OKAY! THIS IS WHAT REALLY HAPPENED
I was happily using my atrix for past 1 and a half year then I decided to root it. So that I did by the help of procedure listed in the link below:
http://nutshelltek.com/Root_Motorola_Atrix_4G_after_Gingerbread_4.5.91_Update
Then I was tempted to unlock the bootloader. which, again I researched and found some youtube video telling how to do it and what to do if you get stuck in some stuff during unlocking so that wasn't a very big deal. As they'd said the unlocking process was pretty straight forward, I mean eventually I managed to unlock the bootloader.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1182871
So I was happy at the end, Then I booted the phone as everything was wiped during unlocking bootloader I had to create or sign up a new motoblur account. Since I already had a motoblur account I decided to using it and THEN!! while trying to sign it the message popped up "There is a problem with the clock on the device. Please contact customer service."
Now I am stuck at this point I cannot get pass through it, no matter what I do. I tried to create a new ID that didn't help. So I am here at the forum asking for help if somebody have any idea regarding this. Or could you tell me If I can bypass this motoblur account setup step.
and one more thing can I perform a factory reset to go back to what I had?
your help is greatly appreciated
Google "skip blur". That will get you past blur.
Sorry, no going back. You took the red pill.
You could load a rom that doesn't use blur, such as CM7...
MotoBlur had an update recently, and were down for some functions.
They are up now give it anoter try unless you bypassed it.
Had the same problem, I used Gobstopper to downgrade to Froyo and Motoblur started working again.
Sent from that Atrix.
You can try pressing the menu button and then press "skip setup". That's how I got past Blur.
Sent from that Atrix.
I had something similar...
Here is how to skip blur:

Hey guys I just wanna share my finding.
The were a bit unsuccessful but I'm sharing in and case.
I have tried several bypass methods for the frp but all unsuccessful.
I even tried flashing, erasing, formatting the frp via fastboot commands, due to locked bootloader this was impossible.
I tried the fastboot erase all command and that surprisingly worked, the device is not in a boot loop, was able to repair it with RSDLite 6.2.4 as previous versions don't recognize the droid turbo 2. The *#*#4636#*#* does not work so gaining access to menus are basically impossible.
Hope someone can add to this, but I'm still at it will post my other findings.
When I had T2 I got that menu once then I swiped without luck to get it again whatever I've tried.
Maybe I got that menu with restoring Android apps and settings from my previous phone? You can try that.

Hey, guys, i figured a workaround on how to unlock Bootloader if stuck with 86012 error and can't bind account.
Follow the instructions,
1) First apply for unlocking permissions from http://en.miui.com/unlock/ . U will receive a sms after a day or two.
2) Now goto developer mode and enable bootloader unlock and check if u can bind mi account. If not, then do this
3) Download older version of Mi unlock tool here
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B611uyXmi12kRjU4VHpwaWF0UHc/view?usp=sharing
4) Mi Pc Suite and Mi Flash Tool installers if needed to install drivers.
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B611uyXmi12kWm9EQWhLZUJ0dVE/view?usp=sharing
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B611uyXmi12kQzctQm5EY2lFOXc/view?usp=sharing
5) Run the application. Sign in. Hold volume down and power button to enter bootloader mode.
6) Hit unlock in Mi Unlock Tool. if it says can't find device then goto windows device manager and under Android phone update the Driver Software via internet and make sure it says Xiaomi Corp.
7) Now try to hit unlock button again and this time it will definitely work.
Hit Thanks if it worked for you bcoz even i was pissed i couldnt unlock bootloader and fedup of waiting.
Didn't work for me. Trying to unlock bootloader with latest mi unlock tool since 10-15 days got permission but stuck at 99% account binding. And now tried with older version still no luck it stops at 50% and says couldn't verify device. Its frustrating now.

Actually I am already having one redmi 3s and I unlocked its bootloader 6 months ago. After buying new device I created new account and carried the same process of unlocking bootloader ( from permission to unlocking) but it didn't work on that account. I tried with the older account and voilla!! Bootloader unlocked. In newer account after getting permission I tried 10-12 days but no luck.

I've done unlock my device with only one account and 8 days.
Day 1 : Got permission just 4hrs after request! Oh sh!t stuck 50%, ok I'll just follow the web tutorials. Login i.mi.com and locate device and wait for a few days. (MIUI Global Stable 8.2.4.0)
Day 5 : It's passing 50% woohooo**** 99% stuck. It said current account is not bound. Browsing the web for solution.
Error 86012 with Chinese stuff in it when binding via developer settings. Frustrated AF.
Day 7 : Fck this **** I'll just flash MIUI Global Beta 7.2.1.6 as the web said. Lost my backup files and the unlock is fail after all. Depressed AF.
Day 8 : Tried step by step carefully, learned from trials and errors. Login i.mi.com, then locate device. Login Mi Unlock Tool, wait a few minutes then started to shutdown device to fastboot, connect the device to computer and it got unlocked successfuly. Then i happily flash TWRP and RR ROM after.
the real solution is WAIT PATIENTLY.

As per Day 7 you flashed the Global Beta Rom. How did you do that without unlocking the Bootloader? Which rom file did you use? The .zip or the .tgz? I have been trying to flash the global beta/trying to downgrade for a week and I have failed every time. Mind helping me out?
Does anyone find a working method with this model ?
I have tried different ones but none is working, even downgraded the firmware to the oldest one I could find.
Be aware that a certain method will not work with every model, even the same model it may work with certain builds only.
Samsung continues update security patches to fix loopholes that people are using to bypass FRP, so when posting a working method, please be specific: what model and build you did bypass successfully.
Since no one has the solution, I search and find this method.
The firmware must be downgraded to PH3. Current firmware is QA4. This is for US firmware; other regions with the same version might not work.
This method use Talk Back to open Chrome, then download Google Account Manager, Quick Shortcut Maker, then ES File Explorer.
You need Samsung and Google accounts to use this method . When TalkBack is ON, double tap to open, use two fingers to roll up and down.

Can you tell me where to find that version? I'm assuming that I need to flash it with Odin. Is that right?
https://samsung-firmware.org/downlo...0, Wi-Fi)/9z98/XAR/T280XXU0APH3/T280XAR0APH3/
This is the version works with TalkBack method. Make sure you are familiar with the touchscreen when Talkback in on, which requires double tap and two fingers to roll up and down. As usual, you always flash firmware with Odin.
There's is a simpler way to bypass FRP on this device.
No need for a Samsung account or to downgrade account manager.
1. To activate accessibility mode just press HOME key 3 times.
2. Follow the tutorial until Chrome browser is opened and the Galaxy apps site is opened.
3. Type Browser in the search field and download Samsung Internet browser and install it.
4. Open the browser once installed and search for QuickShortcutMaker. Download it.
5. Tap the Bookmark icon top right in the browser, cancel the pop up then select HISTORY then DOWNLOAD HISTORY.
6. Install and run QuickShortcutMaker then follow the rest of the tutorial.

Press HOME button 3 times at the first page of setting to turn TALK BACK or Voice Assistant ON, then watch the video.
Draw the L to turn on global setting then follow steps to get the Chrome browser. You may to try the L many times.
You have to tell what you did, otherwise nobody has no idea how to help you. Many users did not follow steps properly, that's reason they failed.
This bypass FRP is a piece of cake if you do it properly.

If you are able to downgrade to Android 6, then it's not impossible to unlock FRP.
Here is alternative way and faster:
-Download Quick Shortcut Maker 2.4 and Google Account Manager 6 , then save them in your SD card.
-Use Assist to open Google Search page, then type My File
- You should see your SD card, open the two needed apps and install them.
- The rest is the same as other method.
I'm hoping this method is still viable, the downgrade method. I recently came into some samsung tablets that were crytpo erased but are still frp locked. Hoping to salvage them. I tried a method for auto enabling adb, involved downloading a firmware and then using this tool to remake the firmware which was supposed to 'auto enable adb' didn't work for me. I tried obviously just flashing the firmware and that was successful however, still frp locked. I couldn't find the exact firmware mentioned above. Is there a way to see what firmware i'm on from a locked device? I haven't figured out how myself if there is. Open to any suggestion at this point. Looking over this lot of 30 + tablets

It will always be viable because Samsung don't bother updating this device.
However there is any easier way that doesn't require messing about downgrading.
You will need the combo boot image though or an adb enabled boot image.

I used the tool and made the adb enabled file to flash
flashed with odin, it was successful, however, i am unable to access the device via adb after flash...
perhaps there is a step i'm missing?

Have you removed all empty spaces?
You can put the string into that tool:

It will format the string for you.

Is your device an Amazon branded one? Or carrier locked? Not all Motorola devices are allowed to have the BL unlocked (you can read that on the Motorola unlock site itself).

I unlocked a back up phone the other day, and got that error. Both the tool and removing spaces myself. Closed the browser, reopened, and went back to the site, and it worked with the code I had copied in notepad. Don't know why, just that it worked
