that DIDN'T break call audio for me on EUI and I'm currently running it on CM with no probs either. I believe disabling enhance call audio in dialer settings fixed it on EUI. Maybe look there if that exists on CM? Disable audioeffects.conf in vendor/etc if you haven't tried that too.
I'm using 2.5.0.4 if that helps.

just video recording is not working. every other thing is working including volte

Volte stopped working after reboot

after flashing agni kernel on miui 9 port phone can be used as a iron box

Yes, Op's method followed.
Volte stopped working after reboot.
Flashed cm14 firmware, volte working but Network error when calling with volte.

If not able to use calling, then volte is of no use.. Are you alone facing this issue or everyone else also, cuz I see people using this, mean they are able to use calling.

What about kate? Is it working on kate?

Google Assistant Issue

Hi All,
I am experiencing a weird issue where my google assistant is not working when I say OK google or hey google. I have checked a lot on internet and was not able to find a solution. Thought of checking if anyone else could help me. Also my google assistant is showing disabled on my settings and I am on RR ROM. Checked in the telegram group of RR and everyone else it is working. My microphone is fine as I am making calls. I am attaching a screenshot please help

So assistant is a issue in RR new build and so was in my 5.5 Aosp ex build. Can anyone tell me what has gone wrong and why isnt it working anymore

Did you install Gapps-pico. Because google assistant voice activation does not work (for me) if it isn't installed as system app. So i would suggest flashing gapps-nano at least.

I have flashed nano and micro both
....none works.

Also if I install the app from play store it works only by typing but doesn't take the voice commands.

Confirmed the assistant is working with headphones which means ROM with we linux enforcing have a broken android mic.

I came from Stock to RR - Can confirm, i CANNOT use Ok Google anywhere, it only works when i press or open assistance myself. It's very frustrating. Anyone got a solution ? Magisk module maybe ?

I have the same issue with latest stable stock ROM.

It shows as disabled, the buttons are not working. But it toggles internally. It is working for me. I am on may 12th build of RR and gapps

Solution is just flash the April modem and it works. Flash it using twrp and assistant works like a charm.

Google Assistant Issue / Your Stuff Option Not Showing
I am facing this problem from last week, when I say Ok Google or Hey Google my Google Assistant doesn't work. I have tried everything that is available on the internet to get rid of this problem but no luck plus in my Google Assistant > My Stuff option is also not showing.
Please help, if someone know the solution to this problem

I had similar issues, and what helped was to disable and later re-enable Google Play Store and Play Services
