I was trying to look around for a 5.1 vanir just a bit earlier!
I see a folder for liquidsmooth too. Hopefully that means he's going to try and build 5.1 liquidsmooth!

Setting>Interface>Gestures - Force Closes
Just the basic feature, Buttons, Statusbar etc...
But still smooth!

I'll probably use it for a few days to see what modules get updated for Xposed. Mainly using it just to fart around with that. There are Commotio 5.1 builds as well, but I can't recall if it had any more features.

Can somebody report whether it is working on xt1033 or not ??

Insanity 5.1 works on dual sim
Insanity 5.1 works smoothly on xt1033, just now i installed it, there is no bug even ussd code works fine . on resurrection remix ussd code gives soft reboots but insanity works super smooth

hmm not bro but its working smooth on xt1033 dual sim variant
i think insanity rom is also type of vanir rom because the boot animation is vanir roms one

So my fav ROM is working with latest build .... experience is working too with latest nightly

Does this one official???, its way too big sizes for vanir???

Sometimes it depends On the code and apps used by the dev. But still you are right about this thing. But when downloaded its small in size.

So before I do any porting project, I want some testers. As, I don't own the Moto G 2015, so testers are important!

and remember while flashing in twrp have patience...........its pretty slow there....
and wait more than 20 minutes to check if rom boots! 80% changes are it will boot

Wipe system,data,cache and dalvik cache then then select miui zip to flash,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,i myself tested this zip on my other device ..Therefore,No updater script errors!

Is there something I should do except for the steps mentioned in the OP, if I'm running official CM13?
I've heard that there are issues when downgrading(?)

Bro, good and bad as expected, the great rom, but there are bugs. RIL, Wifi, Bluetooth, camera and settings can not enter the menu. Way to leave the link of my screenshots.

EDIT: +No sound recorder application and appointment: that some other application that uses the microphone stops to record

The ROM is booting.. Took about 15 mins in total... WiFi ril BT torch music playback setting app aren't working. .. But the good thing is it boots .. Thanks for the huge effort. BTW its miui 8 not 7 ??..

Lmao......Thanks for reporting i will revert it back to miui 7 as that settings app bug is from miui 8 whereas in miui 7 it works

As of now it's necessary to revert to MIUI 7 cuz settings not FC in MIUI 7...problem is with MOTO kernel and its ROM .....but this bug of FC on opening settings>security is coming on another ROM also which is zenui (asus zenfone ui) it boots with same bugs....settings>security FC

I don't know what Motorola did... But they are hiding something in /persist partition and I'm not clear about that and this is my first MOTO device ....I want any dev of this device to come forward and help me Asap !!!!!!

Testers needed for AOSP 7.1.2 Pixel themed ROM

Hi everyone,
I used to own a i9100 many years ago and was a developer back then, anyway it's good to see the phone is alive and kicking!
I built my own ROM which is clean aosp (untouched settings and most of base with only commits needed to build for non google devices) with pixel theme,
I want to test it but can't, I need 2 or 3 people who would want to test the alpha build and let me know if it works and send me screenshots,
again, this rom is clean aosp focused and performance, battery and getting that clean google pixel experience without the bloat some roms have, also I update it as soon as the security update comes out since there isn't many commits like other roms.

I downloaded rom tomorrow i will flash and i will report..

Flashed and rom works very well, is fast,smooth , just need permissive kernel to flash supersu systemmode to get root..

EDIT: I did set the kernel to permissive.. root should work, try flashing magisk 13.0

I flashed supersu systemmode but bootloop.

Tried to test your ROM. Downloaded it, did a clean wipe installed it after ][7.1.2_r17][OMS][i9100] XenonHD 7.1. Get sutck on install at step "patchjng", waiting at least 30mn then i get back to restore Xenon. Sorry guys.

Noops cannot go back to recovery... Stuck there on logo or the only choice i see is to go to dowload mod but then ...?

@sooti: well, after 12 hours of use, i noticed some things:
1. I can not install apps outside of google play even when I enable the Unknown sources option.
2. App notifications are always blank and you can not read what has been alerted.
3. Aesthetic: adjust the logo of initialization. gets too big.
4. Remove the installation of magisk when flashing, as it does not work on device and leave the system with the root already activated =)
5. 'MTP was stopped'. Whenever I open the files or connect the device to the notebook and disconnect the message persists.
6. Admin mode can not be enabled by other launchers.
7. Aesthetic: Adjust the size of the watch. Ex: When it is at 11:30 AM / PM, AM / PM goes from the screen.
8. Filming mode when clicking (+) on the instagram doesn't work, even with all the permissions enabled. The rest works very well.
9. Speech recognition does not work with 'ok google'. Using the Google assistant works fine. I even talk to her when I feel lonely. :rir:
10. Call recording not working same habiliting the permission.
11. The device was restarted 2 times on its own and ran out of the signal from the service provider. The signal only returned after the device restarts manually.
EDIT: 12: The phone only charges when it is switched on or in recovery mode (TWRP). If turned off, it turns on and enters the TWRP to load.
'Forgetting' these 12 problems, the rest works very well!
They will tell you that it is a lie, but the battery lasted 4 hours and 45 minutes using it intensely. Can you explain the magic to me, since with others, they last between 3 to 4 hours and 30 minutes? I'll send you pictures when use intensely again to prove it.

Hey guys, I just want to share another AOSP ROM that I found; Its a russian ROM, and the most stable a usable one I have tested.
*Compatible with xposed
*Menu button already set to show recent apps
*No GAPPS included (I flashed Open GAPPS pico and worked perfectly)
*Google camera working acceptably (not as fast as MIUI but better camera quality and stability than other ROMs)
*WiFi working at full speed (some AOSP ROMs appear to have a laggy wifi
*Bluetooth working fine (I'm using a MIband2 all the time with no problems)
*Multilanguage
Note: I flashed gapps right after the rom, the first start its a bit longer that the other roms (8 minutes in my case) after entering gaccount it delay a bit to confirm the account information, but after that works perfectly; you may install google web view system afterwards directly from the playstore.
Note 2: It appear to be a 3.4 version for this rom, but the links are down and probably wont work again.
Note 3: I'm just informing about this ROM cause I haven't read of it in this forum, I'm not the developer so, I'm not resposible of any problem you've got.

I wonder if I can use safetynet pass with this ROM, that is why I ask if it is support Magisk or not

on other aosp roms, my data sometimes show (!) marks, indicates the data is down, and I need to turn it off or activate airplane mode then turn it back on to make the data works (hoanguye and project x aosp rom). it never happen on global stable.
got any similiar issues?
ps: I know I should better try this myself, but it is not hurt to ask

are u the creator of modded aosp? recently I found about the data problem, sometimes it gives (!) note and have to turn it off and on again to bring it back to normal (wifi too), can u fix it please, I do really love ur rom, with nova xposed gravitybox fstb, its awesome

No this is not a pre-rooted ROM, this is no-root version (by default)

Full of bugs .... The most annoying bug is.. This rom does not support carrier video calling

Man! finally I've been on an miui rom for a few days now; i usually switch back to a caf rom. but now, i believe i'd be staying in this rom for a while. thanks, bro! I only changed the kernel to stormbreaker for OC option, i prefer it that way. moreover, auto brightness gets the display too bright sometimes so i turned it off. there were a few bluetooth crashes, but it works in general. hopefully, other bugs get fixed because i use both reading mode and wireless display sometimes.

mine are not crashing. if you restore from mi backup, that might be the cause of the problem. for example, google photos for me should be installed from play store not thru mi backup.
try redownloading the rom. after wiping, and formating data, reboot to recovery again before flashing the rom. in my case, i flash latest firmware first, then the rom, then a kernel of my choice then magisk. after reboot, i go back to recovery again to flash the theme store fix.

saying it is 'full' of bugs is an exaggeration, bro. list them down so the dev can look into it. anyway, be reminded that this is a port, not all features will work as expected so we either get to live with it or switch to another rom that offers such features you need.

Come on friends......... It's still in early version and the developer himself said there are few bugs, but the features are good and many compared to other miui roms............. If u want stable version report the bugs via screenahots or provide logs if possible
I'm sure without bugs, it will be the best rom
