Yes I also ported the Dolby.

Then maybe just turn the volume down? Not trying to be rude..
To OP. Yes, the speaker volume and quality are most welcome improvements over the oneplus 3. Probably one of the best mono bottom firing speaker I have heard. It's no Axon 7 or HTC 10, but it is pleasant enough that I will watch youtube videos/ listen to music on it.
I am not so excited about the speaker. The Oneplus One with maxxaudio had much better results.

According to the post any gingerbread ROM will work with the mod he supplies no need to port. You probably should have read the entire post before posting this .

That being said, i AM a pro lurker so I would NEVER post without reading up (self-deprecating here folks), all I meant by testing it was that while it technically works, I wasn't going to make any claims about the results until I had actually tried it... :-D

I think it matters or matters that much. It is all psychological, just one marketing ploy to catch attention.

does any one know what app hes using to in the link in the OP the sound anlelizer ?
Im sorry but iBeats and Beats period sucks.
For 150$ pair of earphones that the bass isn't even that good which is what their meant for and it goes in n out in one ear. ha for 75$ get the Klipsch s4 their the best for the bass and top of the line klipsch for earphones when it comes down to bass. And very durable.

Or some $10 in-ear headphones, almost all of these have great bass and clear audio since they don't have to be as amplified since they're closer to your ear drum.

No no I'm an audiophilie and can tell you difference yes the ones closer to your eardrums are better but I used several in ears and lemme tell you the klipsch are far by the better audio drivers in them I can go all techy and what not but you get the idea.

Doesn't matter. My nexus one is not a wolfson but sounds better than my international SGS3 with wolfson. There is a lot more to sound quality than just the DAC type.

Engadget did mention audio quality but no mention of wolfson DAC.
The audio quality on both phones is terrific. The external speakers (when placing calls and listening to multimedia) were more than sufficiently loud, and we were impressed by the fact that we could hear many of the music's little nuances -- bass and treble tones came out quite clear. Plugging in the headphones offers a very similar and equally pleasant experience, giving us wonderful clarity in our favorite tunes.

This is great news. My GF is on the fence about the next iPhone and the SGS3, with the Wolfson DAC, I can assure her the sound quality will be what she wants. I've already showed her she doesn't need iTunes to sync playlist with the Android, well technically we will since we'll need to import her playlists.
YES! Score one for AMERICA!
what about bootloader dizzle

Ermm the quality of the nexus one speaker was awful. The quality of both headphones and the speaker are alot better on the galaxy s3. The beat my Sensation XE and ipod/ipad. Mind you I guess its mostly down to the headphones.

With earphones there's no delay. Without there is delay.
So... In the CM14 post they're already talking about the call delay, and you made a thread about the same problem? Why you didn't ask on the CM14 thread instead on making a new one?
