Hi All,
I need a confirmation:
I am using a Fossil Q Founder 2.0 with latest wear 2.0 and the chronus watchface.
So, when I have 2 or more unread notifications, the number of the unread notifications appears on the 12 o'clock position.
But only, when there are 2 or more. 1 unread notification is not shown at all. But when I use a "unread notification complementation" on one of the 4 choosable positions, the 1 unread notification is shown. So the counter itself works.
As I have only Fossil Faces pre-installed beside the chronus face and the fossil faces do not show the notification on the 12 o'clock position at all, I thought this is a chronus thing. But the Chronus Dev told me, it is a Wear thing. So I now need confirmation if you are also just get the notification on 2 or more unread messages and if yes, can anybody tell me how to send a bug report to android wear?
If needable, I can upload pics to this.
Regards,
Amo

I don't have any answers, but I use the Pujie Black watch face on my LG Urbane 2nd Edition and there is a setting under 'settings>peek cards & status bar' to "show unread counter" and my watch does the same thing. I only see the count when it's 2 or more.

So when you also just see it, when it is 2 or more, we are already 2 guys who can confirm this. In my view it is a bug.

Hi guys,
I've just sold my iPhone 4 and got the Desire HD (which I am loving by the way).
I have flashed my ROM to Android Revolution HD and have a query
When I receive a text or email, after I have read the email or text the notification icon remains in the status bar and when I swipe down I see the text/email. The only way to clear it is to click the clear notifications button.
This is quite annoying and I was wondering if anyone knew how to resolve this issue,
Many thanks
edit: I have disabled status bar notifications and the notifications have disappeared. I would however like to keep these one....

This should have been asked in the Q&A section so will probably be moved.
When at the lockscreen can you not drag the current widget down to maximise and then swipe to the right, you should then be able to tap a '+' icon to add a widget.
Notifications on lockscreen
Hey there,
I recently upgraded from the SGS3 to the SGS4.
I realize that everytime I get a new text message, I have to swipe across the lockscreen (the one with the clock) to get to the message notification widget. Thats seems a bit odd to me, coming from the notification bubbles on SGS3.
Is there a way I can get notification bubbles (I know its a long shot) or possibly the notification for a new message on the same lockscreen as the clock is?
I do not want two separate lockscreens for the clock and the notifications.
I tried deleting the clock lockscreen, but it just keeps coming back.
It seems like everytime I get a new message, I have no option but to have two lockscreens.
Is there a solutions to this ?

Im not sure if this is exactly what you're after, but go to the messaging app>settings, scroll down to near the bottom and check 'Preview message'. This should give you a preview of your received message that you can tap to take you straight to the messaging app.
Android 7.0 introduces Gmail notifications on the AOD (and many other notifications missing in Android 6.0.1), which is really great, but I am noticing an issue.
When I've received a Gmail notification and have clicked on (either) the message icon on the AOD, clicked on the notification on the notification shade or opened it directly in the Gmail app, the notification icon on the AOD and on the notification bar isn't removed immediately afterwards (as expected). In Android 6.0.1, the notification icon on the notification bar was removed instantaneously.
Can anyone replicate this issue?
On Android 6 notifications icon of Gmail persist even if you read or delete email, in nougat in my case icon disappeared right after opening email.. Double click on aod notification open application - that's feature, no issue

I disagree, or I'm seeing different functionality on my device. On Android 6(.0.1), the notification icon disappeared right after opening email (in Gmail app). On Android 7(.0), it does not.
That's strange, on my note 5 with Android 6 icon won't disappear from panel unless I remove it, in nougat, when open email, icon is gone... Strange

This forum/thread discusses subjects related to Galaxy S7 Edge, not the Note 5. Perhaps you should consider expressing your thoughts about the Note 5 in the Note 5 forum...?
i have similar issue as well. the notification is remove around 1 sec after i read the mail or after i close gmail. last time it goes immediately after opening gmail. not bothering me that much though.

Hi all,
I just switched from IOS to Oneplus, and got so used to the unread count on app icons.
is there any way to get this on Oneplus 6T?
the notification dot is not really helpful, as the colour is auto set to a similiar colour to app icons. i have to put on my reading glasses when checking.
tried nova launcher with teslaunread, it only works sometime on only some apps.
my os ver is 9.0.7
any help would be really appreciated.
thanks,
S.
