[ROM][XT1575|XT1572][Aroma]TruPureXMM 2.9 - Fast and Smooth [5-26][MM 6.0]
I need Links for Zip and apk files. I searched a lot but couldn't found a working version.
My device feels like it produce low volume on some videos and songs. But on some its very loud. Don't know what is wrong. So that's why I want to try Viper. I have tried Viper in note 3 and it worked great.
1. Supersu, busybox installed&installed, flash zip with twrp.

I downloaded it few months ago from here:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/android/software/r-s-e-sound-systems-auditory-research-t3379709
Or
2. With magisk manager you can install viper & dolby as systemless modules.
I don't know if it will help in:
"...My device feels like it produce low volume on some videos and songs. But on some its very loud..."
Thanks a lot sir
I appreciate your help.
Don't know it's weird problem I am facing. Some apps are producing low volume. It's like they are not utilizing full speaker volume. But on some it's loud enough. Hope this will help. Thanks a lot once again

First off, My apologies if this question has been answered elsewhere as I have used the search engine. My concern is that i absolutely fell in love with the ac!d audio engine on other phone models. I have tried to install this mod on my Verizon G2 and it results in my phone having no sound whatsoever. I read the thread and added all the build.prop entries that were missing and still nothing. Am i Missing something completely? All files show as installed however there is no effect in sound quality nor do the settings or EQ make any difference. I have uninstalled stock Music FX. My phone is The Verizon Variant of the LG G2. LG-VS980
Build Number:carbon_vs980-Userdebug 4.3.1 JLS36I a1d8ee2416 test_keys
Carbon Version: Carbon JB Unofficial 20131024-1220
Kernel:3.4.0-vs980-Custom-01-CM [email protected] #1
CPU:ARMv7 Processor rev0 (v71)
P.S Same problems happened while using stock rooted ROM
Any help or Installation instructions that i may have missed would greatly be appreciated. Thank you all and great work devs. It Is MUCH appreciated.
Never tried this mod but you should give Viper a try. Solid output gain and you can tweak quite a few settings.

Thanks
it seems that you are not the only one experiencing it. If you go one page back on that thread there is also a nexus7 user suffering from the FC issue. you can try to find the answer in the thread but just wait till tomorrow and it might get answered by @worstenbrood as he is probably sleeping now.
you must install SELinux Mode Changer first, then open app/ touch Permissive/reboot/ install dolby atmos again
Hi,
I've seen many people asking on how to make it work and I've been using this method for few years and it has never failed me.
Please remember to backup your ROM before doing any changes, there is a high risk that it may not work on lollipop (and sometimes on lower versions).
So what you need to do:
1) For Kitkat users (and lower) just flash this mod:
https://app.box.com/s/ntw15vccmlxxbznma8ka
I think that it's just some old version of eXtremeBeats audio mod (downloaded few ears ago, so can't remember), so all the credits go to Ben Feutrill.
I just modified the zip a bit, because the normal one caused on Galaxy S4 that the microphone didn't work during the call.
2) Lollipop users.
Here it get's harder....
Flashing the package mentioned in point 1) caused an audioFX FC on all CM12.1 (and maybe CM12) ROMS for me.
However it does work just fine with Sony's 5.0.2 ROMs.
But don't flash it on Sony's stock 5.1.1 as it will cause microphone problems during the call.
So what you have to do (except the standard operation of installing Viper on lollipop) is to install this mod: Extreme Beats v4.
Now the most important thing is to flash this file: https://app.box.com/s/9bkhjmtqlex8stodotcfms7nho533jfg.
I did some calling tests and the person on the other side was able to hear me, so it should be working fine, however some feedback would be nice, as I don't use lollipop myself.
Btw. You can try just to install the second file (without the Extreme Beats audio mod), but idk. if it will work.
FYI: I did test "audio mod.zip" on many devices, but only until android 4.4.x. All the tests performed with lollipop were done only on sony device, so I don't know how it will work on different phones.
If you can, please leave the feedback for the others.
I hope this thread will help many people to enjoy Viper experience with this great music app.
Will this work with Marshmallow 6.0.1?
My device is Nexus 6p, systemless root.

I don't know.
Sony still didn't release official marshmallow for my device.
Anyway, you can try it and let us know.
Maybe it will work since marshmallow isn't that much different from lollipop.

I have used many ROMs on my SM-N900. A new ROM I tried yesterday is fantastic, but has very low sound.
Viper4Android temporarily(for a few minutes only) and incompletely fixes the issue(fixes only music volume).
:crying::crying::crying:
The ROM additionally offers to select Loud, Low or Stock sound with the help of a conf file, but that doesn't help either.
I do not understand xml and conf files. I am hereby attaching the files from that custom ROM. Dev is a bit busy, so uploading here.
Request: Instead of altering them yourself, kindly let me know what issue/error/mistake do these files have and what parameters do I need to change so that I can learn too.
Sorry for too many Emojis.
You know there is a boost sound volume mod on here .
In Android development Qualcomm so may not work on Exynos .
Hello everyone
I have a Galaxy Note 3 SM-N9005 LTE , I installed TWRP and Flashed LineageOS 17.1 20200609 without ROOTING nor touching the bootloader or the kernel.
The phone works great and smoothly except for the low volume. Also, when watching youtube and I get a notification the sound becomes buzzy , basically if two sources of audio play together the sound gets messed up.
I found an audio fix for LineageOs 14 and 13 should I try installing it with TWRP ?
Thank you a lot
I have the same problem, and I haven't found a solution to it yet, except disable system notifications!
