I was trying to look around for a 5.1 vanir just a bit earlier!
I see a folder for liquidsmooth too. Hopefully that means he's going to try and build 5.1 liquidsmooth!

Booted and working on XT1031. Signal bar bug as usual.

Setting>Interface>Gestures - Force Closes
Just the basic feature, Buttons, Statusbar etc...
But still smooth!

I'll probably use it for a few days to see what modules get updated for Xposed. Mainly using it just to fart around with that. There are Commotio 5.1 builds as well, but I can't recall if it had any more features.

Can somebody report whether it is working on xt1033 or not ??

Sorry for double post, but the same builder now has an Insanity 5.1 rom for falcon. Anyone heard of this rom before?

Insanity 5.1 works on dual sim
Insanity 5.1 works smoothly on xt1033, just now i installed it, there is no bug even ussd code works fine . on resurrection remix ussd code gives soft reboots but insanity works super smooth

hmm not bro but its working smooth on xt1033 dual sim variant
i think insanity rom is also type of vanir rom because the boot animation is vanir roms one

So my fav ROM is working with latest build .... experience is working too with latest nightly

Does this one official???, its way too big sizes for vanir???

Sometimes it depends On the code and apps used by the dev. But still you are right about this thing. But when downloaded its small in size.

Looks like there was an upload today for the Vanir! Can't wait to try it although would have loved to try the Insanity ROM too.

Xposed 5.1 in Alpha

Xposed is moved past Super Alpha and a lot more mods are working including XGEL.. Go check it out.
I am running it on Benzo right now.

The .zip for arm devices. Then go read the main xposed thread, as stated in the OP of the 5.1 alpha thread, and finally download the installer apk. Flash the .zip in recovery, reboot, install apk. Depending on your ROM, xposed may or may not work (Chroma is one of those it doesn't work on). It would also be smart of you to research what's working right now, as well as read the thread about fixing bootloops caused by modules.

This new update was made by the gb dev. He said he's working on it, but it's not ready yet.
I'm using greenify, xposed gel settings and p*****a patcher.

YouTube AdAway and Background Player are working with latest version of YouTube. Greenify also seems to be working (I'll post back if I find any bugs with it). Here's a guide on how to recover from a bootloop caused by an xposed module.

greenify is now working with xposed 5.1 horraaaayyy

Dumb question. I never used xposed before and I am trying to install it on the stock image.. It flashed in recovery and said success. Then I opened the apk and it says framework is not installed.
What can I do?

I tried with 3, and I locked up pretty quick. Not sure if I want to test again as it took about 2 hours to fix.

make a nan backup and then give it a shot. if it doesnt work just restore backup. let us know

GB is now working.
what version of pandora are you using? i got pa patcher to work on 5.8 but not the latest version

Chroma changes art, it will likely never work with that rom

Best Sound Mod for Mi A1

Guys can you please tell what's the best sound mod available for Mi A1. What else you people had tried and how were he experience with diff mods.

Viper4Android is still unbeatable. Unbelievable the smartphone makers don't bake this technology into their phones but settle for the tinny whispering we get. Obviously the hardware is capable of so much more...

I was getting rid of Viper 4Android because testing other mod´s and as i found AINUR, i used it to now on over a year with testing shortly other mods but for me Ainur is unbeatable!
Try and error go testing!

Yes James DSP is a very nice EQ but there are some Problems. I use mine without this. Because FC.

I flashed ainur via twrp then used aml from magisk to use DSP
.I flashed DSP but it always force closes. Let me know what are the steps u followed

I simply installed the ainur James DSP module on magisk. And it works like a charm.

How to flash this ?

Can you guys stop with misleading titles?

For me the best sonore mod is Dolby Atmos standard version by Guitardedhero :highfive:

Ainir sauron is the best for our device, so and any another devices. Unzip useroptions (i configure it for our device) file into sdcard, after flash Ainur Sauron from Magisk repo.

Yeah, you are right. Ainur is better. Not that configurable but it doesn't have to be. Also, hassle free.

android p-ify ??!!

Can anyone on RR tell me if pify module of xposed installer is working or not .. When I did so , I was stuck in a bootloop . the phone started and then showed shutting down .. Pls help and thnx in advance.

Use magisk module "MagiskMount" and uninstall xposed from file manager in twrp. Don't use xposed, it's just not worth it at all, and the android p-fy is not good.

Dislike. Xposed is older than magisk. So don't tell that it's not worth atleast to try android p-ify and more stuff.
Youtube pip works with background and screen off playback without any modification on original youtube app. It's crazy but it's true. ? Only possible with xposed framework.. and more stuff you may find usefull

Black screen is fixed ? In my samsung s7 i use material notification shade that works ok even unrooted in android 7 . Android 8 is not supported yet.
I am also an xposed user since my oneplus one the same with franco kernel lol

It's just not worth using xposed only for android p-fy. What it does is just installing a theme, and you can do it with substratum basically. PiP is working without xposed, too, it's a youtube thing. Xposed is kinda old now, buggy, and sooner or later you will probably get bootlooped to hell with it.

One thing what substratum can't do is to enable pixel navigation bar with animations.

I tried on aosp extended but no success . It is getting annoying .. pls help if anyone can .. I use system was xposed framework . Could that be a reason ! I've tried clearing dalvik but no success .

I solved this prob .. Used latest ver instead of the module from xposed installer .. That worked !!

Someone is working on a Sound mod app that doesn't need root but I haven't gotten it to work yet.. He's still pushing out betas to get it working for more devices...

Viper4android requires root, there is not non root version of the mod. Viper changes system audio files and that's why it requires root access

But already I always try different players.
Many years testing result is Poweramp is the best (I have paid version).
But still v4a is excellent mode.

Poweramp is the best non root solution. I recommend to use it with REPLAY GAIN per track. You can create the tag info about RG with the PC software Foobar.

This bass equalizer is system wide so will work in any media app, I have used it on a few non rooted devices

Is Power Amp Music Player, it's The First Player App wich really works fine and had much Settings for Costum Sound !!!
If Test Month is over you will be Asked to Her Payed Version.... nur their are some Cracked Versions out too..... so u dont have To pay The App. But be carefull some Cracking Pages have Maleware and other bad Stuff Into their Cracked Apk's Always Scann Them(For Virus,Maleware Aso.) before u Install The Cracked Version, and DeInstall Other Version Before ..!
